Great app! I use the number all the time, it relally helps me secure my privacy. I always use it on weird websites, I never get any spam on my phone number.

How much $$$/3month, 6month? I didn't understand the break down. $0.99/month or $2.99/month? Once I buy the number, am I going to pay anything before sending sms or making calls? Am I going to buy credit or coins to make call and send messages? Please clarify this.

Someone used my account to make a purchase I didn't authorised. I have been trying to contact their support and they have not responded. I need a refund since i have not used the product and i wasn't the person who made the purchase

Need help, I can't make a phone call, It tells me permission not Permitted. And where the 0 is the calll buttons there. Email 3 times not only one response but didn't clarify the problem. Need help from someone

This app is rubbish. It promises but doesn't deliver on its promise; the support email is an automated response, and they don't respond at all. A rip-off. Be cautious and steer clear of this app.

I subscribed for a 3 month plan and after using it for 3weeks my Number dissappear. I couldn't find it anymore I Uninstall app and installed but still nothing. Please where is my number and why can't find it. This app sucks run from it.

It's a scam. First, it only works for US and Canada but they won't tell you until after you pay. Second, good luck trying to cancel your subscription online. I had to email support, we'll see how it goes. I might update my review in the near future.

App does not work. I was unable to make outbound calls, even after paying an extra $10 for extra outbound calls/texts. I emailed Customer Service twice and didn't receive a response. Beware!

Seems like a cash grab! I had 8 dollars and change balance but software went blank when trying to make a call. I contacted customer support. Next thing I know account balance, phone number and subscription all vanished!

APP Keeps crashing now. Keeps saying check my internet connection but the connection is fine

Signed up for a trial subscription. Went to renew but barely missed the cutoff time. I asked support if they could revive my number. No response. 8 days later, slynumber charged my credit card. Emailed slynumber twice requesting a refund or to revive my number. No response. Left a voice mail with mobile-sphere. No response. Successfully disputed charge with credit card company. 84 days later, they billed my card again! Will dispute the charge again and have bank prevent future billings.

I am extremely disappointed with this app, as I spent $30 on an annual subscription only to find out that purchasing additional credits is also necessary. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly mentioned before making the payment. I feel misled and would like a refund; otherwise, I will have no choice but to contact my bank.

Fantastic customer service! I used this app for a second number on my business phone so I can have my personal number with me. It's so intuitive. The app works so well. I did not realize you had to pay the credits for outgoing calls and texts. However, overtime this me have me choose a different app or carrier but for now it's been great.

I don't believe these are real mobile numbers , l believe these are VoIP numbers. I wasted 9 for nothing bc the verification did not go through. Customer service is a joke.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. It hasn't worked correctly from the start. Can't answer incoming calls, and their customer service makes Xfinity look excellent. When I did make calls the sound clarity was so poor, that I couldn't understand the person on the other end. I asked for a refund and they said I could cancel service, but they will only refund within the first 24 hours after sign up. ππππππππππ!

Update: may 22, 2024 - two huge issues. First, when I receive a text message, it shows up in the Android message notification, but almost never shows up in the slynumber app - so there is no way to read it. On web portal, messages area shows "internal server error". Worse, support is non responsive. I received one response asking me if notifications were enabled. Since then they have ghosted me for weeks. I am not sure that anyone is even there as all my support requests are being ignored. :-(
