This app is garbage doesn't work at all ! All it's doese is show's snipes on the top and that's it ! Can't look thru the app and can't buy nothing ! Its been like this since i downloaded !

I know they just renew the app but this app have a lot of bugs and glitches they need to fix it's still hard to navigate or to open up any page get a lot of errors

Can someone help every time I go to enter a store raffle it puts me in a que. Sometime have to wait over an hour to get through. This isn't a shoe drop there shouldn't be a que anyone else have this problem and how do I get rid of it.

At First I was in love with the app,but now it's acting Stupid! And Snipes is having a sale on my All Time favorite Sneakers! And I can't even take advantage of the sale that's going on! The app won't show prices! The app won't go to my Shopping cart The app won't go to my Favorites 😔

The app is trash. They give you no way to get in touch with customers service. You can't track your order any more. Just a complete messy

I shot this store frequently for my son's Jordan clothes and you can catch a good deal but sometimes if you don't it can be mighty pricey. The app itself is a good app so far I just tried it out this week and wait and see what they do have a lot of stuff on the app that they don't have in the store.

I love this app and store so far I ordered me 2 pair of Jordan 6 rings for the price of one being they had a sale going on and my order came quickly and packaged well and the shoes were exactly what I wanted and expected I really appreciate the app so far that's why I'm giving a 5 star review on it thanks I really appreciate the service provided

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM SNIPES!!!!!! They mail my sneakers in a shoe box with the lid attached to the bottom. Then they put that box in a large cardboard box with absolutely zero packaging material. Package arrived beat up and when opened the sneakers were lose and the shoe box took heavy damage. Absolutely horrible.

App glitches. And don't place a online order with them. I requested a cancellation and they approved. Sent me several confirmation messages saying it's cancelled. Then 5 days later they charge my account for items I never received. And all they offer me is a 20% discount off my next order. Will not be using them for their services again. Do what you say your gonna do.

Had some scuffed shoes. Only wanted a replacement, messaged them two months ago and called and sent them a picture to now Only get a response, we're only giving refunds out, I should have been told that and would have sent them back two months ago and ordered from somewhere else, terrible I'm upset, so now if I order the shoes again there gonna charge me full price ridiculous.

Login credentials don't work in the app. I can log into the website from a computer but the app tells me that my password is invalid. Frustrating!

I have had nothing but headaches trying to order from this company. They have items posted that aren't in stock. They cancel my orders without clear information as to why. I registered for an account that won't let me use my password or reset it. Couldn't order on website but no instructions saying you must order through app. Customer service friendly but not really solving my problems

YOUR APP DOES NOT WORK. I have to go on the website which also asks me every 20 seconds to press and hold to verify I'm not a robot. You guys have so many thing I want and I've bought several times from you guys, and now it's a headache even trying to look at what you guys have. It seems like ever since you got rid of the Jimmy Jazz site this has been happening, I liked the Jimmy Jazz site. I've deleted and installed the app several times and it still won't work it just says 'error'

The reason for the one star is the log in credential authentication system is off I logged in with my credentials my google account and there is no function listed to allow it on the app just Facebook sign on I logged in with my email and google pass word that correspond with it only to get the credentials failure error message uninstalling unstable I'll connect through the website directly. Thanks

This app kinda sucks. It glitches, isn't fluid to maneuver and takes you to pages where it's like hitting a wall where you're forced to go back. Also couldn't find a way to edit my email because it used my primary email from Facebook but wouldn't follow through with the registration. And of course it wouldn't let me edit it in the app. Downloaded it to get free shipping on my item and it's getting deleted right after.
