This is my first experience using sling and it is user-friendly, easy to understand and a great way to communicate driving assignments. I came from louisville transportation and they never had anything remotely close to this software, and I love it.

I like the app but with my android I can't see the available shifts. That is very frustrating since I could miss an opportunity for more hours. No one with an iPhone seems to have this issue. It would be perfect for me, if not for this. I wish it would be fixed.

Glitchy and hard to use. Once signed onto the app, it does not allow you to use other apps on your phone unless you force it shut. I also tried to download the app to my computer, but even though I clicked on the "download to other devices" tab, it still will not allow this to happen. Just started using this app for my new job and have already found it annoying and cumbersome at best.

I've tried to premium version loved all the features whoever I didn't purchase simply because our organization has other software that manages some of these features inother back end departments. I recommend the free version for anyone looking to do employee scheduling. super easy to learn and use and my staff just loves the ease of communication and taking control of their own shifts. notifications assures that staff are not forgetting about having to work and, there are no excuses!

I was going to compliment my newly appointed "supervisor" for this app, but then she fired me "just because she could". It was a great app, from what little time she made my schedule. Your shifts are all there. It even reminds you before your shift. I am sure you can change that setting if needed. But, very handy if you have erratic hours. It is all right there. Very cool 😎 app.

From most valuable app for our business to considering other options. It used to be a smooth app. Now after recent updates it's glichy and crashes constantly. It seems to circle around typing noted. Which is avoidable for our daily dedicated and weekly repeating pickups. However the pop-up 24 hr notice runs that require manual notes to be typed causes app to crash within 3 to 5 key taps. Scheduling used to take at most 45 min now takes 1.5hr or more.

Had the app maybe 6 months now and at first it was fine but now it won't let me upload any form of photo in newfeed it says "socket closed" after loading for a while...all the other managers and people can post photos regularly so it's very frustrating being one of the main manager and not being able to do that! Update: it's gotten worse now I can't see anyone's scheduled shifts under the full staff I have to Uninstal it and start over to get it to even load through Wed. Still can't post pics

Before recent updates, this app ran really smooth and was great to use. As of recently I hate having to heavily rely on this as the main communication my work uses, when sending messages it often freezes and the app crashes, meaning I have to either pre-type what I want to say in a text message and then copy and paste in sling messages or I have to re-type sometimes several times. I also don't get other messages until later in the day.

We use Sling for scheduling our employees. It works well *most* of the time but when it doesn't, it really doesn't. We have had MANY instances where Sling stops working without notice, or it will reset everyone's settings or notifications randomly after updates. Our employees rely heavily on these, and it's a pretty epic fail every time these are reset without notification

A good app for shift organizing and changing shifts. The reminders and simple UI make it so once I got used to it it really helped staying on time. Tagging who is on which shigt and shift trading are also convenient in app. Overall, it helps reduce management needs on the low end once set up. The app is really at it's best though when used in conjunction with other networking apps like Slack, communication between employees is key to best value on this app.

💥💥USE 7-SHIFTS INSTEAD💥💥 I have an android and this app is absolute trash. My notifications show up when my actual phone notifies me but I open the app and they are nowhere to be found. Secondly, I wanted to put a shift up for grabs and the "..." feature in the upper right hand corner was simply not there. Even my boss was like, oh, weird. Thirdly, the platform in general is not easy to navigate through. Yeah, uh, just don't 🤣

It's easier to communicate and keep up to date with changes in my schedule and also communicating when I have appointments. I've enjoyed this app. Also if a manager has a post everyone that has sling should be able to see it without saying I didn't see it.because we all can see it now! so I'm very satisfied with this program and app. Thank you

My favorite part of this app is the chat feature. Our work place is gossip and drama free. My staff chat on Sling about all things work related and not work related. I think it has really helped the staff feel like a work family. The scheduling feature is convenient. Employees can swap shifts without having to run it by me, but I can still see the shift trades. It makes "request off's" much more manageable and organized. We also use it to clock in and out.

Sling is amazing! We use it to log and control all Spa Front Desk staff. This app makes it easy to schedule, easy to see and easy to change shifts. Our staff love its versatility, the way they can offer up a shift they need out of and trade shifts with their coworkers, as well as, as managers we have to approve the switch and are always in the loop. Can't live without it now!

This app is severely neglected on Android. I use it for work and it's just not reliable. From calendar syncs, to notifications, to having to constantly refresh the feed. Not to mention if your connection is spotty or you're switching onto or off of wifi, it'll spam several little sliders to let you know. It uses a lot of battery for how little I get out of it.

The service sling provides is great. I really, really like it. The app... Is alright. It's fine for employees - they can see their schedule and send and receive messages without revealing everyone's personal phone numbers. But as an administrator, the app is practically worthless. I only have it to respond to messages. Scheduling is impossibly complicated in the app, much faster to do on paper. The app also doesn't allow you to send announcements, at least not that I've found. There's also no way to view an announcement again. I wish it had a timer (available for x days) The UI also seems to be difficult for new employees to understand. There are too many different tabs and menus that give the appearance of a lot of features, that don't really exist. The website, however, is great

It works, assuming I close and reset it several times a day. Otherwise it doesn't show messages, goes into infinite load screens, or won't send messages to others. It took me almost three months of fighting before I could finally get it to change my profile picture. It's a very frustrating app most of the time but when it works, it's useful.

I've had it for 4 years because my job uses the app and I don't think it's been updated in that time. The same bugs persist and the app randomly stops working in the middle of messaging so you have to close the app and then retype your message hoping it will go through. It even affects my phone performance, after I close the app my phone lags for about 10 seconds. No other app does that.

I run a company with multiple locations and have used this for the last 2.5 years. Sling is so easy to use, the app runs extremely smooth and it is constantly updated adding new features all of the time. I highly recommend Sling to anyone looking for a very flexible way to keep track of schedules and time keeping. All the same features if not more plus it's much cheaper than the other ones we have tried!

Find something that's not broken. I genuinely cannot stand this app and it's web version. It never registers my clock in/outs on time, I get messages on an INSANE delay, and I never get notifications on time. Then, on the browser, it constantly deletes my messages WHILE IM TYPING which is infuriating. File sharing is atrocious. Just find something else.
