Update: 10/23/23 Still no updated app to fix for Android users still on v6.1.7 🤔 (smh)... Received a response from the developers, they are working on this issue. Changed to 3 ⭐'s with the response from developer. Since the last update this morning 10/03/2023 when entering the app the biometric finger print access flashes constantly, unable to login into the app. Developer messed it up big time.

There's no way to reach the pharmacy and refill meds. EDIT: finally got the app to refill scripts. Horrible app..cumbersome and too many layers to get to what you need. Picked up meds still show they're ready for pick up. Have to re-add other family members every single time. Expired scripts don't show up at all - except for scripts carried over from prior app.

This app is terrible. Won't load any pages at all except for rewards and coupons. Any other selection, from any specific department, to help or FAQ just goes to a blank screen. I've tried waiting for it to load and un-installing and re-installing the app. Can't even check to see if the store carries specific products. Search only comes back with "no items found". The only reason I haven't deleted it permanently is because I'm keeping track of virtual tickets

I love shopping at United Marketstreet and use the app frequently! Recent updates were very well thought out. I do occasionally have issues with digital deals not reflecting in my cart, so I have to add a note to be sure i am credited. My b8ggest issue now is that the app is very slow and gets hung up, especially noticeable on Wednesday when new ads begin. I'm not sure if it is overloaded with users, but it definitely is a problem that needs addressing.

It takes so long to load I can put in an entire order in for Walmart or HEB just waiting to open the app. I literally tested it by using mine and my husband's phone. You also have to update the app just to use it every time. Even when it does open it says something is in stock that isn't and has horrible user interface.

This app needs a serious UI overhaul. Pages are cluttered and not arranged intuitively. Users have to search too much for what they need, and there are too many taps to get there. The pharmacy page is a perfect example of this mess. Grocery items rarely have a description. The app is so frustrating, I won't even shop this store.

Worst app ever. Constantly flips back and forth between two pages. Doesn't allow you to use it at all. Had to delete it because it didn't stay on one page long enough to even sign out. Really bad since this is what you're supposed to use for digital coupons. Gave it one star because you can't give zero. Supposedly they've been fixing this for a year now.

Honestly, this is one of the most infuriating apps I've used in a long time. I love shopping at Market Street, but it's impossible to use the app. It kept adding wrong things into my shopping cart, or would randomly delete them right in the middle of my shop. It honestly felt like one of those nightmares where you can't run away from someone chasing you without tripping or dial someone on your phone. I hate this app. I guess I'll just use the Walmart pick up instead.

The app opens to sign in page but not any further. Not a connection issue on the user end. Tried with different devices using 5g mobile and in store wifi to identical results. The only thing that works is the password reset function and still have to reset the app. Some family have the app working on iOs, but installing an IOS emulator to run a coupon app is more time and effort that went into this app. If the app is too hard to maintain, remove it. Poorly maintained apps become security risks.

Glitchy Keyboard. Can't type two letters before it disappears, and I have to click in the box to get it to reappear. This is frustrating, and I won't sign up due to that. I truly don't know how anyone can use this app because I gave up and am uninstalling after trying for a minute. Please fix your app, I would like to earn points and make lists of groceries I need.

The app is too slow! I can go down through the grocery items & add multiples, sometimes it'll pick up one or two items. It's also buggy. I'm not sure why this app needs to "consult" a physical website, but it will redirect you to a web page A LOT! I also can't add things to an already made order, I can't view what was out of stock or substituted in the app. Huge loss

Conpletely stopped working with last update with Samsung Galaxy s8. I had been using the app to access the weekly ad, but now it's just stuck at the store selection screen. Even tried reinstalling. Does nothing. Nothing happens when you click on the buttons. It used to work great for ordering groceries, but lost that functionality a while back (I switched to ordering via the web). It's total trash for me now. Uninstalling for good.

The latest update had minor bug fixes, but the next one needs major bug fixes. Logging in is like having a stroke. Text fields and biometric validations activate and deactivate endlessly, you can't easily change your preferred store, and when you actually can navigate between pages without going into an epileptic seizure, it's the slowest app in the history of mankind.

Disapponted this app isnt working correctly. I like the ease of shopping online and doing curbside. This app once you select an option for anything on the first page it flips back and forth between two pages. You can't click on anything it just flips back and forth. It's a horrible glitch that needs to be fixed. I have downloaded the newest version that's when it started. UPDATE- It is now working. Thank you.

Love the store-the app is seriously lacking in speed and ease. First, it loads incredibly slow on everything. Putting together orders vs list is odd too. I do Albertsons, Kroger and Walmart without issue. I've only been shopping there a few months as it isn't close to my home but, it is to my church. Wish it could be easier/quicker to clip deals and more user friendly.

Very laggy, and slow. Need more coupons and offers rather than points. I'm sure there is a good portion of elderly and dissabled people (myself included) that have a hard time shopping in person and rely on grocery delivery. I love United but since a rival Texas based grocery chain put 1 store in our city. I have been doing all my shopping for groceries online there for pickup and delivery. One of the biggest factors is EBT card acceptance. Please revamp the app!

Slow, painful login process. Repeated spam for fingerprint on Pixel 7a. Fairly unusable, and since a lot of decent deals require a coupon out of the app, that leads to lack of patronage.. Edit 11-30-23: They "fixed" the login issue, sorta. The app has started constantly spamming out to my default web browser for some reason, and that's affecting login too. Also when logging in, they keyboard disappears after about a second. Still the only app I'm experiencing any problems like this..

The app is difficult and unappealing. There's a lot of lag loading selections, being able to scroll through, & quite a bit that doesn't have a photo available. If you don't enter something exactly into the search bar it doesn't pull up the selection you're looking for or only a very limited number of items. (Ex: oranges doesn't pull up oranges. It pulls up orange juices only) Uninstalling immediately.

Horrible app! Shopping list doesn't work most of the time. Pick up option is impossible because items you regularly buy in store don't come up to add to the list (no matter what search wording is used) so a store trip is the only option. I've deleted and downloaded the newest version of this app. Same. My question at this point is...who is in charge of website development?

2 major problems. 1. App is laggy. 2. App will not allow you to clip digital coupons on the 7th day of the sales. So really, it's 6 days of sale prices instead of 7 days. I'm not going in and paying full price just cause its the 7th day. This should've been fixed for a grocery store that keeps pushing its app for online coupons.
