Great to have such a close integration with my store, however almost every message I reply to freezes half way through and I am forced to close the app and start again. It's gotten to the point where I'll write out the message in another app and then just copy-paste and send. Works fine on desktop however I don't always have access so need to rely on the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing has changed.

Great to have this on Android finally and there's definitely potential. Unfortunately it's buggy and lacking features. Was working fine, now I can't even access the app, it just holds on the loading screen indefinitely. Would be great to be able to access on web browser too so could answer customers when on computer as it's much easier. Like the idea, but unfortunately it's just not working for me at all now.

The notifications aren't working most of the time, I have to log in everytime to check on my phone. I can't receive any photos sent from the customer during the chat. That makes it challenging to have a good conversation with the customer. It should have the features of every messaging app out there. I can't even send product via the chat. It's like a basic messaging app that only allows for chatting - no photos and no videos, no easy access to products and a wonky notification.

It keeps showing me "Make sure you have an internet browser app installed. If you have a browser app, and it's in the middle of an update, wait until the update is done and try again". I have browser and its updated to latest. How to solve this issue??

why does this app always log you out. I understand once a while, new ip etc, but noo. This stupid app randomly logout almost always when there's a customer waiting. So it's able to send notification (obviously it's logged in) but when notification clicked, login to Shopify process begins. Lame, like all things Shopify. Is the crown prince still doing photoshoots?

This app is ok (very average) but need small improvement like 1. Option of adding logo of the store above the chat. 2. Asking the information of customer - statement must be customisable. "Before we get started Please provide information is very odd". Try to do everything customisable.

[Suggestion] Pin important msg on top of chat. 1. Beside mark as unread, kindly consider pin chat function. (Just like WhatsApp). 2. Support drag & drop picture function to improve efficiency on desktop. Instead of open folder one by one ,need few more clicks thanks.

App never sent notifications in time so I couldn't actually help my customers! The customizability is also severely lacking. Great idea, terrible execution. Absolutely rediculous that I have to download both shopify chat and ping to be able to use the same function. Why is this not integrated into one app?! Downloader beware. This app sounds great but I'm it's current form is basically unusable.

app is buggy and frequently non-responsive. sometimes it opens blank and I need to force close it and restart. texts with links just don't deliver. very often I get an error message that says message not sent. sometimes when it says message not sent, that message actually has sent. infuriating paying for this simple service and never knowing whether or not it's actually working. definitely looking for an alternative

This app is so gitchy!! It's impossible to respond to clients messages because the app freezes up anytime the message gets longer than a few sentences. And if you hit return to start a new paragraph in your message, FOR. GET. IT! the app will lock up, making it impossible to edit/send/or finish your message. It's very aggravating!

The app is freezes constantly. I have reinstalled the app multiple times, nothing has helped. I though perhaps its just my phone but I see reveiw after reveiw saying the same thing. If the app wouldn't freeze as soon as I start to respond to my customers I would give it a higher rating. So many reveiws reporting this same exact problem and it still has not been fixed. I'm seeing reviews that are over 2 years old. I have probably lost sales do to it freezing. I have other chat apps they all work.

The app will recieve the original text front he customer, but the subsequent responses do not come through, even though I can continue to send messages to the customer from the app. in the app it says ”no internet connection". Even though it's allowing me to successfully send messages to the customer. (I know the customer was receiving my messages because I was acting as both myself and the customer). This app just make us look like we don't know what the customer is saying. It's embarrassing.

It's a good concept, but there are several flaws. First, I manage multiple stores and there is no option to switch back and forth between different stores like there is in the Shopify app. Second, many times when I'm typing a reply the keyboard gets laggy and I need to close the app and restart it. This happens on both Android and iOS devices. And last, there is no search function. Ao if a customer asks a question I've already answered, I can't search past replies to copy and paste the answer.

It's a long way from being as good as it could be. It's clunky and loads slow. Sometimes it doesn't load at all. They need to better differentiate what platform each message is coming from. When someone clicks in FAQ in the inbox from the store, it shows up as a message in the message thread as a customer uploaded an attachment . No clue as to what the customer clicked on . A word of extreme caution! If you have any reservations on installing this don't! Uninstalling it removes your FB Pixel

It's a great start. I love the integration of multiple channels. Unfortunately, it's not fully useable. There are no desktop notifications, so you have to be looking at your phone to see if a customer wrote. Also, attached customer images do not show up. We miss parts of messages because we didn't realize that an image was supposed to be there. Lastly, not all messages will send. We get error messages in Inbox stating that our response was not delivered to FB Messenger.

I really want, and need, this app to work but it is very disappointing. Notifications often don't come through, regardless of settings and settings changes. Deleted and re-downloaded a couple times to no avail. Can't read the full chat response in the app (I have to read it quickly if/when I get/see a notification). Words and letters are missing from texts, menu items, icons, etc. Please help. Thanks.

Shopify was a very bad experience for me. I hate to say it, but it is the absolute worst platform for building a store front to sell music and merchandise. lots of hidden fees and the instructions are not clear. Shopify mixes in things you have to pay for when you search for something to use for free. I picked what I thought was a free template for my webpage but after I got it, 2 weeks later I got a bill from a company wanting $65. it wasn't that good. I'll never recommend or use Shopify ever.
