Bad Bluetooth connection for my first one and now i got the so2 air max and still have the same issue Bluetooth worked for a day now the app doesn't detect it any more how hard is it to fix your Bluetooth chips for a big company like you

Crashes a lot, still can't get it to open properly. Keeps going to the permissions tab and then shuts down.

I could not connect my LouBoard with this app. The older version worked poorly but at least I've managed to connect my LouBoard and configure it. Also the SoFlow website in Switzerland i since months out of stock. I can't oder spare wheels nore additional decks. This is not Swisslike at all, so disapointing... :-(

The problem below is now fixed, thx! [(!!!Can lock the scooter, BUT NOT UNLOCK!!! the swipe button does not work with Samsung galaxy S10. Try fast multiple times with 2 fingers sometimes it works again. Worst Bug you can have.)]

transmission of driven distance is not so reliable and needs improvement. recently the points are displayed on dashboard, but then they disappear and never show up in ride history

Could be 5 stars, but the app does not record the distance / mileage of my S01. I already drove more then 3 km and my total distance still sitting on 0.1km. Speed and battery percentage I can see on the bulit in display as well... but mileage and ride history could be interesting if they'd work.

Very bad. The app does not work. Not at all. Judt collects user data. Thats it. Need to user account with super duper password rules. Then need register the scooter. Need to create another name and password. Password pnly 6 digits this time. Next time you use the app registration is gone snd passwords do not work anymore. So request new password. Register again. Registration does not work anymore. "this does not work out. please try again". - And no help of course. Not worth the trouble

After update the app just doesn't start anymore without location permission. It logged me out randomly and I had to register my scooter again, before I was able to lock it. The login buttons sometimes do nothing. There are toast messages with "Todo" in them.

SoFlow is an excellent essential tool for people on the go cruising about on our electric (zero carbon) scooters. Manages modes (economy, standard and sport), records map routes, distances traveled, speeds as well as calculates how much co2 / carbon has been cut, so help monitor the environmental climate. Another brilliant function is that you can use it for locking & unlocking your scooter, so great security tool. Highly recommended tool / app.

Steer clear of anything that has to do with the Lou Board or the soflow company for that matter. The app is almost as bad as their customer service, and the only thing worse than their customer service is the board itself. The original app crashes everytime it's opened so you have to reinstall it every time you want to use it and the new app won't even connect to my Lou 1.0 which is the least of my worries since the board doesn't even work. Save yourself the stress and go with another brand.

was a good app or not so bad, but the most stupid gesture is to remove the battery percentage level... I am really not understanding what occurred to the brain of the developer to remove the battery percentage. it was already hard enough to depend on the percentage because when it's under 30%, it's dropping like crazy, so now it's much harder...

I just purchased Soflow SO3 2nd Gen and wanted to register it with the app. It asks me for a password straight away which I obviously don't have and I have no chance of registering the scooter. I can't change any settings (speed modes...etc). Customer service is non existent and won't reply to any emails. After I reopened the app, I'm logged out of soflow account and I can't even log back in. It just says "something went wrong"

Can you please make it possible to lock / unlock the scooter with my Samsung smartwatch with nfc. It would be so handy to keep my phone in my pocket 😊

It's a really good app I had originally rated it 5 stars but due to some bugs I've changed it to 3*. Maps doesn't allow to put in the location where I want to go, it just kind of flashes. And the last 5 or 6 rides it keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth and not saving my rides.. which in turn I'm not getting any eflow points. Once these issues are resolved i would rate it 5/5

Scooter great.... development team disappointed on the app. Rides not recorded....although the scooters kilometres are .....strange.... support email unfortunately not helpful at all with a basic...wait for another update. Its your phone....

didn't get the promised 25k miles on activation. there is no navigation. activation guide could be more helpful and actually describe a) the sticker you're looking for and b) the reason it NEEDS to have background location access. Tracking works fine, but the miles are a marketing gymmick. The app shows the battery full when the scooter says 3/4, which means it's already at around 30% and won't go much farther.
