Update: I was able to get in contact with the support team and they were able to resolve my issues. 😊😊

When it works, I like it. But it crashes a lot and with the new update, there are clickable things that sit below my navigation bar, which is infuriating. As of this morning, I'm also not able to log in, so....maybe need to look for a new smart scale and finally get rid of this buggy one.
