Simple, straight forward but with a surprising amount of flexibility. Lovely print quality and cards. Smooth interface with useful and thoughtful touches such as the address finder, re-using components, and sending the same card to multiple recipients. Friendly customer service too. Would love to be able to select multiple photos at once to upload from Google photos instead of having to find each one individually.

It needs fine tuning. My first postcard went great. The second wanted to send the same again. Needs a "new postcard" function. Remove the timeout on the font / colour selection. Use the android back button feature as currently, that just wants to exit the app rather than go back. It's really difficult to use and needs more UX development.

The app allowed simple and straight forward registration and drafting of the card. Purchasing the credits was easy and the cost reasonable when factoring in time, money, effort and travel (yes, travel, I live in a rural community many km from the nearest post office) to send a physical photo overseas. Happy thus far. Will upgrade to 5☆ when I hear it's arrived.

The app is easy to use and offers plenty of customisation options. But the postal service is really hit-and-miss. Of the seven postcards I've sent so far, I've had to resend three as the originals didn't show up. I understand that's more likely a reflection of the local postal service, but this company is based in France and I mostly send postcards to the UK. For that reason, after I've used up my credits, I'll look for a UK-based alternative in the hope that the postal service is more reliable.

I sent three postcards in December to different locations, and NONE of them have arrived (it's now April). There's no way to contact support through the app to ask for a refund or resolution. Disappointing to say the least.

Great way to send personalized postcards with your own photos/artwork. Bonus not having to track down stamps! And priced very reasonably to boot.

I shared photos from family vacation with an elderly member who couldn't attend. She was receiving the postcards while we were still on vacation and didn't feel so left out. Now she has the best photo collection from the trip and shows all her friends! Thank you for a perfectly easy, beautiful app I give it five hearts! ❤️

UPDATE : I absolutely love them. pics are great . when a mistake was made I messaged them about it. and withen a timely manner it was refunded back into my account. . the only one that hasnt so far was one that somehow the sending address was changed and it was sent to myself. dont know how that changed.. it does take a little longer and costs a little more because of an international charge but thats ok. yall are worth it.. you should think about broading your business over here !!

I downloaded the stupid thing two days before Christmas. I had the perfect interface, Perfect pics, The card kept unfolding to allow for a little message, cool fonts, until I got to the end. Now they wanted a mail-in address, which I thought was strange, since hardly anybody uses postal. It has a place to allow emailing, but no Instagram...?! Heeell No. Merry Christmas By the way.

I live overseas and often want to do a quick card in the mail for someone and often think about but don't do it! This app has changed that for me! It is such an easy to use, affordable, personalized way to send cards to people and I actually send them your way! I love SimplyCards so much! I tell all my friends who live overseas like me that they should use it too!

App is very user friendly, I really like the offered features. The recipient said the paper quality is great and just like a real post card. I cant wait to use this more, I love taking pics on vacay and now I have the perfect, good priced way to send my mom post cards! Customer service was super helpful and very prompt, still love this app!

Creating an account & customizing a postcard with my photo was fairly easy. Ordering & paying for card was not. You must purchase credits before you can have any card mailed. Other similar apps don't require you to pay in bulk. Also, totals are shown in Euro, not dollars & no option is given nor a place to pick your country of origin so the app calculates appropriate amount. App itself appeared to work pretty well, but credits/payment process were a no go for me. Uninstalling for now.

I posted my initial review a year ago and the problem is still going on. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS For almost 6 months now the postcards sent through this ap have arrived damaged with a big white blemish in the middle of the photos. I complained several times and got free credits to send cards but the problem persists and there seems to be no attempt to fix what is likely a printing problem. Very disappointing as it is a great Idea. I will stop using it

When I click the "Pay with PayPal" button, it takes me to a blank white page. Then nothing. I tried giving it plenty of time to load the usual PayPal confirmation page, but I never made it that far. I had service and could easily open PayPal in both the web browser and the PayPal app, so I think something is wrong with the redirection link. Up until that point, I really liked the simplicity of the app. However, not being able to pay for and send a postcard defeats the entire purpose. I will update this review if I can get the app to work.

This is my 1st time using an app to send custom postcards and it is great! Recipients received cards timely & the quality is great. I purchsed 10 credits to start and used 9 so far. I will go with 20 credits for my next purchase! The only challenge is positioning the font the way I want it but that's not enough to remove a star. I really like the simplicity of the app, the email communications, the font options and layouts! I am happy with the end result. Thank You!

I really want to like this app, and it has great potential, but photo editing needs to be fixed. When I select a multi-photo layout and try to edit an individual photo, the app takes me to a separate screen to do the editing. Problem is, as soon as I "validate" and go back to my postcard, my image looks nothing like what I just did. The size and zoom is all wrong. Fix that, and I might be back. Galaxy S7 Android 8.0

I have only had now a couple mishaps where people either did not get their card or don't remember. Which says more about my friends than the app obviously. The app is fairly easy to use. I'm not fluent on any of these and maneuvered this one fairly easily. The quality is remarkable. And even a card using 2 credits is cheaper than a card from the store. I love the postcards most. I even sent one to myself reminding me that this to will pass and keep my head up from my future self.

Saw something similar on Shark Tank. That company, doesn't exist BUT I found this one and it had good reviews so I thought I'd try it out. Very easy to do. It allows changing your mind on pictures and rearranging of the layout. Very simple to use...hmmm🤔 SimplyCards. I'll be using them again. My husband's 96 year old mother doesn't receive texts so sending her pictures of some of our travels doesn't happen. We will definitely send her postcards now!

This app is such a great way to send a postcard or folding card to someone. I've used this app a few times now and have been very happy with the service. My only gripe is wishing I could use the inside left page to write the same way I'm able to on the right side. Currently, it only allows a short blurb on the left. So, I had to add multiple short blurbs on the page to get all the text I wanted in the card, but the formatting looks bad. Please change this, and I'll change my rating to 5 stars!
