Almost never works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and it still will not send the signal. Vehicles are always in our dealer inventory.

XM Radio a complete waste of time and energy. Not only does your app hardly work to turn on customers radios. You refuse to give them the trial when they call and refuse to talk to the dealer when I call. Another great way for GM to pick off customers and waste salespersons time for a completely useless service.

Terrible, makes you turn of developer mode. I will just make sure the hundreds of cars sold dont get Sirius ever

I keep getting; The Radio id you entered is not active on an account. I wasn't getting this a few weeks ago, all was working well, then once again another update caused the App to keep failing.

Pop-up says I'm off line and that's all it will do. Thought of using this at the dealership for the used car department but if this is all it will do, what use in having it in Google App. I'm not connected to any network but AT&T and I'm not using a VPN connection. It just doesn't work.

Worthless since the forced upgrade. Doesn't work at all and customer service is useless unless they see a paid account which defeats the purpose of a trial account. Keep getting 'dealership not enrolled in this service" error.

Just gives a message to call because the vehicle isn't in their system....really, my customer will be here this afternoon and it won't refresh without calling them....going to tell my customer not to bother with sxm and let them know this service isn't worth the Hassle. Great job ya dummies, you lost a potential customer and a dealership partner over a glitch in an app. Good luck

8/23 still unusable. Just updated getting error code 100. Unusable what's the deal? I usually use this on 10-30 vehicles a week. An what is this about needing an account‽ Also on the previous updates having to verify my location sometimes more than 4 times in one day is a huge pain. They want details! "ERROR CODE 100" The app will not start! THE APP WILL NOT START!

Tried to refresh two radios later in the day (around 7 or 8 cst) and it had errors connecting showing up. Tried again a couple days later on another radio earlier in the day (4/5cst) and it worked first try. There's probably a TOD server issue alot of people are having trying it so just try another day and different times.

Total garbage, was using an older version because the latest version is broken. Well it now forces you to upgrade to new version that doesn't work. Have lost dozens of potential customers because I have to now tell them we can't activate your trial. I have not been telling them about XM after this forced update. Sirius fix this!

Doesn't work anymore after the last mandatory update. Now it gives us errors about the radio ID not being linked to any account. The whole point is so we can quickly activate the radios for folks buying cars before they drive them off. Called dealer support and they are of no use without getting customer billing info. Useless.

Location requirement doesn 't work well, frequently says can't locate you, even outside in open area. Why location requirement, already required car Id to be in system. App worked much better without location. Since about Summer 2022 app mandatory upgrade results in app claiming I am offline and therefore cannot trial activate Xm. Tried different phone with same results. Xm's loss with its bad app. 11/15/22 Another upgrade, now it works sometimes, need to keep restarting phone to make app work.

Have had sxm for last ten years.after last update cannot refresh. Useless app will never have sxm again total waste of time just Bluetooth phone to car. Play what ever i want.Thanks sxm! For nothing.

Used to work great but they updated the app so you can't have developer mode enabled and activate a radio. I just don't activate them on our lot anymore because I actively use developer mode features and I am not about to disable it, restart my phone, activate a radio, and re-enable dev mode even though I am connected to the dealer wifi and my location is at the dealer. I get it is to prevent GPS spoofing but that's silly because it still requires being connected to the dealer wifis IP

The app used to work and no longer does. We used it for our cars here on the lot at Honda. Sirius has went downhill very fast. I even paid for a subscription and they wont allow more than 1 radio id on an acct now. I refuse to pay $600 a year for two radio's. I make sure to tell my customers now that the app no longer works for their free trial and not to bother calling them. I refer back to my experience. If they cant get the simple app to work, I wont recommend them to my clients!
