Smart Notify - Dialer & SMS

I thought finally there is an app that does the job. But after months of use I figured not all the functionality works. The interface is not friendly and rather confusing and cluttered. I wish the developers fix the app at earliest.

Perfect app if configured correctly. I use it on MIUI with android 7 and the only problem i had was it not working after device reboot despite the active app process, and manual opening of the app was needed. I finally found a workaround: I put a widget and now the app always works without any need of intervention.

I like it. Having calls and sms in the single app was all I wanted. I will give you 5 stars after removing the message at the bottom reminding me of upgrading the app. The message is annoying, I don't need to be reminded, I know I will need to upgrade in order to enjoy full version.

One of the best apps. But it can only show some few contacts can't load all. When applying colour them some of the colors don't work, it just becomes black and white. Sometimes when setting the pop-up window it closes itself..... Help in these please

This is my favorite app on Google Play. It is the best of apps that has calling and sms combined and the features even on the free version are robust. This review was not solicited. Very nice job developers-thank you. Update 3/8/2020: I purchased the premium Smart Notify Unlock to get the scheduled text function. This is a well-planned and executed application. It will be my call/sms app for the duration. Rudy Taylor, Esq

Wow! This is so cool!! So, at first I set Smart Notify as the default phone and sms app, but nothing worked to my satisfaction. So I reset back to my default phone and sms apps, then started Smart Notify and made calls and sent text THRU Smart Notify, which used the default phone and sms apps...What an amazing idea! I think that's right... I'll revise this as I go. Brilliant idea, I am just speechless...

When you add the "vibrate when picked up" option for all notifications, then I'll buy this instantly and give 5 stars. Until then I will have to keep searching for an app that has it. Ps: to have the phone vibrate when there are missed calls or messages when you pick up the phone. There used to be such an option standard in android phones and it was called `smart alert'. EDIT: unfortunately it does not work at all, even with all battery savings disabled and all notification permissions allowed. Too bad. The option used to be standard on all android phones, but now not even a simple app does it anymore... :(

Mr milan i purchase your app but as per me i want you should some changes in your app to make better work 1) there is no option of reminder where we can see for whom we have set reminder. Means there should be any tab to get reminder history 2) we can find pending option in your app but when we put any contact in pending list, we cant find it in pending list. Pending tab is not working proper. 3) when we click on notification, the pop up window should show the note of contact. Which cant work?

You need to have a Spam feature for texts and apps so they can't keep coming back with Spam especially on my text fix your great app! When I try to answer with a text in a pop-up of yours which is very convenient that text does not go to my selected text then go out whatsoever . I have to guess it's because I haven't picked your default app but please make this work with all apps that are chosen

Hi Milan, thought of writing the issues I faced before uninstall. Primarily, looked at this app to display the company field when I receive a call. Didn't work. Sms view was ok, but not strong enough to move out of typical messaging app on Oxygen OS. Recently, started misbehaving on displaying the missed call notifications for some calls of past, like a few days before or so. Really confusing. Good luck for the further changes.

I have tried at least 10 dialer apps - but couldn't find the four features I was looking at. This is the first app where I found all the following 4 features: 1. Call log and sms side by side 2. Speed dialing - thr key pad 3. Inserting contact as text in a sms 4. Clean classic interface There are many more features which I hadn't even expected (a widget for recent contacts on my home screen). Why I haven't given 5 stars? The interface is not as classic as Contacts+ Hope it gets better.. 👍

Really love this app. I have had a few crashes once in a while (Samsung Galaxy S3+ - didn't purchase it that long ago) but overall really good. 4 stars because of crashes. I may be missing a setting or something, but when I send an MMS, I don't want it to show up 3 times (for the 3 recipients in group) in my log. Is there a way to show MMS only once?

I don't know what is the purpose of accessing the phone's camera and gallery before using the in-app details? Now we trusted the app and gave access, while I have not trusted any company except Google until now.

The app can do at least 10x more than what I needed, but no others could do it as well as this one. The default appearance is ugly AF, but who cares if it works really well. My only real issue is -what other reviewers mentioned, too- that it randomly loses its connection to contacts, so all phone numbers appear as "unknown". If I go back to the previous screen, it automatically reconnects and the contact names get displayed again. It's a minor annoyance that hopefully gets fixed in a future update.

**Since the new update July 2024, it forces me to choose this app as my default sms app, though I chose another and payed for it and this one. I can't get passed this forced change to use the dialer. I am saddened and hope this is changed. The phone app is fine. It doesn't allow me to use another text app.The text part does not allow for sending gifs and pics.

I was very excited at first and decided to purchase this app, but now I would like a refund!!! It doesn't show my image's in sms text and I can't find anyway to attach my photos... I'm beyond PISSED!! 🤬 Google photos doesn't recognize app for me to send pictures. Update: It would have been nice to use the app as primary phone and messenger. But, after having it for some days it has been great in notifications and reminding me of messages and calls. I'm very happy with my purchase!! 🥰💖

2023-12 Google contacts aren't refreshing! Missing contacts are very frustrating! Older: I have used this app for a couple years and been very pleased with it. From setting up favorites, to searching & defining my contact groups, blocking callers, the app works well. I have more than one number coming into my cell phone so having one app that could keep track of the call log was important. Android changed how call logs are maintained which caused my old app to not function.
