So, now all of sudden Skiplagged is charging an extra charge upon booking with them. This used to be a good app and service, but because of obvious greed you have just lost one. I might as well book with some of the other booking apps and websites. Whereas you were once a great way to find a reasonable flight back home, Skiplagged, you SUCK now!!!! Thanks for the inconvenience and don't bother to apologize for your greed.

Helpful for plan making and dreaming. Not only does the search engine allow you to use the algorithm that gave them their name and got them in trouble (by saving us too much money), it also allows you to skip this search feature because there is more to it when saving money or searching for the right flight. You can browse price differences between airports, you can see predicted/lowest prices on different days and you can save your search for when the price goes down.

Update (10/2020) Now it repeatedly asks to enable the GPS even after clicking "No thanks". The dialog pop up keeps popping up until you select "OK". Not only is that part broken but I also think adding this functionality is ridiculous particularly since the parameters for departure and arrival city needs to be set manually. There is no need to enabled the battery draining GPS for this type of app. Whomever decided to add that feature on really dropped the ball there.

Booked a flight to NYC, everything went smooth as planned! Fast and Easy checkout, purchase confirmation sent directly to my email and our transportation plans were set in a snap! No gimmick s, no games! Skiplagged is my first stop when searching for great prices for air travel! I haven't been able to find a site that beats it or compares!

i like this app. i like skiplagging way if travel. This app malfunctions in ways that cost me getting the great deals and had to get the worst place that ruined the trip. all cause the app wouldn't take any payment cards . we tried several from different people tried and it just doesn't work for no reason. it also wont ket you click on different ticket prices. yes my app is updated. otherwise the app is great . don't try to check a bag !!!

the app is very fast, gives you very clear usable filters, and readily displays all flights to your destination 4 the same day. I was amazed at the accuracy and the savings involved as compared to other travel websites including a custom website from my cruise line 2 save me money. I'm a new user and very pleased. some important information, this site was developed by someone by someone who graduated my high school, Brooklyn Tech! thank you from another graduate!

Heard about skipplagged from my friends in the airlines. Had to say, amazing experience. From start to finish was a piece of cake. Found flights for under 40 dollars each way! Everything went smooth from check in, to boarding, to picking up checked bags. Will continue to use this site for ALL of my future flights! Great Experience! Thank you!

Love Skiplagged, used them for years and they truly have the best prices, but app is frustrating to use. For 1, I'm trying to book a hotel & it won't let me input my State or country, which is causing the cards to decline. So in essence this makes the app useless. Please fix. Thank you for fast response in fixing, changed my rating.

I've only used this app to book a hotel and was somewhat disappointed that I had to pay upfront to get the lower rates. And their policy was that you could not change or cancel your reservation. But I contacted them to ask for leniency due to COVID and they immediately responded to me, told me what to do and refunded my money the next day! Awesome customer service! You can't call them. You have to email them. But they responded within 5-10 minutes of when I sent the email. Great!

This application gets you the best flight deals. Yeah! it does. I've used this application for almost 6 months now. Here's what happened yesterday, I tried to use an international visa forex card to process a transaction but "SKIPLAGGED" doesnt allow you to enter a long international address. I tried to enter the details 5-6 times but the airlines "AUTOMATICALLY" increased the price and I had to pay more! So if you have a forex card and you are trying to process a deal, well, you CANT!

I had to say something here after I read the review of a person below me. He said that Skiplagged shows the same price as other websites. He is correct but he didnt understand what Skiplagged is. I've been using this App ever since United went after them. I use it as a supplement to book my tickets. I'd ask anybody buy their tickets directly with the airline to avoid extra hassles. Skiplagged, you're awesome for doing what you do to provide us with the cheapest option for my travel dates.

Forced to split round trip booking into two separate bookings. When reservation was completed, total was $55 higher. Also charges an additional $10 per segment, not invluded in displayed price. Then, the second leg 'carrier had problems with credit card.' ($100k+ available). Resulted in 10 minute delay. Wife and I were simultaneously trying to buy tickets for two children in different parts of the country to see grandmother in hospice. Will never use this app again.

I buy most of my flights in this site, never had a problem. Recently I saw that the app change for the worst, it looks old, hard to explore, the interface is not user friendly. The previous update was just perfect and easy. I can't shop through the app now, the desktop site still has that old interface, hope they leave it as it is.

This app is a rip off. I didn't mind paying $10 every once in a while if they found a cheaper option for me. Plus they have a cash back bonus program that offset their fees But recently these scammers took $35 for a flight I could have booked directly for the same price. And they didn't even show the added fee until the very last payment page after I'd filled in all my information, so I just thought the price of the ticket had jumped up. Never using them again. Hotwire and Hopper are better.

I've used and loved this app for over 5 years. I received 2 surprise charges recently when booking flights with this service. I've never seen extra deductions and found this surprising. There was no alert or notification that I'd receive the extra charges prior to me completing my payments. I've been charged nearly $40 and the reason is still a mystery.

Easy and reliable app I use to find cheap flights. Remember when you book through skipplagg, you tend to lose your right to refunds or reschedule due to unforseen circumstances. App does what it is expected to do, convenience allows you to book through the site. I use it to find flights and then book through the actual airline. Just a thought.

I use to Love Skiplagged until as of lately the last 5 months I've had some issues. Today was the last straw. Flight amount will change once you put in your payment information. You are also charged a fee for each flight you book, so if you book a round-trip like me today. You'll get charged $35 service fee for both bookings. So in the end do don't save and I'm highly upset I've spent my money with this service. Just book w/ airline. App is still great for random trips, but horrible for saving $
