Shopclues one of the trusted apps in my device bucket ,with good discounts offering. But you should work on your return policies,as it is very much hassle to proceed with return when one receives a bad/defective/Quality issues product.

Mostly, shopclues send different item than ordered one. When return request is placed along with image of the received product and video. Shopclues support give standard reply like below "We express our inability to accept your request as we have sent you the same and standard quality product which was ordered by you. For further clarification, you may check the product description properly mentioned on our website as the product has been sent as per the specifications given." And closes ticket

Here please do not take anything because I ordered another trimmer, it was of cheaper quality, next return option does not come, even the call is not received, remove the licence, such apps which trouble the customers and waste their time.

I got many products never had problem but one day I got wrong item. I asked for my order and return. They are not taking any action which is absurd. Customer service is pathetic. I will uninstall the app.

They send almost damaged products and when return requests are made they will reject it saying that our seller has sent you appropriate product.its seller supported app.pls don't buy from them.Even after negative comment they will say kindly contact on our mail id but there will be no such reply from their side after getting order details also.overall worst app.

I have ordered 32 inch TV on 23 Oct 24. Due to out of stock, my order was cancelled by Shop Clues. Since then I am repeatedly asking for refund of my paid amount but till today 13 Dec 24 I have not get back my amount. No time bound process. very bad.. Customer support.

Worst app, do not buy anything here. All are sending fake materials and shopclues supporting them. If we requested return also will get a mail from shopclues that they have investigated courier partner and merchant that they have delivered sealed pack.

I have booked a order and it's auto cancel by platform why not mentioned And also there is no customer support option no customer care number only mail is way and which is not responding I have an issue with my product regarding this I raised a complaint and also ticket but 4 days gone there is no response totally fraud app please don't buy anything from here.

After the online payment, prepayment and booking the order, not delivering. Also there no way to contact them except email. They are asking to cancel the order. Time and money wasting. Beware! Support Ticket Opened [#13517980]

There is no customer service system. Shopclues is not listening to any message or ticket.. very slow process.. I don't know when they are refund my money.. I'll case a file against shopclues at consumer court if shopclues is not refund my before tomorrow. This is the last warning... I need my refund in my credit card from where I have paid.. And you are taking many days if any charges are applicable from the credit card you have to pay a severe fine.. Do refund the amount to my original payment

Login issue. @developers #developers I don't think now anybody is looking at the email you have provided. I have written to them with no response so far. I am still not able to understand, why ShopClues tech team can't provide simple account delete or closure option. This simple thing can resolve many issues.

Very worst experience in my life. No returns processed. But the app shows return processed. Till now I have not received the money in my bank account for the damaged item. They sent tha damaged product three times in my life. The cost rupees is almost high. They take return request item but the amount not paid to my account.

I have cancelled a prepaid order, but main thing is ShopClues saying refund take 12 days. What wrong with you. I am just order a product payment through upi and cancel within 1 hours but the refund take 12 days, very bad customer service. ShopClues not provided their customer number in app also. I am trying to contact but a bot talking with me and their bot not working properly.

Don't buy the product fron this app, worst and you can't expected and can't find the customer services here. I placed an order for a refurbished Apple iPhone 6s mobile and made the payment successfully. However, despite the payment being debited from my account, the order details are not reflecting on this platform. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support team, but one one is give an response. Even through no one contact back about the order. "0" rating for this app. Fraud App.

This is fake application, don't buy anything from here, if you buy anything from here you will get damaged product and you can not return also, I have purchased a phone that is damaged and I requested for return and it is more than 10 passed but still return is under review.👎👎👎👎👎👎🤬😡🤬😡

it is not trusted application at all.. currently order mixer from shopclues. They have delivered wrong product and second thing the product has defective plug and stopper is not present. from packaging it looks like the old product has been packed and delivered. I am trying to return it but showing some error message. Tried it to return it but unable to proceed. thank you.
