SMART HOME WIFI: Their promos often change. Moreover, their UnliFam increases by a ₱100 almost every month. Perhaps, it would reach ₱4,000/month soon. Another thing, their towers go down frequently at night when we need internet the most. Our household only relies on mobile internet as fiber is not available where we live. Due to these issues with Smart, we switched to Dito: Strong and fast connection at affordable prices. We could never be happier.

The new updates don't allow me to turn off auto-renewal. It forces you to set up giga pay even if you don't want it. The old promos such as Giga Power+ aren't in the app, and I have to access it manually by dialing *143#. Overall, the new update is such a cash grab.

This app's got bugs on payment transactions. Always prompts that "You didn't get charged. Try again" and when you try again, "an error occurred." Only to find out later that you've been charged for all payment attempts you made that resulted in those error prompts

Logging in every time I open the app is such a hassle, why can't we just use biometrics for faster logins? Edit: Thank you for the quick response, I have activated it now. I suggest that the quick log in options should pop out on the first log in, I don't know if this is implemented already but if not it would be a nice add.

All my linked prepaid and postpaid numbers were gone in an instant? What happened Smart? There's like 5 sim cards linked and registered to my account, and they are now missing in an instant. This is so annoying and inconvenient, imagine i had to remove the sim from my prepaid routers again to relink these missing numbers?! Quite annoying!

Glad that the developers are responding right away whenever there is a concern. the application now can be used normally without load/internet and only takes few seconds to load up. but please!, i had enough of the "ultra high speed" popping in my screen first before proceeding into the app. I'm not a 5G user, so get me off of that advertisement and kept that on those who uses 5G.

Try to open the app and it will just display the smart logo and wouldn't do anything, tried uninstalling the app and the phone it self was already restarted still the same issue. Fix your up and stop adding features that makes the app it self so freaking hard to use because you always change the feature from time to time

something is wrong with your app. dev should be processing this error cause I see lots of comments suggesting the wrong password error even if the correct password was input. also, mine says wrong number when I have basically been using the same number and haven't changed anything. PS Update: Dev has resolved the issues and can now smoothly access the app again without hassle. Kudos to the dev team for the prompt action 👍👍👍👏👏👏

Very useful app, no need to go to a store and buy load. The only problem is it won't run without wi-fi or data promo subscription (unlike the rival network by the name of G1) so the app becomes useless when your promo expires even if cellular data is turned on 😉

my last review was back in 2022. the app became stable but now it kept saying error occurred when i go to the rewards part of the app. i loaded, 1000 php and it wont reflect on the app. i loaded 300 a few minutes prior and that had no problem. after a few times refreshing, the app suddenly logged me out then i had to log back in. when i was back in the app, it deleted my smartbro number that was registered there. what is up with the wonkiness smart?

this is app sucks, i can't use my gigapoints even if i already have a hundred, the gigapoints won't work even if i already uninstall and reinstall it, every time i go through the gigapoints it'll keep loading and when it stopped loading it says that "error occurred". even if i try again, it wouldn't work. I've been checking it for almost 2 weeks because my points are about to expire but it kept saying "error occurred"

Was trying to add load through the app and it encountered an error indicating that the process encountered an error and that I will not be charged. My balance was still the same so I tried it again after a few minutes and it encountered the same error. Still my balance was the same so I tried it again after about 30 mins and still it encountered the error. After a few minutes I suddenly had 3x the amount I was trying to load and could not find a platform to ask for support, even in the app.

I don't recommend this app. Poor user interface, missing security feature, and topping up using credit cards are very unreliable, seems unsecured, and problematic. Also, transaction history is unuseful. Failed transactions are not recorded, not notifications, so I don't have any proof for your claim.

Basically unusable. For some reason, it keeps on asking me to re-log in when other apps don't require you to re-log in every. damn. time. And recently, credit card payment can't be done on the app. Navigating the app is basically minesweeper of errors popping up.

This app is so inconvenient. It always requires an update. I just updated it and was working then after just a few days when I opened it again, it asked me to update it. It was not even a month ago when I updated it. Also, updating it is not a problem if only smart will improve its services in areas where it is available. Data here in our location is so slow. It takes a lot of time to update the app. The same problem. It asked me to enable it. Also, bizload is very inconvenient for Smart users.

I encountered yet another bug in the Smart App, which has severely affected my mood. Despite previous issues, this app continues to disappoint with its lack of reliability and consistent problems. Fixing these bugs should be a priority for the developers, but it seems like nothing is improving. Very frustrating experience.

EDIT: Stop being illiterate, I said fingerprint login, MPIN is a completely different feature. Telling me to use an alternative feature doesn't fix the issue. ORIGINAL: They added fingerprint login, but it's not convenient, you always have to retype your number before the biometric popup appears. It's not intuitive. App icon looks ugly and zoomed out. Remove outer square and the redundant "Smart" name in the icon, Android already show app name.

This app should allow biometrics login. It's annoying to type your number and password every time I reopen the app. It should have the ability to remember last mobile number used to login. It has pasapoints button or menu but it's useless, the feature isn't available yet. It says "Pasa will be back soon" and it's already a month or months passed, no update yet. My gigapoints has expired already. Please improve the app.

I've had numerous passwords changed because the app keeps telling that the password is wrong, in fact it's not! I had the screenshot of the previous passwords taken right after changing for proof and it is right but the damn app acts like it isn't. There are also times that I've loaded up but the amount won't appear on the app hence the inconvenience! What's the purpose of the app if I have to revert back to old ways to get the deals? The app also keeps me logged out every now and then, great!!

Garbage app. Randomly decided my main credit card is expired, which it's NOT (not by a few years!) And also won't let me make any transactions with any other cards. "Acquire Decline", even though all my cards have more than sufficient balance to cover the attempted transaction. And when it does work, it says there's an error and that it failed... only to discover upon refreshing the app that the first transaction actually DID work, and now I'm subscribed to two promos. FIX YOUR GARBAGE APP.
