Somewhat complicated to use--definitely a consequence of its many, many features. If you want lots of features and customizability, this is an excellent choice. It does takes a few more clicks to do things than I think it should, and I always forget how to do things I've done several times before. However, using this for about two years has really put me in touch with my habits and helped me improve my sleep hygiene with useful insights I never would have considered. Great tech, bad usability.

This app and reading Matthew Walker's book Why We Sleep completely change my sleeping habits. I highly recommend. The only thing I would want changed is the duration goals. Right now if you have 1 bad night ie. 4 hours, you will be behind on your goal for the rest of the month unless you sleep way over your goal to make up the time. I recommend a goal range (8-9 hrs) and if you are within the target range, you have met your goal. If you have a couple bad nights, it's only 2 out of 30 nights.

Edit: that did the trick. It's back to normal! Ty 😊 ---- I don't know what changed but now i have to unlock my phone and the alarm is on a task bar so not only unlock but also try to click on the app in the task bar to open the alarm to turn it off. Why the change? It's really annoying now and I'm disappointed. I've been using this since the app came out.

The feature I found most useful was linking the app with Google calendar so the app reschedules your alarm for you. Now, that's completely gone, and I almost missed a 5:30am shift this morning because I keep forgetting I have to manually reschedule my alarm now. That was the best and most useful feature, it's been completely neutered, and I feel betrayed

The ability to skip or move repeating alarms +/- up to 2hrs for only the next instance make this the most useful alarm app. If you have ever turned off an alarm for a day off only to forget to turn it back on then you need this app. The ability to use sleep monitoring for a more natural wakeup with both the Pebble and Samsung watch (along with most other wearables) is also a big plus.

Wakes me up in the morning, experimental features should be standard like using Spotify or music app as Ringer, but does not work properly always opens last play list instead of selected one. Also the oversleep feature with hard typed math seems to be gone or buried. Selecting multiple alarms are now collapsed on only show the next one not UI friendly. Wish for better Garmin integration. Having said that it's a lot of features for an alarm app, at the core it does what it supposed to do wake me.

I've been using this app for years now and I've had a great experience, I love being able to see how I'm sleeping and see trends and it gives recommendations on how to improve. I also really like the integration with Philips hue for the alarm, it makes waking up to an alarm feel much more natural and it even dynamically changes the time depending on what sleep cycle you're in. Whenever I have run into issues I report them and they get right back to me to get a fix. I love it!

The best sleep tracker I've tried. Lots of different options for how to track, all of which seem pretty accurate. (My favorite is the Phaser, I got one of the first runs from the crowd funding site.) The best thing, though, is the flexible smart alarm with all the options and captcha packs with options that make me think enough to wake up without the problems of some others I've tried. There's really something for everyone here. And you can't beat the (very reasonable) price.

I used to love this app, got paid version when it was on sale at the start of covid (under a different account) and used it religiously then eventually fell off about a year ago. Now my psych wants me to track sleep so ofc this was my 1st stop! The duration graph has changed from line to bar and I don't like it at all!! I understand people have preference and may prefer it but please give the old line graph as an option at least, it was so much better

Love it! It tracks my sleep accurately (I think?) And there is so much data collected and broken down in all the charts and graphs. Personally, I get a little overwhelmed and don't understand most of the long term trends data. I only have 1 real complaint: it just made me buy the app on my new phone when I could swear I already purchased it for life on my old phone. Does it not transfer phones?

So far, I like this. One problem is that in the "Deficit" chart the description refers to a green and blue line... however there are TWO GREEN lines and no blue line. I've looked very closely with a 10x loupe and definitely NO blue line. So, in an area of personal interest to me, I'm struggling to understand the chart. :-/ Otherwise problems are modest. I would like to see more extensive help and advice as to what to do with the information gained. There's some advice but not extensive enough.

I used to love this app, but then I started to travel for work and realized the limitations and frustrations. I use an NFC tag in my house - when I travel the app is supposed to notice that I'm not in my home location and durable NFC. But it doesn't. Ever. And on top of that I often can't disable the alarm without clicking on 300+ sheep (wish you could choose your backup, and not have this) or restarting the phone. Please, fix this so I can use this app again.

I don't use the sleep tracking anymore, but I still really like Sleep as Android. All the power user features made my marriage better -- my alarm vibrates for 60sec before any sound, which means I wake up and not my spouse. The ability to skip days, delay alarms once or move them forward once, and have captchas to turn alarms off are something I use regularly and would miss.

First of all, it's the most accurate tracker confirmed by experimental comparison with sleep laboratory data. Choose your tracker: sonar, a compatible wearable, or their own Sleep Phaser device. It can turn your Hue (and others) lights on in the morning or whenever you awaken. It syncs with a great variety of top-notch apps, and has an ongoing and very active beta-testing program that makes the app better and better. And now it's very user-friendly and brightly colored!! 🙂 😴🛌💤💤💤

Hasn't functioned properly for weeks. I keep oversleeping because of it. Plus, when you set a second alarm to keep from oversleeping the first, it disables the second alarm when you snooze the first. I used to love this app. I used to recommend it to everybody. Now, they have updated it into extinction. Uninstalling. What a disappointment.

Really like the app, but hate the sleep notification. My phone will beep/vibrate excessively, and selecting stop doesn't always work. I'm forced to select stop repeatedly in notifications until it's accepted, but then it returns minutes later for more of the same. Literally, I had to turn off my notifications one night because I could not stop the sleep notification. Otherwise, good app but please fix the notifications issue.

Perfect! Never fails! I work 12 hour shifts that switch from nights to days 4 times in a 3 week cycle, crazy. I set repeatable weekly schedules. The alarm sounds with a predetermined volume you set in app, and the alarm sounds as desired regardless is your phone is on low volume or mute. Plenty of lullaby and sleep tracking features (desired amount of sleep, sound monitor while sleeping, go to bed reminders) but I don't want my app telling me I need more than 4 hours of sleep. Best Ever!

Gives a lot of excellent feedback; the data has actually helped me increase my sleep length and quality; and my doctor loves seeing my charts. My Huawei watch occasionally fails to pick up heart rate and it's in additional step to double-check the connection every night. IMO the user interface is overly complicated, too many options. It may be best to bury some of them in sub-menus.

Great app. Excellent for heavy sleepers. After using the free version I loved it so much I bought the app. I've used it for the last 3 years. The captcha is great for heavy sleepers. I used to set multiple alarms and was still late. The added features don't let the alarm turn off until you complete the task. It's amazing. Worth every penny and then some.

I have been using this software for years with an Amazfit Bip series watch for the motion detection as well as an Pulse Oximeter for HR and PA02 monitoring. I love the dynamic "Smart Wake Up" alarm settings that wake you up at an optimal point in your sleep cycle. I have had a few minor issues over the years and the dev team is extremely responsive and helpful.
