Absolutely rubbish You have to pay to get it to do what the printer app will do can't connect to my printers just says off line £3.79 a week to get a message printer off line by the way I have a cannon hp and a brother all say the same so you pay for messagages you get for free

constant communication errors why a printed two or three things just fine during the testing phase but when I wanted to print something that I really bought the damn printer for it's got communication errors. it's nothing less than absolutely annoying.

What a predatory, garbage excuse for an app. I have to watch an ad when the app opens, when selecting a document, when confirming I want to print something, etc. I accidentally touched an ad on the screen, and it automatically installed a game on my phone. This should not be allowed on the app store.

Terrible app, constantly wants me to spend money and won't connect to my Epson L355. I couldn't uninstall fast enough, total junk.

You only get very little scans and prints and if you want more you have to pay for premium to get "Unlimited prints and scans"

This app sucks. It wont let you scan documents from printer unless you pay premium price to unlock all the features of this app. Useless.

User setup is horrible. Was unable to set up on my phone without it giving me a pop up ad for the premium service every 5 seconds. I hate this app and would give it 0 stars if I could.

it worked before it didn't. no matter what I have tried, it continuously asks me to connect (never did this before), so I do. Allegedly it's connected after that action, but every time it's the same, "printer not available."

Don't use this app. I used the "add printer" set up on my windows pc. I just select which printer I want to use and it prints. From my Samsung phone, I select the photo/document and then select the share option. I selected print and found the HP printer connected to same wifi and printed. So I decided not to connect and set up this app. I uninstalled it. Hope this helps.

Doesn't save printer settings, I have to reconnect to my printer every time I open the app, equally annoying that I have to scroll through other brands before getting to the one I want to select. Most annoying of all is that it is asking for a subscription to print some documents. After paying for a printer, I'm not paying for a weekly subscription as well. So, 1 star from me.

I get that you need to have ads, but there still needs to be a limit. I saw 3 ads and 2 subscription notices before I could even select a printer. Subscription is too high for what this is. With all the ads you have to deal with, why are you setting the limit so low? 3, really? Aren't the ads a source of revenue? Immediately uninstalled and will continue search for a decent print app.

Only got everything setup mostly right one time with my moto g stylus, it was connected but 'some features might not work.' It printed what I needed so that was all I cared about. Wasted time, ink, and frustration after that as the printer info sheets kept automatically printing but not the one item I was needing. The setup was not as infuriating with a Samsung, the directions were different and were successful after a much shorter time.

I got switched to a sneaky ad that looked like part of the app. But it scammed me by claiming it needed a credit card for future purposes even though the app itself was free. but it actually tried to charge me 40.00, which my credit card company declined. but then my card had to be closed, which became a giant hassle. I could have been a lot smarter, but they should be preying on it's like that!

I removed this app from my android device. During the initial setup to confirm my account for free, I put my credit card info in what turned out to be an ad. This SCAM ad never showed an amount being charged, or of course, I would have closed out of it. Thankfully, my credit card company declined the transactions. This ad took up the whole screen and is designed to appear as part of the app setup. You've got to click the very, very small link on the top right of the screen for app access.

This constantly fails to talk to my printer. I just want to print. I don't want location tracking and subscription services. I have been trying to setup a brand new printer for 2 hours. The app says that features will be disabled over a USB connection so you need a wireless connection. I have a top-end Wifi 6 system and nothing has problems connecting but the printer right next to the main router. I will never buy HP again.

There are more ads and ad-bombing in this app than the actual reasons you are forced to download it. HP realizes this and therefore makes it nearly impossible to leave a review. The 'rate this app' button in the actual app does not work. The fact that they turned what should be a fairly straightforward operation of connecting your printer to a network into a strong-arm campaign for an unnecessary subscription fee tells me all I need to know about HP and this app.
