Singapore Airlines is an exceptional airline to fly on. A very supportive and professional caring approach used at all times. Attentive to everybody's needs. I would highly recommend flying with them.

poor customer service, business class seat on 2 legs, on one they moved my originally booked seat to a worse seat and other they assigned seat with bassinet although I don't have infant, but say they can't change that seat as it was the original booked seat. obviously if you are not a regular flyer they don't care about messing you round. Very disappointed.

Downloaded app, configured, tried to do internet check in, absolute fail. Couldn't proceed and no error message prompts. Hopeless

The airline is great to fly with however their IT Systems leave a lot to be desired. Despite wasting an hour with on line chat it still didn't fix my issue and they displayed little interest in resolving my issue.

Clicking "Manage Booking" directs users to the mobile web site where we have to enter the booking reference, if we can remember it. What's the point of having an app if users get redirected to the mobile website for even basic functions like this? The biggest joke though is the annoying banner on the mobile website that keeps popping up on every page, pleading with users to use the app, but using the app invariably kicks users back to the mobile website.

This has to be the most frustrating app I have ever had the dubious pleasure of using. Even when logging in it will reject your login details several times before finally accepting them. Navigating around the site is like Hampton Court maze. When you finally get to the required area the information given is useless. The final irritation is the "Help" (!) page which only gives answers to its own pre-selected questions. I have also tried the in house email query page. No response.

In general a useful app, but when I wanted to check-in to my return flight from China to Singapore the app asked me to update before I can continue. This is OK for most parts of the world - but in China Google apps are not available (unless you use a VPN)! Please update your app and servers in a way a recent version of the app can still be used. App 1 week ago, flights to/from Chongqing have been suspended, but the app allows me still to book. From a high-quality national carrier I expect more!

This app has frequent login bugs, accepting a new password creation but then refusing it when it asks you to login. It also sends too many email alerts, reminders etc. It wants to add miles to KrisFlyer when they are more useful on Miles&More where they apply to all Star Alliance airlines. I only use Singapore Airlines to fly to Australia via Frankfurt from Lyon, so I must fly Lufthansa for the first leg. Then I must get boarding passes on the Lufthansa app. even when all bookings are on SIA.

Can't login. Can't reset password, can't do anything. This is after the mandatory update to latest version. Edit: restarted phone and could log in automatically.

This is a terrible app that just redirects to webpages. One week before your flight the app decides to remove your booking (made via the app) from your trip list. You cannot really manage you booking via the app, just view it. Web it redirects to webpage as it loads in the app itself instead of a stable browser it keeps freezing or hanging. I'm reducing to 1 star because their response below is just for show, I emailed them like they asked even though I'm not sure why and they haven't responded.

Very slow, difficult to navigate app. Feels like going around in circles. The airline is fabulous though

I can't make a simple flight booking on the app. Amount is charged and ticket is not yet confirmed. I had to follow up with customer service for almost 2 hours and the ticket is still not yet booked 😕. My earlier experience with SQ app was much better.

Top airline voted best in the world multiple times. Yet, Kris membership cannot use your updated passport details as the default when you book for an airline ticket. The passport details that you used to join Kris flyer membership will be used as the default when you make a booking with the airline. During check-in you have to log in to bring up your updated details for selection. Otherwise your expired passport details will be used. If you're in a group booking, good luck changing the details

For how well the airline seems to run and the services offered, their app and website are terrible to navigate through. It's very unintuitive and often requires you to start over after filling out all details. The app particularly will often kick you back to the homepage after signing in when researching award fares. Very poor experience.

This app is not user friendly. I had no connectivity while on the airplane. As a result, I could not load the menu or play any media through my phone. I wished to play media through my phone since the sound quality of the Singapore headphones is substandard. Other than the app being useless the rest of the service that Singapore airlines provides continues to be top notch.

I don't have words for how bad this experience was. I repeatedly failed to book a ticket for hours because of bugs in flight selection and checkout, and when I finally gave up to go home and use my computer they ran out of space for my desired dates. It's also frustrating how expensive miles are compared to what they are worth. Hopefully the flight itself is worth it but I'm doubtful.

The airline itself is great but the app is clunky and difficult to navigate. And the AWFUL 2-factor authentication process is intrusive to the point of making many functions within the app unusable. And the customer support within the app/website is a joke. Don't even bother unless you have an hour to burn with nothing to show for it at the end.
