More About Slidebox - Photo Organizer

Slidebox makes organizing photos fun!
Our Gallery is usually a mess, cluttered with unwanted screenshots, blurry photos, and duplicates. We made Slidebox to help clean up this mess without making it feel like a chore.

We tried many apps, but none of them worked for us. So we came up with a simple & elegant solution – and we’d love for you to give it a try!

Here’s how it works: You go through your photos one-by-one and decide what to do. With a single gesture, you can trash, mark as favorite, or organize into an album. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can always undo. When you’re done organizing, you can take one last look and apply the changes to your Gallery.

Here’s the deal: it is hard to describe how fun it is to organize photos with Slidebox. So we'd love for you to try and see for yourself. Our app is free with no commitment, and we take privacy very seriously. No tricks.

You will finally have the Gallery you wanted: a set of beautifully organized memories. Keeping up with your photos doesn’t have to be a chore anymore. Once you get the hang of it, you will have a lot of fun doing it!

Here’s some feature highlights:

- Single swipe organization (Trash, Favorite, Sort)
- Undo any changes
- SD card support
- Video organization support
- Organize existing albums
- Organize screenshot folders

…and many more to come!

We believe that your photos capture the most meaningful moments in your life. And we built Slidebox to help you get the most joy out of these treasures buried in your phone.

It's not perfect but it does exactly what it intends to do well. This is my first time having an organized photo gallery and it's easy as swiping. Some ideas for next version: If you have too many folders, the horizontal scrolling is awkward. Maybe swipe up on folders for a second row. Or subfolders?

UI is perfect and exactly what I want, but I can't build off my existing folders on my phone and the folders created in the app stay in the app. This kind of defeats the whole purpose. For example I can't move the folders to a backup on my computer because they wouldn't be sorted anywhere except in the app

Doesn't work well with the latest Android Update I used to love this app on IOS and it worked fabulously and I'd love for it to work like that on this phone but unlike the IOS it doesn't seem to delete photos from your actual phone's photo folder. In addition to that, you can't share photos. It makes me sad because this app worked so flawlessly on my iPhone. I hope they fix it because I honestly loved it when it worked.

I'm really loving this so far, it used to take me hours to sort through my pictures and albums and now I'm sad i didn't download this sooner. Its super simple and minimalistic which is great! My only complaint is that i wish you could choose which folder you were sorting at a time instead of your gallery all at once because sometimes i want pictures to be kept in the folder they were originally placed. Also maybe add a cropping feature?

Doesn't work for newer versions of Android 😣 It crashes when scrolling through grid album 😣 "unsorted" images in window were actually sorted in my phones DCIM folder. SlideBox creates a subfolder in Pictures that. This creates multiple folder chaos. ⚠️I've emailed the developer and didn't get a response. It seems he or she has abandoned this app or is only updating it for iPhone.

Great concept, but if you have more than 5 folders, you can't put any new photos into any of the folders older than the last 5 you created. There is no option to change the folders you want to use, so you're very limited in how much you can organize. I don't know how someone would have less than 5 albums they'd want to separate their folders into, but that's what it does.

It's COOL it's HOT but never WARM! Plain, simple, does the job! It lists and shows ALL your photos; Next, give photo a folder name, press folder for current photo and it sends your photo to that folder. Do the same with next photo. Couldn't be easier! Could take long time depending on number of photos on your phone. You can also save your new folders to your default gallery. I think you'll love this app. FREE, NO ADS and no pro to buy . . . it's already a PRO! Hats off to the Author!

Worked perfectly and had been using it for ages, but latest update seems to have completely removed all saved data from trash bin and albums, as well as just taken away the ability to even sort photos into albums in the first place, only thing the app seems to let you do now is either trash a photo or scroll to the next one, hope this is just a bug

Very very useful app here! I don't know why gallery apps don't include these features but since they don't this couples so well! The only thing I hope you add eventually is a button in the top right corner to open the gallery from the app for faster access, and a way to detect and remove ONLY duplicates. That's all I think it needs. Such a great app!

Doesn't let you view existing folders. It also has one of my BIGGEST struggles and I didn't even realize until opening social media. All the photos I organized counted as new photos and the date changed. All the old photos went to the top as if they were new. Not in my actual gallery, but when I go to post on Instagram or Snapchat. Dont want photos from a year ago at the top instead of my recent photos. No way to fix this other than to delete the photos for good :/

Though this app was built for an earlier version of Android, it still worked perfectly for me. It is simple to use and intuitive. It helped me organize my photos into separate albums, as well as delete accidental screenshots and unneeded photos. I hope the developer continues to work on this, as well as other apps. Very good job developer!

The app works well enough to get your photos sorted. I do run into some issues, bugs, and app crashes but it's not bad for what it is. I did however get a sour taste in my mouth when using this app on iOS. It's regularly updated, has more features, and is all around way more polished on iOS. Meanwhile the android variant hasn't seen a single update since it was launched.

So far pretty good, you just create albums, then a picture pops up and all you do is tap on the album you want it in and it goes there. Swipe up to delete a photo, puts it in trash can, where it can still be viewed and optionally recovered. photos are not deleted from your phone until trash is emptied. But I hope they add SD card support soon, as they state they are going to do. I only have 18 pictures in internal, because I want space for apps. I'm running out of space on my internal memory!

I've loved this app for long time, however recent update, even with it's fresh look, break functionality. Folders get lost from the app after close. You need to confirm move the files after you assign them into folders (which you can forget and it's the solely purpose of the app). I still grade the app as a 5 star because after fixing these small bugs it will shine as always, thanks for the hard work on it.

Quick and simple way of organizing your images. It's more intuitive and faster than dealing with the Galery app. It does have some small quirks, but they haven't ruined the experience for me. For example, folders do not get removed from the lists even after deleting all images inside of them. To get them to disappear, you need to exit the app and then open it. Also, no support for videos??? It's still a very well-made app for what it's trying to do/solve.

So far very good app. It's simple, to the point nothing fancy. I use it for real estate therefore I need folders for easy organization of different properties. The only suggestion I have is: each pic I need to label different items in Picture. There is no edit button except when sharing photos. Otherwise perfect!

Thank you for updating this app, the base version wasn't doing everything I wanted! I got this app to sort my downloads folder but it isn't detected by the app for some reason so I have to scroll all the way through unsorted photos until I get to the pictures. FAQ says that deleting albums from slidebox shouldnt delete the pictures and send them back to unsorted but I did a search and the images are actually gone? Also tried sort 1000 images but it didn't work, have to do it in smaller batch

It is absolutely by far the best organizational software available on android. Update years later. It's been literally free for over 5 years, and now it has a weekly subscription service with ads? I have no idea what compelled them to complicate the app, but I'm pretty sad to see it happen. The only thing I would suggest is a lifetime one-time purchase option. I paid for it on my iPad and would pay for it again if I needed to.

This is an edit. I understand the need to make money; that's fair. But to change it from free to a weekly charge seems excessive. I would gladly pay for the app one time. Original review: Very Useful. Easy to use and brings great organizational tool to my gallery. Doesn't change photos, just keeps them in folders.

I've been using SlideBox for a few months now, and it has significantly improved the way I create and deliver presentations. The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to organize slides, add multimedia elements, and customize each slide to perfection. The variety of templates available is impressive, catering to different styles and purposes, whether for business pitches, educational content, or creative storytellin
