Can't login when market activity is high as today. That's a no-go. Edit: Apart from three of such occurences, the app runs smooth for the last 2 years.

What a disaster! This company forced me to convert from Smartbroker to Smartbroker Plus. The old service worked well. Since the change-over this has become a joke! App does not work reliably, no-one answers emails, phone lines are engaged and cut off. " No Compromises" is the new company motto - you really take your customers for fools, don't you?

Why was this app even developed when you cannot do the most basic thing of allowing a user to login seamlessly? It's time to get out. Let us know what happens to customer who do not want to switch.

Got a million mails to move my depot, registered and signed up. Now the app is not working anymore. I am so angry. If this does not get resolved immediately I'll move my stuff to trade republic where it just works.

Today, probably because the share prices move a lot, the app is not accessible at all. Great. I changed my name and the company can't fulfill my request to do the same on their end for more than 8 months now. So I can't even switch to another company...

The app has improved strongly since the release. The conditions for trading and other features are great. What needs to be improved is the horrible interface that wastes too much space. Second, additional filter options needs to be added and the real-time stock price information needs to be improved.

What is the purpose of the animation that was added on 10.04.2024? My phone is not new and the animation looks ugly and irritating. I am a user of Degiro application and can say that their application is more professional. There are a lot of settings there and I can get much much more information about a company: forecasts, tax statements, primary holders etc... I would recommend a product manager to focus on the features, not animations.

What a terrible experience with Smartbroker. I had to install the app to transfer my Depot. I have following issue already: The app keeps asking me to login again every time I click on any button/ or choose a function I find no way to apply for the transfer of old the depot to the new one. Its just not possible im the App. Even though all emails indicate this should be possible. I just want to quit this bank now. Terrible!!

Recently I was not able to log into the smartbroker+ app. The app displayed a generic error message telling me I should try again later. Since it never worked again, I reinstalled the app *on the same device* and restarted my smartphone. When I now try to log in, the app tells me, that I try to log in from a new device, and that I should confirm this from my old device. Since I only have one device, this claim is wrong and I am locked out from my account. How can this issue be fixed? Thank you

So I got a mail saying I need to move my depot to sb+... The app can't even get past the first registration step with mail and password. So what now? How about developing an app, that works before pressuring existing costumers into this? If this simple step is faulty - how safe can the whole thing be? --- Developer's comment was somewhat helpful. I did not try to login - I was trying to create a new account with same mail and obviously same password = problem. Still odd issue + error msg.

Upgrading my rating as the app is now stable and all basic features are now implemented. But unlike other brokers, transferring money to SB+ account still takes 2-3 days, while other banks already offer instant transfer. Also, please show bid-ask difference as percentage.

Edited - app improved. Their phone support improved as well. Still, the whole process of changing from the old smartbroker to the new one ("plus") has been quite miserable. They still don't have everything fixed. And the web app (on a desktop computer) doesn't look and feel that good. Still a lot of improvement needed, but seems like they are on the right way.

When down time happens in the app and it happens there seems to be no alternative to login and trade. Just when you need it, you can't login. Logging in via web does not function at these moments because it does an MFA try on the mobile , where the app is already not logging in. If you want to do maintainence pls do it over weekends. I should never experience this, but sad fact is I have experienced it and at times i needed to trade. Mobile app huge step forward but still not there yet

I've been using Smartbroker since 2021, when it was browser-only, and I never had any issue. The launch of Smartbroker Plus (incl. the app) was a huge step forward, and I'm very happy so far. It's sleek, responsive and easy to use, and I've been able to build a decent portfolio throughout these years. I'm using the German version, and it works great generating clear PDFs f.e. to declare the capital gain taxes. BTW, trades in Gettex over 500€ are commission-free. Great work team, keep it up!

I have only been using smartbroker since a couple of days, I must say the app is really unstable, most of the time unable to log in. Logging in on pc I need to approve every action from my smartphone, and looks like the mobile app just stretched. TBH I think they should just start from the ground up. I choose smartbroker because they had some good review, but that was apparently from before Plus. Now I am thinking about switching to another provider.

The app still crashes, logs you out often. However a bit better then on the start. Worse then the app is the service offer, transaction and dividend take 2 to 3 days to be shown (old smartbroker was much quicker), the document management is a mess, for buys, sell, dividend you have to wait sometimes 3 to 5 days. I am very sorry to leave this service, I would have stayed with the old smartbroker... Edit: despite smart broker says it is fixed, it is not and still way to long

I even get an error while trying to create an account. I added all my personal data, checked all the terms and conditions, submitted and guess what? error please try again. Did you test it? There is not even a contact page where I can report this. What to say... frustrating

This is real garbage. Considering it's required to work with your depot, it is definitely not tested enough and breaks all the time. Requires way too many fingerprint authentications, keeps signing out seconds(!) after signing in or just straight up gives error messages. Really makes me reconsider this company to handle finances - switching backing bank, forcing users to open new accounts and releasing a joke of an app.

Since my last review in January, and despite comments I received from the dev team, nothing has improved. I get emails that announce documents, but the documents are not in the inbox. Foreign-currency positions are not represented properly. Biometrics login does not work (and yes, I have enabled it in security settings). The look and feel (green and black) looks mysterious, but the information presented is insufficient compared to other brokers.

seems like scam for me. should get a free stocks,never received it. i clicked the wrong link... after 1,5 week and after another email the customer service finally answered. definitely cant recommend this! depot is immediately cancelled and deleted.
