I've tried to be understanding about this update, but things just keep not working. Today the delivery and reorder based on previous orders features we're so dysfunctional that I ended up on the phone with the store to straighten things out....oh and the delivery failed I have to stop what I'm working on and go get it. Just revert it. Take us back to the old app.

Last version of app was simple and easy to use. This new version is terrible. I have to tap 5x as many buttons, sets asap order time 45 minutes later when there is no one at the store. I think I've had one of my past 7 orders not have some sort of issue (including user error due to the fact you seem have to click "place order" 2 or 3 times.

App is great for weight loss, considering I've been trying to order a smoothie through it for 3 days. It used to work great, now with the update, can't even login or verify email again. Previous app works fine and now it takes longer to order from the app than to just walk in and order in person. It's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten an email to verify my login. I used to use this app 4 days a week and now it's unusable in it's current state.

Stores are not getting my online order, so they don't prep it in time. It's happened multiple times where they don't receive notice of my order so it is never ready when I get there sometimes way past the promise time, defeating the purpose of ordering online and using the app. It's so frustrating because it's always a waste of time when I'm planning on grabbing and going and I end up having to stay in the store for 10+ minutes extra. This was never an issue before this "new" version for me.

Like others, the new app is buggy, missing my rewards (including the $3 for updating the app), and hard to navigate. Had my order ready to go, but then changed my mind so I went back and swapped smoothies, proceeded to check out and it had swapped my store out to one that was "favorited" but in another city that I wouldn't have done that for. So had to order again when I got to my store and they didn't have my order.

What a horrible update to an app that worked perfectly. I can't use any of the rewards I had previously earned, even when I toggle them on, so I stopped ordering ahead. When I placed an order in person and the employee scanned my app, points still wouldn't show up. I've also reached out to customer service twice since the update and received no response. The app is a huge mess, and I won't use it until it's fixed.

The latest update is a complete failure! It is great that you want to update but updates should be seamless for the user. If it can't be a seamless experience, then don't update. I lost my rewards points, I had to recreate a password, recreate a profile, re-add my cc info, etc. Why would you think this was a good idea? The point of using this app is that I can order my smoothies quickly because I am usually in a rush. Instead I wasted 30 mins trying to get this work before giving up entirely.

The update is horrible. The app never gave me problems and was always able to order or use my rewards. Now, I couldn't even log in until I uninstalled and reinstalled. Then, it wanted to verify my which it never sent the verification email. It took over 20 attempts to get it to send. Once I got logged in my birthday changed, and it wouldn't let me fix it. My cards were gone, and my rewards are missing. After all that, it wouldn't place the order. Never had issues before this update.

Worst app experience. Never really had a problem with it until recently but it won't let me even use the rewards it says I have, tried to log out & back in and says I've tried too many times & to try again later. Even changed my password, and that didn't work. Drove all the way to my closest smoothie king just for it to not let me use the reward. I Uninstalled, their rewards system sucks anyways.

App is Trash. Tried logging in so many times and it just says error. I received a $2 reward, but can't even use it because it requires the app. This needs to be fixed. * Update - 3/29/24 - Have tried deleting and reinstalling, but still won't load. Now it just sits on the plain white screen with logo in center. Why won't you fix it?!

First bug: open the rewards tab, tapping on an offer to open it, but the redeem buttons are below the bottom of the screen. I can drag the pop-up window up to see them, but when I let go they scroll back down and can't be redeemed. | Second bug: go to order, choose a menu category, tap on a smoothie, hit the back button... It goes all the way back to the category selection instead of the smoothie list for your current category.

Tried to add a tip to an order two weeks ago and now the app is completely broken. Can't order anything. Cleared the cache, issue persists. From the other reviews, I'm not alone with this problem. Edit: It logs me out and I never remember the password (no option to save or use biometrics) Trying to reset my password but the email never comes.

Hate the new app. It's not compatible with large font, and i have to change my font setting just to use it and see the entire page because the screens do not scroll. Such a hassle and inconvenience. I have to do this to make sure my deals are toggled on before every single purchase. In fact I've made fewer purchases because of this inconvenience.

Gosh this app is awful. It's so unintuitive and there's no search option. They're trying really hard to get you to give them more money for a smoothie that costs a dollar in materials and labor. It deserves the 2.4 star rating. I've lost confidence in smoothie King and won't go there there as often because of the painful ordering process.

If it's not broke... the old app almost always worked. This app has several annoying flaws. It does not close by using your device's back button. You have to use all of your banked dollars if you have more than $2 ( cannot chose in $2 increments). The scan to pay requires an override in the store so that your device has to be scanned a minimum of two times plus the extra work and frustration for the employees and the customer- even redeeming rewards is more difficult. Tried support- no response

Since downloading this new SmoothieKing. I have checked both boxes to receive notifications as my preferences. I am not receiving notifications at all. I noticed that my preferences don't stay checked. This has caused me to miss out on gifted rewards and promotions. I have brought this issue to Smoothie King customer service several times and have not seen any resolution. Please correct this issue. Btw... I had no issues from the prior Smoothie King App. Appreciatively.

The old smoothie King app was great. This new one has been a terrible experience comparatively. You can't search for specific smoothies, instead you have to look through all of the sections to find what you are looking for. The app is letting me order from stores that aren't even open. And the customer services options are hard to find and very limited. For instance I can't cancel my order even though the store is closed. hoping they bring back some of the old features and I can be reimbursed.

Updated: While for the most part it seems my experience has been the opposite of others concerning the old app and this one, it seems that orders don't always make it to the store. I really like some UI changes and find other organizational choices off putting /more tedious than necessary and because of this I don't use them. I spend as little time in the app as possible.

Dreadful. The scan to pay toggle turns on when it wants to, screwing up payment methods. Promotions disappear after getting emails for it (case in point, the apple pie for 3/14 was there that morning, but gone that afternoon from the app). Navigation is dreadful and often minimizes the app instead of navigating the app. The Rewards are lump sum rather than choice based increments. On a personal note, I loathe the GUI, and in every way, preferred the old version.

The newest version of this app makes me want to stop going to Smoothie King altogether! It's so frustrating and complicated now. With the old app I had probably 100 orders without a single issue. Ever since they switched to this new app it's probably 25% of the time there is an issue (usually my fault honestly) that either doesn't send my order through, or sends it to the wrong location, or doesn't apply my rewards, etc. The old app had a nice, intuitive flow to the whole menu and ordering.
