I am regular customer of sony tv. But from 2 days sony app is not opening only.It get freeze automatically. I am unable to watch any episodes from 2 days. To watch episodes you people put so much adds in serials? If you can't run apps properly why don't you shut it off?you want money that's why you do all this with your regular customers? Very unsatisfied with your service.

Worst app settings I have seen. It only shows Hindi content on the home even after changing the content language to local language. App should not tell the users what they should watch. It should always let user choose what they want watch. I don't know who developed this kind of a worst App. Some times even after you enter the exact movie / programe name that is available in Sony entertainment, the app is not able to get the data.

Improvememt really needed. Can't create another profile, app bugs on tv and telephone. A lot of shows don't have subtitles. The list goes on. And unfortunately they don't seem interested in fixing...shame

This app is good quality wise nice Live streaming match also good But recently it's not showing any video It's being stopped ? What has happened? Still the live matches are available but what happened to other? not able to watch movies, it's showing an error has occured then it says report it .I reported but no action has taken till now. Why,then what's the use of buying this app My money will.be complete waste ..if it doesn't work anymore Sony Kindly do fix the problems ASAP!

This app works fine in mobile. But on Tab and in TV (Tizen OS), the app struggles as I've watched live football matches all of a sudden gets stuck into loading and frezes at 75%. I have to go back and restart the program once again.

I have been a premium subscriber since many years mainly for the sports content. The app itself is very buggy. Takes long time to load compared to other apps. The UI is a mess. The resume function has a mind of it's own. The suggested content algorithm is pathetic. Inspite of all this I continue to use it for the sports content. No choice. But now ads at the start of content is ridiculous. Why do you charge us if you are making us see unwanted ads. May discontinue the service if this persists.

Took subscription for ad free content, they are displaying ads in tv. What is the need of premium membership. Worst app ever used. Previously it was ad free now they have put ads in tv now. Tried to connect with customer support for some resolution. They just paste the same lines what ever the question is and they just disconnect the chat. If there is a negative rating I would rate this app -5 for sure.

Worst app ever! When I tries to watch baalveer season 4 then there is a subscription icon on the episodes.I had waited one day for watching but the subscription icon is not removeing from every episode and it also plays most adds without skip add button.Please help me to fix these bugs and problems So , I can watch my favourite series happily without interrupting adds and subscription icon. Thanks

Pathetic app and website. I've purchased the premium subscription only for the football leagues and my experience so far is absolutely terrible. It's always buffering. With full screen especially, it's a nightmare ! I have a fantastic internet connection, and every other platform be it Netflix, Hotstar, Prime Video even Jio cinema (free) works and streams splendidly it's only Sony Liv. And they do nothing to troubleshoot it. Pathetic platform pathetic ppl overseeing it.

One of the worst apps ever,I had even bought a subscription but it glitches so often and you get continuous adds more than the content you are watching, after every 5 mins add even though I have the subscription. sometimes, the movies or whichever thing you want to watch keeps on loading forever (no network issues). I won't recommend it. It had numerous bugs, and the maintenance is abysmal. One would get miffed very easily

This app is really good in it's collections but the amount of advertisement it has is just very annoying and disappointing. For watching a half an hour length show/episode, there is almost about 5-10mins of total ads in between. And the VIP packs are a bit on the pricer side too, according to me. 3 Stars only for the collections of shows it has!

Keeps saying "you can watch on only 2 devices at the same time" but doesn't even allow the 2nd device, device management clearly proves that. Such a basic feature to build if you're going so hard on enforcement.

The worst app of all the apps.you charge a bomb, and it's a problem at every step. Difficulty in login, stops playing between the matches, sometimes tv app doesn't open, and the problems go on and on.

Facing blank screen issue from last 4 days. Not solved yet even after highlighting multiple times to Sony LIV. Are we subscribing/paying money for seeing blank screen with Audio. Please do not fool people and if possible return their money if you are unable to solve the problem with your App.

Extremely exploitative payment terms. Unsuitable for short term subscription and unsuitable for family subscription. Disappointed by these kind of exploitative subscription packages. Forced annual subscription.. Does not give any alternative to auto renewal. Customer is doomed if he forgets to cancel. Unbelievable!

I've subscribed to the app exclusively for the Sports coverage. The streaming quality is excellent, the picture presented is sharp and in high definition which enhances my viewing experience. Happy overall, although I wish some kind of alacarte packages are introduced by Sony LIV so that I only pay for what I want and am interested in watching.

This app is maintained worse than a railway station public toilet. Ads start when you start a program, then every time to skip forward, more ads, after which the app will regularly post ads every 5-10 mins, then the app probably won't crash if you're lucky. If it does crash, go through this hell again. This app single handedly takes people off TV.

This app doesn't deserve single star also,Have this installed on my Sony Android TV. It's horrible. You cannot skip ads. The 'skip ad' option is there but you can't click it and hence you're forced the watch the entire ad. Once you're watching a serial and want to watch it from the start, you have to press and hold the rewind button till the counter slides to the beginning. There's no 'play from start' option. The longer you've watched the show, the longer it takes to go back to the start.

Sending updated ratings, unsure if the team acted on my previous comments of brightness issue in full screen or they were already working on this already. Either way, I posted the issue this morning and they fixed it in an update that came tonight. Thank you for that. I would like you to have playback controls of rewinding, key highlight moments scrollable. Please look a "Kayo sports" interface. It's an Australian sports streaming service it's UI and functionality is very good.

Add more features like brightness change, play/pause with Bluetooth earphones, intro skip, etc. Basically get all the good stuff from the Prime and Netflix video players. Updated review: Changed 3-star rating to 4-star rating as brightness issue solved instantaneously! Would definitely give 5 stars once the Bluetooth earphones play/pause and intro-skip issues are resolved as well. Newer update to 2 stars from 4 stars: Downloads don't show up in the "My Downloads" section. Please update ASAP!
