Inching towards better, but I stand by my previous review. This is a very good looking app. However, that's about all that I can say good about the Six Flags app. Most of the features either don't work, or are very glichy and slow. I paid for a photo pass, but can only see my photos when the app works for photos, which is almost never.

Great app generally. Intuitive interface, and loaded with useful information. The one criticism I have is that ride wait times are only displayed if you are in the park. This is a problem mainly because the app doesn't seem to be 100 percent reliable in determining your location, so wait times don't actually show up all the time. It may also trouble those who don't want every app to track their location. It's a real shame; wait times would be the best part of this app if it worked reliably.

Needs updating! The maps and calendars are out of date. The map and calendar for Hurricane Harbor are from 2018! Wait times for rides is never even close to accurate. Adding Safari information would help. Menus should be available to view without having to start an order. How are discounts and points used? Overall it's a bit clunky and not very intuitive. Better than nothing though. 🤷♀️ I do, however, like that our cards can all be stored in one place.

The app is very helpful in navigating the park, also when deciding where to eat or snacks to buy. It is a one stop shop for all. I only wish it was easier to upgrade to the dining package from it. I had a hard time trying before giving up and just buying food regularly. Although this was annoying, it was a minor frustration. Overall, I'm glad I downloaded the app! You can also collect points for your rewards super easy!

Some of the worst code optimization for Android I have ever seen. Someone from the dev team needs to go to a park and actually try to use the app, especially checking in. I've tried with several Samsung, One Plus, and Pixel phones with the same result. However, my iPhone on the same network is able to check in and use the app when I have to relaunch 6-7 times before it works once. Until these issues are fixed the only way you can use the app is if you have an iPhone connected via a hotspot.

The old app was working fine. Why did you update and break everything!? Map no longer works. Doesn't think I'm at the park even though I'm clearly am! Therefore, I can't order food through mobile because it says I'm not at the park! Also, the old map let you navigate from your location to your desire ride location like you would with a GPS. Now, that functionality is no longer available; you'd have to manually go step to step.

The old app was better in my opinion. It's more difficult now to find show and event schedules, smd ride wait times generally seem grossly inaccurate. The operating calendar was built right into the old app. Now it's basically a link to the website and half the time it doesn't load properly. Also really miss the ability to "check in" at rides and shows to earn rewards points.

App needs improvements. Dining tab has option to view menus but when I click the menu it just shows a few icons. (No menu, no pricing). I made park reservations but they don't link to the "my six flags" feature. Wait times not available unless your in the park. It would be nice to gauge wait times prior to a visit to see what trends are. Perhaps the app is more useful in park but utterly useless for planning a trip.

Could be better. Would like to know when new Parks like Magic Waters in Cherry Valley will be added. The app is slow at times and sometimes you may only see a Black Screen when trying to pull up Member benefits. Map glitches when zooming in and out, it might be beneficial to allow the app to download the park maps that you frequent often that way it cuts down on the need to constantly update the map. That would also be a bonus when the parks are overly busy and network access is slugish.

WHAT THE HELL. Why would you update the app and delete our stored passes?! I'm a web engineer, so don't tell me it wasn't possible to migrate existing data from the old version of the app to the new version of the app. There's always a way. Also got rid of the in-app calendar making the app even less useful. I regularly reference the calendar to plan for future trips. Update: they added a link to the website calendar… better than nothing but the old calendar UI was FANTASTIC.

Not a fan of the update. It used to be so easy to find all the shows in a condensed format. It doesn't show my dining credits for mobile food orders. There used to ba a direct link to the fastpass page to use skip the line passes-just two clicks away-now it is five. I still haven't found where to view loyalty points if at all. This was my favorite of all the theme park apps due to its simple and intuitive interface-it now is just as difficult to navigate as the others.

New app design is awful!! First of all, the update deleted all of our information including our passes. Second, it is extremely difficult to navigate this app. The old interface was much more user friendly. I was trying to find info about special events, and it took several screens to guess where to find it. I never did find the calendar. Nothing is intuitive anymore. Please change it back!

Useful to scan my tickets. I used it a lot throughout the day as it was the only map available. However, the map part kept glitching and I had to exit out and refresh. Then additional filters such as restrooms would disappear each time I closed the app. I believe there is more coding needed to improve the experience. But it was very useful during my stay. I wish there was a way to manage the rides I wanted to ride or rode. Also, the wait times were not accurate.

The app was fine, easy to navigate and had all my passes stored and I loved the almost accurate interactive map. Now the update has made this app a complete nightmare! And the little *keep an eye out for a map in the future*! What!? There was already a map. IF SOMETHING ISN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT! The new look is awful! Read the reviews of the people who use your product and do what the majority want!

Terrible, This new update deleted all my past information and when I go through the look up option. It doesn't even show anymore because I never entered a phone number and it won't let me enter my order number and it says my email only has. One pass on it when it has 6 this is really annoying especially since some of the passes were only ever used on the phones and the cards have been lost for years. Plus the map is gone and closed locations And rides are showing again.

I re-download and it doesn't have any of my passes saved. I found one pass to scan, but do not have others. When I type my email and name, it doesn't pull anything up, yet I have been paying for 6 passes since 2020. The old app wasn't great and this one is worse. I also can't find a way to change my payment card. The app needs a way for people to sign to a profile. I also want to get rid of some or change the name on some passes, but it's impossible without deleting all passes.

The app was working okay. I was able to add my season pass, search for dining, view the pdf map and park hours. The interactive map is still pending, and when I go to view the Wild Safari it opens a browser window instead. Right after I added my dining pass, it crashed & closed. Anytime I try to view my passes, the app closes. I have to bring the physical card. So, my main reason for using the app is gone. Also, I'm only able to mobile order at 3 places despite it being advertised everywhere.

It was very helpful in the beginning. Helping me have my pass much more accessible and letting me look at the map! This all changed when I tried to buy and add a food pass to my account. It let me add it but anytime I try to view it it immediately shuts down the app. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, and uninstalling the app and re downloading it, yet it still doesn't work! If this doesn't get fixed soon then I have wasted 140 dollars! Six flags please fix your app!

I just bought a season pass and registered, but when I try to print out my pass, the app crashes every time. I cleared the cache, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it 3 times!!! I tried numerous times to reset my password. They say they sent me a link to my email address. But it's not there, not even in my spam folder. Fortunately, I took screenshots of the barcode of my purchase because I have no other proof of purchasing the ticket.

Not user friendly, really bad design. The wait times are completely wrong. Can't order food, it doesn't work. Try buying tickets, it's really confusing. To add anything, you have to go to the mobile site, to see your tickets, etc, it takes you to a third site. It's a disaster so that there are redit groups to help people figure our simple things.
