if I could give this printer something less than 1 star, I would. Each time I send a print command, it doesn't print for a different reason. I'm going back to a chisel and rock!

haven't used the printer in about a month and needed to print something so I re-download the app and now you have pay to print. $5.99 weekly is outrageous. it was free before. For someone who prints maybe a few things here and there this is not reasonable at all. I'm better off going to the library to print .10 cents per page. what's the point of spending all this money for the convenience of a home printer to have to pay weekly to use it maybe one a month. The coporate greed is unbelievable.

HP app recognized my printer but refused to connect even through wifi direct. This app literally seamlessly and easily found my printer and connected without any issues and I was able to get my printing job done. I highly recommend this app!

Garbage! It's an exclusively paid service. You can get a 3 day free trial but that's a waste of time. Don't bother wasting your time downloading it!

The app is good but instead of charging me before downloading the app I can't do anything unless a payment is done to use it. At this point just charge to download the app instead instead of surprising one with a waste of time.

why would I spend 300 dollars on a printer then pay an additional 5 dollars per week to be able to print to it? shouldn't printing from the printer i bought be free? im a hairstylist . what if I charged 100 for a haircut then an additional dollar a day to wear it? its really lame and makes no sense.

for starters, one should not have to pay for a service to print from their own printer in their own home. secondly, the app does not have a button studios to print once I choose a file to print. it asks for a signature, which I don't need. then it shuts nothing

it's a real pain for someone inexperienced in this type of thing. hard just to find out where the outlet plugs in..it's not in the instructions you bring up when you scan the QR code...nor are the instructions or pictures how and where to install ink cartridges. in still trying to figure out how to actually make it print. and if you want to be able to use the printer you have to pay for a program... when you buy the printer you shouldn't have to pay for program to enable use of the printer.

during app setup it proudly proclaimed it found a printer. then went to payment. I paid and proceeded to the next step, print a document I selected. popped up saying it couldn't find a printer. disingenuous at best, tricked me into buying it. I just hope I can cancel it.

Doesn't work. I also had to set up a subscription in order to even try to use it. which is pretty silly for an app that I just downloaded that I have to do a trial and hope I remember to come back and turn it off if I don't use this junk app. Note to the support person that replied, I already uninstalled it and found a better program that actually does what I need it to do.

I got the year subscription as when I opened the app, it said it had connected to my printer and was ready to print and just needed the subscription. I paid the 37DOLLARS, and it says that not only was my printer never connected, but it's not on the compatibility list. Needless to say, im gonna be emailing for a refund and cancelation as it was a scam

When i opened the app it asked to select my printer. i chose "other" since mine was not listed and i entered the make and model of the printer. it then went to a screen saying it was seeking a connection to my printer and then it said it was now connected. Although you need to sign up for a three day trial. (6.99 a week after 3 days) I signed up for the trial & then the app is not actually connected. my printer is not in the list of compatible printers. So they lie to trick you into signing up.

For over an hour the a program said it couldn't find the printer. Smacked the printer and they found each other. I shouldn't have to smack my electronics for them to work. I was literally -||- close to Office Spacing another printer. Now it's saying there are "communication issues" when it's clearly on the network, full signal. I'm sorry, I didn't know I bought an HP.

very finicky, disconnects from Wi-Fi all the time, doesn't allow you to edit the photo size or layout. it took over an hour to get it connected to the internet just for it to disconnect itself 15 minutes later. I checked my Wi-Fi and router modem all of that, I checked my app and my internet was sterling. This printer just absolutely doesn't want to connect to Wi-Fi at all, or at least not stay connected

What happened to this app???? I used to be able to choose the size of the picture and move it around on the page. I also didn't have to pay for it. I changed phones and had to install it on my new phone. All of a sudden it is a yearly charge. I use it quite often so I don't mind having to pay for it BUT not being able to adjust how it fits on the page is a huge deal breaker.

I searched my printer in the App and got a successful notification asking me to pay for the App, which I did. Now I'm trying to print, and it's just searching, and nothing is found. My first attempts were through my home wifi with both devices signed into it. I also tried to plug in USB to the printer. Both attempts brought the same result, nothing.

Unfruitful and a complete disappointment. This app doesn't have the printer I have in the very long list of compatible printers and not only that, there isn't an option to cancel my subscription service from the settings from within the app, this is an inconvenience. The app's UI interface feels lacking. To print one damn document I was forced to install two other apps as well as provide card information and mentioned document wouldn't print due to the above stated reason(s). I do not recommend.
