Ordered some items where market price fluctuates, seller just freely cancels on tons of customers including me with no penalty to resell the item for higher. Trashy platform

I haven't had a chance to purchase anything for this site just yet. But I have gone over it pretty well and everything looks liget to me. There is a grip of merchandise to buy from. And it does mention how everything is checked for authenticness . Which I am a huge fan of if a vendor or store doesn't offer this I will not purchase anything from them. I don't want any fake knock off BS items.

Pretty bad search engine. Can't filter by price or size. When you click on a decent pair the size price goes up by four times. Calculate the currency exchange and your paying too much. As a fan of Nike it's disappointing.

Great app. It's so good having an app where I can both sell or buy trading cards. Usually I have to go to Ebay, etc but as we all know those marketplaces are cluttered and filled with so much it becomes overwhelming when purchasing any type of card. And with selling, here it's more direct and a community that understands more and knows what they want more times than those on other marketplaces. 🙌🏼 SNKRDUNK is well worth the download!👍🏻 P.S to any fellow Aussie or Kiwi cousin -- please join!

Very lousy platform for reselling sneakers. Almost everything you send will be rejected, and the reason they will give is "mold". Every single time without fail. Sellers beware and think twice before selling your shoes through this platform. They are simply using this as an excuse to cheat you on the return shipping fee.

App is legit got my afq experimental within 10 days .however if would be much better if there's more information in the app it's missing a lot of options prolly still a beta . Easy to buy cheaper than stockx for most of the items. I hope they start using DHL instead of FedEx in Australia

I do hope you can fix your pricing. I tried clicking the sneaker I wanted, only to find out prices are different from the catalog posted and the main sneaker page. Be transparent on what you charge in USD. I mean we don't know where you base your dollar conversion, I got shocked from your $ rate being too high, unreasonable shipping cost is too high, compared to others based in Japan. 38$ asia shipping? Cmon'.

I'm disappointed with this marketplace. 1st problem is that you'll pay for taxes and duty fees if you are in the United States. SNK Dunk or SODA Inc. will file the amount you paid instead of the retail price. You'll find hard to find items, but remember the tax and duty fees. I'm billed $378 for an item I bought for $2k. This online marketplace should enter the retail value instead. Long story short, if you're in the US, shop somewhere else.

Their Ridiculous upcharge fee, such as exchange rate, postage fees , plan fees buyee service fee. Now newly introduced purchase fees. And I still haven included the courier fees which is arrange on tenso that send to your house. I do understand they wanted to earn, which company operates does not. but is to point that is too much, until I chose not to use their platform anymore.

Impeccable service and delivery, all the way to Australia in less than 10 days. The prices are super competitive. The customer service was very prompt in answering all my questions and the app kept me updated every step of the way. Recieved my sneakers in excellent packaging. Honestly, they ticked all the boxes in my book. Highly recommend them if you're looking to buy sneakers

This app doesn't favor the buyer at all, sellers can just not ship the product if the price goes up after you make a purchase and you are stuck waiting for nothing. The seller has no obligation to ship what they sell so don't believe the low prices on this app, what a scam. I guess everyone should sell on here and if they can't purchase the product for a lower price that they sell it for than just disregard the sale, the seller doesn't get feedback or any consequences for not shipping.

SNKRDUNK Coupon Is A Lie. My coupon was entered and was shown at the transaction. I assumed the discount will show when pressing the Purchase button, but did not and payment was made without discount. I followed "How to obtain and use coupons" page. You just simply replied I did not do it right. Even if I start a new transaction now, the Discount Coupon field is still showing SGD$0. Your screen is intentionally designed to confuse customers using the coupon. NOVEL.SHIP coupon works right away.

Be careful. I accidentally click just to check the price and unfortunately proceed to purchase. I prompted their emails and chat box right away but they insisted with the transaction. The bad part was they have all the time to cancel since it took them more days just to verify the item wherein they have all the time to make adjustments. This co. is all about sales and profit and dont care about their customers. Do not patronize.

Legit items and you can really find rare shoes here. Problem is conversion rate and other fees. Was surprised that I was charged more in my credit card based on their retail price plus I had to pay extra in FEDEX. Overall price came out almost the same if I bought the item in a physical shop. App is good if you are looking for rare shoes but not regular shoes.
