0 stars. I tried the free version and it was awful, no new info. All of which is available off of Google. I had to put in my credit card details and they deducted my account with R1749.99 in July, I have now seen they deducted in April too. I requested a refund and this has been denied. Complete scam! I have not used this app again. I merely tried the free version and money has been deducted illegally.

Glitchy, unable to pause naps. I enjoy the content, but I'm unable to use the app because it is unresponsive.

Unfortunately not going to use the app due to price and collecting all my data before then being told about price. Put price at the start so we can then agree or not and save time not applying information. Hope it's not stored now if not signed up to any plan...

Nothing revolutionary about this app. Despite filling in the information stating I have a 9 month old, all the courses are generalised for a newborn and all stuff I've read a million times already. The methods given are just Ferber or CIO, neither of which I'm comfortable with. The sleep tracker is flawed, if baby sleeps in longer than expected the timer stops automatically. I also never understand why sleep timers use light colours, when I wake in the night I don't want a light screen.

Maybe I'm just stupid sleep deprived but I try to add the sleep and wake times and all I get is error messages. If it's not going to be easy for a sleep deprived parent to input its not even worth trying for the full 7 days

Was led to believe there was a 1 week free trial on their site, but was charged instantly and could not get a refund. App itself seems not worth the money. Steer clear.

You have to pay to even use this app. Monthly costs are 39 DOLLARS A MONTH. No way, my child is as expensive as is. It made me answer all sort of questions for it not to be free. Absolutely do not recommend. This company makes money off diapers already, why so much!?!?

"Free app with in app purchases" you cant access anything untill you pay. Which, okay, you're selling stuff. But there's literally no part of the app that is free except for the sign up page and initial quiz.

I liked this app when it worked but after I switched phones, I cannot log in at all. The app just keeps going in an error loop and is unusable, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. I have a paid subscription so this is unacceptable.

Considerable improvements over past few months. Scheduled sleep is generally accurate and guidance during put down is particularly useful. Range of options for level of parental involvement during sleep training. Don't need to get this app until 3-6 months in my opinion.

Be careful!!! The only give you free 7 days trial if you select 3 months subscription which is really expensive. Tired moms miss the date and they charge them. It is ridiculous and they even don't give you free trial for one month subscription. I want my money back.

Yeah you can get stuffed with your 'sleep coaching' and 'independant sleeper'. I'm not interested in your sleep coaching at all. I just needed help with the two nap yo one nap transition. I have no issues assisting my child to sleep with sleep coaching. The app is not intuitive enough to suggest if you should swap between two naps and one based on their last sleep/ nap.

I am still on the feee trial, and have been using the app only a few days but can already see an huge improvement on my baby sleep. I do not agree with all the suggestions but I adapt them to my parenting style as well as my baby temperament. So far is working well for us, I'm very pleased.

Overall the app is easy to navigate. 3 stars as it needs further development. *Can't change "bedtime routine" time of execution. What ever the app decided - that's the time it'll mark. *Not everyone keeps their baby in a separate room. There is no option to change the "I've entered baby's room" wording. Also it makes you feel bad for coming to comfort your baby. The app sounds like you should rather let your baby cry for an hour, than get inside the room. *No option to use 19:00 instead of 7 pm.

Have an account, but app won't allow access. Support awful. They don't disclose beforehand that though different OS can all login with same account, if you even change device/OS you lose ALL access! Their e-mail response "we don't currently have a way to share a subscription across operating systems." Know before you pay!

Don't fall for the "free trial" like I did. It will still automatically charge for the entire month with no "free" week provided. Since they wouldn't refund I looked through the app. All the info is as easy as a Google search and found in literally every article that comes up.

Fantastic! At 5 months I started this journey for my contact sleeper. At 3 weeks; she was completely sleeping in her crib, even for naps. At 6 weeks I had ironed out her naps! I found the app easy to use. I guessed at things and found that it doesn't make that big a difference. The app is teaching you to rely on skills of knowing when to put your baby down. It's not meant to be a nanny for you. I started with the high parent involvement and found that it made my baby scream.

App won't load at all. I can't get it open to use my free trial to decide if I even like it. Cant open it to cancel it. Very disappointing. Update: App did start loading. After being able to use it, I can say it is still a bit glitchy. The timer for the sleep app will not continue to count down if I go to another app which is really annoying. It would be nice if it would run in the background. No one wants to stare at a timer while their baby cries. Wish I could adjust the intervals manually.

Sooooooooooo many 1 stars for this app, well guess what... heres another!! This app keeps crashing. It does not work. I cant even get past logging in without it completely closing out and my phone popping up an error for this app due to it having "a bug" for a big name company like Pampers you would think they would have a working app.

First couple of days were bumpy, but there was a noticeable improvement with baby's sleep. Today is day 7 and he's gone down without protest. What I really love about the app is how the schedule adapts and changes according to baby's day. Missed a nap or nap was shorter than suggested? The app adjusts the schedule immediately, so I know what next steps to take. It really makes baby sleep a lot less stressful, and we are grateful for the results so far.
