Most of the products are quite good as shown in photo. Some (esp. from china store) are not reliable. But due to right time delivery service, it gets my satisfation. I've been used this application since 2018.

The worst online app i've ever used.No reply in chat, cannot purchase any item with or withot using a promo code.Seducing with discount and can't get the item?What in the world is happening to you?If there is 0 star recommendation I'll choose 0.Bad customer service. ps.I saw a promotion of a bluetooth earphone yesterday and still I cannot purchaseable.

Every time I've ordered the items,it isn't successful.For the first time,I ordered the item.After three days,the message arrived me that the item's deliverved.Not actually.I contacted again and again.They sent me only a message that they checked the track.no reply. For the second time,it showed the order is successfully taken and showed the day the item's arrived,but today they cancelled again.Why do you behave like that?Are you crazy?I'm really disappoited on it.Delete it.It's just rubbish.

I don't think I will shop from this app again. I will take only reference prices for items. That is because I have experienced cancelling my two orders from the shop. I checked delivery status everyday. It ended at delivery service and shop sent me a SMS to reorder. I rather go out and buy in actual shop if I have to reorder and to wait more weeks.

extremly poor service 1 Late delivery,They're late as fk I order my item at march 3 and they delivered it at march 9 but it's still OK 2 I returned my item but they didnt give me my refund back,When i go talk to their service agents,They said it'll take 5 working days to give me my refund back but it already like 12 days,it almost two week.So i go ask about my refund they said they already sent it back but there is no transation massage in my bank app.I feel like i got SCAM.never shopping again.

Search results are not good enough. Not bad for an online shopping in Myanmar though it needs some improvements and it'll be better if it doesn't try to cheat the customers by showing big promotions but when you check it out, it's not that simple & they kinda cheated. Eg. 50% off min spend ***ks, tried to do it but they still don't give you half price as they promised. Don't just advertise if you can't give that kinda promo! Frustrating!

The app itself is fine. For me the problem arised from service enquiry English department. It is funny to report, I won't call unless I have encounter problem, when I explain my problem she started to sigh! Can you believe it??? If she doesn't want to handle why she is working as the service provider??? That is very rude to disrespect the customer! Hope they could provide better service as well.

Many of my orders were cancelled from their side without letting me know. And when I checked they show that they are out of stock. If they didn't have enough stock from the beginning then they should let the customers know. Or at least apologize for not having enough stock and let us know that the order was cancelled. I always don't know until I find that it is taking too long to be delivered and then when I check my orders it states that my order was cancelled.

Scam. Don't waste your bill on this app. Very bad service. Full of Fake online sellers. Their refund and return policies are fake. Trust me. I done a return form and they didn't take my return package. Waste of time and money. Also didn't refund the money. Never Use Card payment on this Shopping app. After they got your money they cancelled your orders with some reasons ( item couldn't be fulfilled, system errors, delivery address wrong) and they take your money. Will never refund to you.

-Help/Support chat doesn't work well, the staff just ask to you to switch to Messenger. -checkout goes straight to payment after entering card details (no review of final amount, can't see if promo codes worked). Aside from these problems with the app, I also didn't receive the item that I ordered (wrong item AND wrong quantity for a simple order). -2 weeks for refund of missing items, 2.5 months for refund of returned item. Have to remind them weekly and they don't follow up; no apologies

It's just waste of time to use this app. I ordered 3 time during 12.12 promotion and all are cancelled by themselves. Another order have been shipped and then it was cancelled by the app or shop. It sucks. I was waiting and the orders are cancelled. If you can't sell the products with the promotion price, don't list them in promotion.

It was used to be a good app for shopping. Later, during these days, poor management and so many delay in delivery time disappointed me. They can't manage demand but accept order. After I ordered items by using voucher, it was out of stock even it was available a day before delivery time. The voucher was waste. And the worst is they didn't even let me know about that they have cancelled my order from their side.

Hey, this app has an serious error that you guys need to fix immediately. I can't scroll the page. When I search some items and scrolling, all items are disappear. I can't even buy and browse anything. Please fix it.

Really bad service. They couldn't deliver the order in time. And lost the packages on the way. Don't even say sorry and said the customer to reorder.

Searching error, while search, only waiting icon, nothing appears until closing the app. Encounters in every search. Cannot see product list at all. I Wish you might fix soon

Shop has good delivery, various choices, and fair price. But I received continuously the email noti for the delivered items after receiving the items long time. Is the writing review for the items necessary? Why does the customer need to write the review? Is writing review from the customer the customer's right, isn't it? The worst email noti.👎👎👎
