This is great for my start-up business as an auto tec can not always make it to the phone. Smarter takes over and gives me some leeway, and I can also find out some information before I call them back to know what I'm dealing with . Love it

Smarter works perfectly with my S24 Ultra. Contacted support for some advice when I first installed it and they replied immediately. Really impressed with this app. Automatically sends texts to all my missed calls. Highly recommend.

Coming from an AI enthusiast and AI Automation Agency founder, I assure you that this is the BEST AI app on the Play Store as of today. I have been testing all the AI apps for the last 5 years, and most of them are pure trash and the rest of them are scams at best. I wasn't planning to purchase the Assistant... but I was hooked once I tried it. The developer designed the app to be simple enough for the average user - but there are enough features to satisfy my developer curiosity with AI. 5*s!

Just downloaded and starting using this app today. I love all the features and it's very easy to use. I like that you can have a digital business card and link social media accounts to it. That when the customer gets a reply text they also have other options to find out information about your business.

So far it's working great, a few glitches but the creator jumps right on them when msg'd. Using just the missed call text for unanswered calls has helped catch those clients who didn't leave a msg, instead they responded to my auto text, LOVE IT, I have loved using the free version, and noticed there are numerous other things to use like thank you text after a call and the holiday and birthday text. So I just upgraded to pro to see what other features can help my business grow. Thanks smarter 😊

I downloaded and tried 3 different and response, and googled a few more. 1. Amazingly quick sms response, and easy templates to fill in. 2. Visually appealing interface that is bulky yet doesn't overwhelm the screen. 3. Customer service is awesome and Pacific time so in the east coast we have later customer service hours when needed. 4. Maybe MOST IMPORTANT... It had the lowest annual cost as well which makes it a slam dunk! The free version is also nice except it has a disclaimer in the texts

If this app does not work, reach out to support (it's a real person that will help you with the issue that you may have) This app is great, it wasn't working correctly, I figured support was going to be automated, nope! Zach who's actually the developer walked me through everything to fix this app (it was most likely settings on my end that didn't work) And I'm pretty sure we have it fixed! Thanks this is going to help my barbershop TREMENDOUSLY!!!

This app is insane. If you ever have any issues you can contact the owner of the app directly through the support chat and he will respond within minutes (no lie). This app is very useful for any missed calls or messages that haven't been responded to when you aren't available. You can even "script" an AI to communicate with your customers or leads which is very useful for scheduling appointments passively if you get enough leads or people texting/calling you.

I needed an app to auto reply to missed calls while I was unable to answer my business phone due to a medical issue. SmarterSMS fits the bill perfectly. When I'm able to get back to work, it's only going to get better. It will help me to capture missed calls (leads) before they call my competitors. I'm a window tinter, and customers often want information right away. Usually the first shop that can give them the info they need, will get the job. The support is AMAZING as well.

Where was this all my life?!!! It is very user friendly for message recipients. They get just the info. they're looking for with only a quick click of a button. With the prompt response from the developer, Zach, it didn't take me that long to set it up. I'm really happy with the professionalism of the end results and Zach's patient and prompt help! I had been missing some important calls, simply for my failure to listen to my voice messages. But with this helpful app, I don't have to.

Sometimes, you just luck out and find the BEST app...and this is it! I was looking for an auto reply app for my business cell phone that would respond to missed calls and texts. This is perfect for what I need! Autoreplies to texts, with either after-hours wording or an interactive menu of choices that can include about us, business hours, a form to submit info to be contacted back and more! I can opt my friends and families numbers out so they never receive the messages! Great app!!

Seems incredible so far. I'm in the 3 day trial. I want to go ahead and pay for the year so I can start customizing it. I guess it doesn't allow that? Looks like I have to wait out the trial period unless I pay for the lifetime option. Kind of a bummer. I'm stoked about it, though. This is going to help so much once I can set up the customized propts.

I downloaded this app hoping for call screening functionality. It is a great answering service but does not offer screening. During a live chat with the developer of this app, Zach referred me to the Google Dialer where I discovered Bixby call screening functionality. Very helpful. Not a bad tandem option for users of Smarter who desire this functionality.

Just got app. Want it for messages only, not calls (My voice mail app is awesome). Can't get past first screen. It doesn't need access to call logs. I can't contact the developer in app or use tutorials because I can't get past first screen. Be better if you ask intended use before you force permissions. And it looked so promising. Get me past this issue and I'll change my review.
