It is an impressive app for all investors. Its user-friendly interface provides real-time data, charts, and news updates. The intuitive navigation makes it easy to buy/sell stocks, and the customizable watchlist helps track favorite securities. However, occasional lags in high traffic times need improvement. Overall, This app is a reliable and useful app for making informed investment decisions. Happy investing!

The app is helpful but often it creates problem during logging in the broker account. It either crashes or doesn't do anything. I was waiting for an update thinking it would be fixed but it has been 3 weeks and there is no update. The problem remains as it is. Secondly, the UI needs to be better. It's a lot of hassle. Maybe organise more and put categories which distinguish each element properly. It seems like soemone has put a lot of random things together.

Easy to use and understand. Very light and fast. It shows the real time data of stocks without any delay. In a smallcase, for each stock it shows profit/loss data, which is extremely useful for decision making for further buying and selling of particular stock within smallcase. Watchlist and relevant stock news are also very useful. Very easy to use app. Loved it.

Disappointing experience with Smallcase. Poor user interface, limited customization, high fees, and unresponsive customer support. Not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere for investment options.

Some Drawbacks to Overcome and become Legend!! 1. Limit order with date validity shall be available in place Market order. This facility can give 2 to 3 % additional benifit. ( 5 paisa) 2. Custom Whatsapp updates required on increase / decrease in certain value % of smallcase for better monitoring.

Rebalancing is a huge pain point. Requires login/ authentication multiple times. Have to spend min 10 mins to do any rebalancing .. in case of execution failure for any stock .. Repair option doesn't get enabled automatically and have to reach out to support team to enable repair. There are numerous technical issues in executing rebalance.

The app lacks basic features for the mutual fund section. I can't buy MF in the same fund until the previous order is completed. also add the SIP feature as well. The mutual fund section of the app feels incomplete as if you guys didn't wanted to make it good on purpose, other than that app is really great.

They have a collection of bad performing funds especially Omni Capital funds are the worst. Here are the issues: 1. No option of reinvesting dividends so you end up paying income tax instead of capital gains tax. 2. XIRR only showed only after a year, whereas other apps start showing it even after a few days. 3. Rebalancing requires to be through broker every time. Such a hassle. 4. Omni Capital rebalanced my assets without consent to make a loss intentionally as I didn't continue subscription

I would give 5 star but I am giving 3 star because of customer service. Connecting to customer care takes so much time. It takes usually 5-8min to connect with the customer service. @smallcaseteam do work in cx support because you guys only provide chat option which is very time consuming, give also customer care no. so people can directly connect to you guys easily. I am changing my review from 3 star to 2 star because they are still not working to improve the customer service.

I'd give 5 star for the feature itself. Want to continue using the app to manage funds. My issue is with its integration with groww. Rebalancing or even paying a SIP is very very buggy. Keeps looping with Groww login. This used to be far and few a while ago. But now a days, it takes a minimum of 15 mins to do one process which involves using the groww Integration. Please fix the integration and keep it as seamless as possible.

This sounds like a really interesting idea initially. However, the tax implications for rebalancing are crazy if you have decent portfolio size and returns. They have been doubling down on heavy rebalancing (for their in house smallcases)

Good app. -1 star for two reasons. 1. You don't show the complete chart of returns of a smallcase that has been here since 2016-17 but you only show returns from 2019. 2. Suppose I'm looking at a mid+small cap smallcase, you don't let me compare it with midsmall400 index but only with smallcap. that too 50 or 250, I don't have a clue. I think I've written all there was to, don't expect me to drop a mail for this. You can take this suggestion and improve or stay as you are. Thanks for replying.
