When it works, This App takes 3-5 minutes to load and is super buggy on droid- stops responding throughout. Makes it difficult for my 87 year old MIL to change settings. The settings are simple enough when it works but the unreliability is maddening. If we had to do over I'd pick a different brand for her.

The battery percentage is way off. My hearing aids shut off even when it says I have 50% battery power. My left hearing aid drops even when it says i have 100% power. I have to take them out and put them in the case to restart them many times during the day. I know it is not the hearing aids themselves due to the many hours I sometimes get during the week.

It's a decent app but definitely needs a better interface It might be a good improvement to add a widget for battery indicator instead of checking in within the app would be nice to have on the screen as a widget or as a tile within the Bluetooth system indicating battery levels would be nice Other than that it's simple and easy to use

Repeatedly fails. Disconnects without warning. Teçh support is unable to help. Great when it works, which is less then 60% of the time. (3 weeks later) Repeatedly says "New hearing aids detected..." I have to go through pairing again...and again...and again! Rediculous!

I can't adjust other than volume and softness levels for phone calls via Bluetooth. I put the volume up and still can't really hear calls coming thru. I have to hold the phone up to my mouth to speak. I would have thought it would have been like a true bluetooth earpiece where you don't need to have phone close to your mouth for someone to hear me. You've got to do better than this. Bluetooth ear pieces have been out for years! Please correct this via an app update.

The app works ok most of the time but not always. Sometimes it doesn't want to update on my wellbeing. My biggest problem with it is that it insists on turning the sound down when I get texts and sometimes phone calls that go through my hearing aids. I use the streamline mic to get sounds through my hearing aids.

This app has works with Bluetooth on your phone It can be connected to your vehicle if available. It allows you to connect with your car, television, witch allows you to hear the television with out blasting the sound, it's great for the hearing impaired. It also gives you more of advantage in noisy environments . I don't know if works with all cell phones. You would have to investigate that for your cell phone provider

When trying the chat feature it tells me continuously to check my internet connection. I have 500 megabit per second speed so there's nothing wrong with the internet. I have tried restarting my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. An app is only as good as its functionality and this one is terrible. Another fault of this in my opinion is that you can't just pull down from the notification bar and adjust the volume on your hearing aids. You have to open the app every time

The 'Chat' function is really confusing. It's so easy to take the original settings and make them better for one situation and worse overall. It really should show you what you've changed and where you are now (the full state). Finding the reset was quite hard as well (It's under settings, but only when you've got a good connection).

Rarely will the app allow me to connect my hearing aids. My hearing aids provider has been on The phone with Signia and still can't get a decent connection. When I charge my hearing aids at night and then get up in the morning I have to redo the whole process again. But the phone will already have them on it, it can remember that it has hearing aids in the Bluetooth.

I got the hearing aid via Medicare for a pretty penny but free for me. It took a bit to adjust to sound, now however 1 year later I am experiencing blue tooth issues and after going to the technician he was at the end of his wits & advised call customer care, they badically told me to turn it off & on to make both ears connect again. Thid product advertises for Android, my phone is listed as compatible. Not good, they need to get back to their developers. Get a Costco for half the price!

Very poorly done app, especially considering that it's supposed to support a $2,500 hearing aid. Locks up the phone 3+ times a day requiring a hard shutdown and restart. Does not stream via Bluetooth as advertised. Terrible user interface. And that's just the obvious problems. Trying to decide if I am going to return the hearing aid for a brand that has a functioning app.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a Bluetooth...If I pay for Bluetooth then that's what I want. It always disconnects out of the blue. Sometimes it connects only one ear. Overall, I've had these hearing aids for a few months and I can't stand them. I've done everything I can possibly do and it kewps happening.

I lost one of my hearing aids and the new all will not function with just one aid (or I cannot find any way to just get the one to work. On the previous version, the volume control would adjust only the one ear. If there is some way to control a single aid, please let me know, or/and add the directions to the new program. Thank you

The directional control is awesome! But the hearing aid manufacturer (Rexton in my case) doesn't support full Bluetooth functionality on Android, so you can hear calls just fine, but the mics on the hearing aids don't work. You have to talk to the phone's mic. Walking away from the phone, or putting it in your pocket means the person you're talking to can't hear you. This totally sucks, because the mfg. does support full BT functionality on IOS. 🤬

This app was wonderful when I started using it in 2001 with my Signia hearing aids! Now nothing works! I cannot access the health section, can no longer get the crowd section and can't use it with my WiFi for phone conversations on CallCaption! Tried reloading app but directions only apply to hearing aids with batteries. Mine are rechargeable overnight! Can't connect with anyone by phone. Can only text! Help!!

The hearing aids have a mind of their own. They disrupt anything I'm listening to and put it on the aids. I got them yesterday, charged them, now, no phone or music in the left aid! Can't access the app set-up without going back to delivery state, and all Signia allows me to do is adjust the volume and balance on each station. Sending these aids back. Too bad, I've always had Signia before.

Just installed app 5-25-24. Overall, seems to work well. My one big disappointment, it will not stream Bluetooth phone calls and that is the feature I needed the most. 6-2-24 Update: upgraded phone and can now stream Bluetooth. Still giving 3 stars. I find the app pretty much useless. The volume adjustment lacks fine tuning and won't recognize my cross lateral hearing aid. The HearUSA app is much better.

I've owned 4 sets of hearing aids and was never impressed all that much. With the current pair, I'm so very impressed that it's like the Signia aids and app have made up for all my disapointment in the past. I no longer have to fiddle continuously with the settings depending on the environment I am currently in. The fact that bluetooth is incorporated in the app is like icing on the cake. Thank you Signia for the improvement with my tinnitus as well.

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work because Bluetooth is glitchy and degrades over time. It's good when it works, but I can't depend on it to be consistent. I don't know if the defect is in my hearing aids or the app. My aids have been updated a few times, but that hasn't fixed these issues. This app keeps finding new ways to glitch. I still have to uninstall and reinstall more than once a month.
