Just barely downloaded this app today and I'm already having issues. Every time I open the app, it immediately switches me to Chrome. When I exit out of Chrome and go back to the app, the app just loads and does nothing else. I can see on other reviews that other people complained of the same issues in November, the issues were acknowledged in December by the developer but it's now February and the issue STILL isn't fixed?! Wild

Frustrating. It is supposed to link to your phone number to connect the coupons you clip. It doesn't 🤦🏻‍♀️. It's also supposed to link every time you input your phone number at the store, it doesn't 🤦🏻‍♀️. Twice the cashier's have had to input the discounts, instead of it linking, which makes a long hold up for customers behind me. Only cool thing are the awesome discounts! 😍

Worst app I have ever encountered! I am on the latest version of the app on my phone. I add current digital deals and they just disappear! They are not in my clipped coupons and once I clip them, they disappear completely from the list of digital deals available. C'mon Albertsons, you must be able to do better than this!

This app is useless! Nothing functions, and I can't log in or clip coupons. Every time I try to type anything, the screen flickers, and the keyboard keeps going away. I refuse to shop here if I can't log in to clip and use coupons. If you can't fix the issue for Android users than take it away and don't frustrate people!

Guessing the look of this app UI was directed by a higher up with no real mobile experience, or even customer service experience. The "cute" little grocery bag redraws every 30 seconds or so, making this painful to navigate and use. Once you are able to look at the grocery items, and then tap on one to view, what useful information is provided? Item description, size, ingredients, etc.? No, of course not, why would your customers want that info. You get to view the UPC, yes, the UPC number. Wow.

App doesn't give online coupons. Take forever to find what you're looking for, and doesn't reflect coupons clipped on the website. Have spent ages in store trying to load digital coupons (a primary reason to have the app) and the items aren't listed - the coupon function doesn't work and hasn't worked since they rolled it out. I have yet to be able to load a coupon using the app. You have to use the website. The only thing this app is good for is creating a shopping cart. Also of note, if you make a change to your cart, you have to resubmit credit card info, making you wonder if you have created a duplicate order.

Albertson's Market "Digital Deals" system and app is a waste of time. The app runs real slow, pops up ads, and is just the most annoying and frustrating thing to try to use. Just give me old fashioned paper coupons to cut out. I no longer pay attention to any "digital deals". Adding this months later: I have wasted even more time attempting to "learn" and navigate this most horrible app in history. It is so pathetically complicated and counter-intuitive, it encourages me to shop elsewhere.

Worst shopping app. Searching products is a nightmare. Products are poorly organized, may or may not show up, it crashes a lot, it's slow, in general it's a pain in the arse to navigate, coupons/sales don't apply at checkout. The previous version was better, not great but better. This is the only app I have reviewed... it sucks that bad. Please take a look at Walmarts app and do better Albertsons. I'd prefer to use yall due to delivery but after almost 2 years I'm over your app!

The app will no longer open on my phone and tablet. It tells me to clear my cache, which I've done, then restart. It doesn't work. So I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and I still get the SAME message. If I can not clip coupons, I will not shop at Albertson's, because I refuse to lose the discounts, and pay full price. It's so frustrating from lagging to freezing to jumping to the website and back to the app and still not display the weekly ad. I just got the email telling me to see my weekly ad. They don't mail it anymore, so unless every household wants to burn gas and contribute emissions to get one from the store, you try the app except, despite emails with links to supposedly see it, it's not there 80% of the time. A waste of memory, my energy, and my time.

We shop this store all the time, so it's frustrating that the app is consistently unusable. It's always been slow, and now it keeps shifting between the login and product pages, making it completely nonfuctional. Reinstalling doesn't make any difference. Most stores we use have stable, easy to navigate apps. Why is it so hard for AM to develop one that actually works?

Worst app EVER! Sooo disappointing - it's not like you cannot afford to create a more user-friendly app. I do all my shopping at Albertsons so it is extremely frustrating when I open the app. Most times it just spins forever so I have to keep closing it and relaunching; once in, it is the slowest app I have ever worked with. Then to try to clip the coupons... I am forever getting this annoying "uh oh" message saying it could not clip and to try again. Very frustrated.

Never works, I have yet to be able to use the, does not load, and if it gets to the home page at all then it freezes. Absolute worse app of any store. 5/3/23 tried again, reinstalled and still will not open. And they wonder why I haven't shopped at Albertsons in months? Gave it another try since the start of new rewards program. Guess what? App still won't load.

You need to talk with shoppers!! I want store layout so I Can make my list by isle. I'd like to be able to make a list in the app and once I put the item in my cartand check it off the list have the cost automatically starts a running total. I like to see a place on the list that you can mark per item if you have a coupon. If it did any of that I might actually use the app. Thanks for asking. I will.

I hate being forced to use this ( or any) app.... Why Albertsons feels that requiring me to sign onto their app, and then to find the way to the rewards page is a better experience then simply asking the cashier to check if I have a dollar or two in rewards available is beyond me. There is nothing better for me in this new iteration of the program, just more steps to complete. I'd call this a "Fail". Please bring back the ability of the cashier's to check for us.

The sole purpose of this app is to not work. It's genuinely unusable and if I had any other grocery store in the area I would go because I'm sick and tired of trying to get this app to function. Every week there's a new problem; coupons won't add, the search function won't work, when I click on a category it either won't open or it opens to a wrong one, and now the grocery list is stuck on the things I added two days ago. Not only will they not go away, but I can't add any new items. Fix this.

At least I can log in now but this app is still a miserable experience. If I click on a digital deal for more info it takes me to the product page, but trying to return to the deals page I'm sent to the top of the list instead of my place in the queue. Just really simple UI stuff that Albertson's team just cannot get right. Pull the plug on this digital program, please. Just give us stupid paper coupons.
