Its ok to get a quick reference of what you might have on your card instead of calling a 1-800 number but the app really does suck and needs tons of work. Good luck navigating through the app to check all transactions or anything like that all the app does is freeze and stay in the loading screen. You honestly cant use it for much past the initial screen after log in. Has great offered features, just cant use any of it.

I can't seem to get a current or updated balance. I can never see if anything is pending because the circle just spins on top of the word "pending. I never know when I'll get a deposit and the customer service is lacking. Update: December 1, 2019 I haven't heard anything from admins. I need an update and no option for that. I've haven't ever been able to see pending deposits. Still the same view on customer service

This app will not update my phone number. It will not allow me to edit it in the profile information. I've updated my info on the website and it's obviously not in sync with this app because it doesn't recognize the correct username or password and still shows my old phone number with no way of editing it in the app even though it says edit, it doesn't work. Mainly I'd really like to start getting my notifications instead of some stranger out there getting them instead.

1. I love the automatic acct balance that it sends in a text every day. 2. No bugs or locking up. 3. Easy to use and learn from. 4. Great organization. Easy to see and find what your looking for without a jumbled up mess. ...Plenty of other options I don't use or haven't tried, so I can't give an opinion on that, but when I do, I'll give a 5☆ rating if all is good

Horrible app. Ever since it upgraded, I can no longer log back in. I even changed login. I emailed my issue and wrote how the app would not log in. So the genius email I get back says sorry for the issue but use our app to access your card! When the app itself is the issue! The amount of laziness to the auto sent email is ridiculous. Horrible customer service and horrible app! Even worse is you don't have the option to see your password! Zero stars if it were possible!!!

All in all I like this app, but I used the app to report my card missing and I'm assuming that they've sent a new one because the last 4 digits on the card are different now when I log in ( this happened just before the weekend ), but there was nothing in the notifications to let me know that they received my request and would be sending out a new one. A notification on the app would be a nice feature. But, it's a pretty good app.

Slow And laggy... Trying to get into all its just loading and loading and still hasn't kicked in to my homepage. I need to unlock ym card!!! Can't do that if I can't get into app to do so. Also haven't been able to get into app past few weekends? It just loads and loads and never opens! I deleted and redoanleoaded app. Cleared the cache multiple times. Was there a recent change done? I don't see the card locking feature anymore?

After some resolutions, i went from 1 star UNUSABLE to 4 stars.i like being notified when the card is used after each purchase...but for some reason it opts out of that...which i dont like. It's done this more than once. I also don't like that i can't see beyond 6 months. The app had gotten rather easy to use but then i can't see records back to the beginning. Both these issues keep you from getting 5 stars. Thanks for the improvements. WAY better than it was!!

It's glitchy! It doesn't show the deposit dates. When u click on activity it just keeps spinning. In order to stop it from spinning, you have to close the app down completely and relaunch the application. As much time as it takes to launch the app and finally get where you need to go, you could have called the card number and found out the info faster!

Before the update it was great! Now for the past couple months I can't even open the app at all constantly says it's unable to open. So frustrating. I have no idea how much money is on there because I can't even open it. Very frustrating. Update, just tried again and sure enough, says the same thing. Won't open "app isn't responding"

The recent updates make it impossible to even use biometrics or stay within the app. Each time you want to sign in it just takes you outside of the app to an Internet browser. Absolutely ridiculous not to mention totally inconvenient. If I'm going to sign in within an Internet browser each time, it makes the app itself obsolete doesn't it?? Not understanding what the point of the app is at this point.

It won't let me navigate between screens and always freezes. I can check me card balance but if I want to do anything else it won't load. I've tried uninstalling it and nothing works. It sucks because their website won't let me login either, it says that my credentials are invalid,however, they are the exact same ones that I use to login to the app. I was so excited to have an app that would make things easier and became disappointed really fast.

Whose idea was this update? This new improved, idiot web browser version is the worst app ever. Fingerprint login quit working and prompted me to enter my login credentials which I can't remember. The reset password function asks for one's date of birth. But it can't be typed into the field, a calendar pops up like I'm booking a hotel room. To get to my DOB, I have to click thru to the left, 50 plus years, one month at a time. Again, whose idea was this? The old version was just fine.

I like how the app is accurate and up to date. I also like how it splits your purchases into categories and displays how you're spending your money, but it could be improved if it allowed you to make your own categories; for example, instead of making a large "retail" section, I'd like to split it into smaller groups like groceries or gas, etc. Overall good app though.

This new updated app is so buggy and frustrating. It doesn't load correctly (like the "ok" button only shows "o" and stuff like that), login doesn't always work, and today it's not showing my correctly updated balance and activity. The only positive thing I can really say about it is that it's in dark mode, which is my preference.

I am going to have to agree with many of the reviews I have read, since the update, 1st of all, it no longer gives me notifications, I've checked several times and made sure everything is set to give me notifications but still nothing. 2nd of all many MANY times it will not let me move around in the app, it just keeps trying to load(hence, circling in the middle of the screen), very irritating. Other than that it has been ok, at least it does give me the correct dollar amount of what is available

App is very convenient and provides necessary details to track spending and loading. Only complaint I have is during the last week or so it hasn't been loading making it inaccessible. The home page loads but if I attempt to look into the transaction details, it starts to switch over but the circle continues to turn and the whole app just freezes. Please fix! Thank you!!

I couldn't really tell you if this app works or not. So far all it seems to do is glitch. I have yet to be able to update or even completely finish inputting my information in the app. I was able to create an account. Once. Saved my password. However, now every time I try to sign in, or even input the password it restarts my phone??! I'm going to be calling my card and asking customer service what the hell is going on today. I like the look of the app interface. Wish I could use it.

At first I use to love the app. I loved the texted notifications about balance. What I hate is the way it blinks out constantly after I put my credentials in. I have to sign in 5 or 6 times before it actually takes. I've tried updating the app, but it never gives me the option to update. I've been with SMI One for almost 20 yrs. This issue has been going on for about a yr now. It's annoying and inconvenient. Especially, when in line at the store, or if I'm in a hurry!

I highly dislike the placement of the lock/unlock card feature. It should be at the top of the list or by itself and nowhere near the Card Replacement function. Both on this app and the feature prior to this, because of the placement, I have mistakenly or inadvertently, hit the wrong button and instead of locking my card, replaced my card and deactivated the one of my possession, causing me a serious inconvenience.
