Basically the app is 50/50 sometimes its working sometimes its not and i'm fine with it but i'm complaining the whole company. You dont have many plans for us to choose, it is frustrating that your $1 plan(smart laor) has limited internet and incomparable to smart thommorng plan which you already deleted it (almost every plan that are good, you eliminate them all). In the end the the app is doing okay i like it but the company is basic tr**h, i still use smart because i like my phone numbers.

I'll try in here: billion dollar company can't provide proper 4g network connection. Switching to edge -E- all the time. No one to talk to about there technical issues . They call them self Smart. Now I have to wait it jumps back on 4g to sent this.

SmartNas app is NOT functional. On one occasion, I tried to pay for a special 3-month discount -- 42 dollars instead of 56 for 3-months premium service; but the app did not inform the accounting system and I was automatically debited 18 dollars for only one month at the next automatic renewal. Then, I tried to switch in-app from the premium to the standard plan, but it would not acknowledge or activate the new plan even after I "topped up." Very poor app. :(

After changing ownership of my smart account from my dad to me, I can't receive the smart confirmation code for app login. Tried reinstalling, restarting my phone, going to an official store at midtown. This app is garbage. On top of that, receiving messages takes 30 minutes to receive even on a full 4 bars of reception AND having wifi calling enabled. This has caused issues with online apps that want to send confirmation code that expire in 2 minutes or less.

how do you make this app so slow? Also you should be able to access the app when you have no internet connection just to check balancd.

The app is good, but service is low and have problem, I don't understand I have 1.00$ in main balance but I cannot subscribe extra add-on 1$ for a week. The Smart reply"imbalance"

I'm also a fan of smart but the one thing that annoying me the most is that the app isn't working for sometime. when I'm try to login, all i got is " running time error" again and again. if they can't fix this, maybe I should find a new internet service one.

Remaining data does not register accurately. It looks like my data is nearly up, which may be there by design so l have to go and add more. Which would be a complete waste of money as if you look into the breakdown of data used, there is little actually used! Misleading. If you only add small amount of data Money, it goes, even though am using WIFI!

TERRIBLE. Loses GPS signal all the time, led getting me fired multiple times, as well as being dumped for being "unreliabke". In addition, it costs a fortune. Worst EVER. I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Would highly advice against.

Smart is SCAM! Always being charged for $0.03 a time, very often. Even tried to turn off mobile data, change the data to use a second carrier (dual sim), then changed the APN not to give access to the mobile data, but nothing returns to normal, I am still charged like that. Mobile usage too shows 0MB. Other sim number too happens similarly. No solutions or action (or response) from Smart staff, web link or Telegram. This Play Store review might be the only way everyone can know.

Voice mail impossible to understand in English. Impossible to set up using the English menu. The app just as confusing too hard to find what I want .

The account was automatically logged out. When we tried logging in again, it didn't send any verification code. Still could not enter my account. Useless!

The app is great. However I don't like the fact that the SIM card keep on disable itself every few days. And also the app fail to tell me if the SIM card need to be replaced or not. Not great for a company that has 2 stars...

ok, but coverage drops out in many city spots. Also, cannot manually renew plan, so if you don't need for a day or two, it auto renews and back dates to the expiry date of the last plan.

I won a prize on the app and I had to collect it in store but when I went to the phone store they did not want to give me the prize and told me that I must also simultaneously be buying a phone to receive my prize. Upon reading the fine print there was nothing that mentioned this. They were baffled and confused. Typical behavior for this lower breed.

Unfortunately not a smart app. You can not switch plan when you have insufficient balance but it automatically deduct your credit according to your old plan after you top up. So you have to top up the amount of your old plan + new plan price
