Overall, I do "like" the app; however, 2 issues I have noticed with regards to volume. 1. Touch up and down is not smooth. I end up opening my app cause the bud doesn't want to go more than 1 decibel at a time. 2. Ambient music volume, depending on the track, seems to go up and down with no reason. As if it's not registering right. I have the new liberty 4 nc buds.

Edit: Now one star from five stars. I don't know what happened, but now my headphones have started acting funny, my headphone app deleted my sound profiles, my tap functions that I had set for my headphones was completely reset and messed up, along with other issues .... I'm NOT a happy camper right now. Useful app. Easy user interface, all functions/controls are covered and you can reassign functions to buttons if you're used to a different layout than what came from the factory.

I truly do love these Soundcore headphones and app the experience I'm having with the two of them is amazing. The app is quite easy to navigate shouldn't take to much time to learn it, also the transparency and ANC work well you may be able to here louder noises. The sleep mode on the app definitely works it allows you to choose sounds that help you sleep and set a timer until your sleep. The only issue I have is that when the timer is over I wish the headphones turned off with the timer.

I'll review both the product & app. These aren't bad, but sometimes they don't connect to Bluetooth unless I place them in their little charging case, close the lid & take them back out. Seems to be a small audio latency issue with the P25i, but the Life Note 3i seems to address that a little better. App makes the earbuds sound better, even on my Bluetooth enabled TV & computer, neither of which can use the app. Charge lasts a long time on all earbud models. App & earbuds are high quality. 😄

These Life A2NC don't stay connected in the app. I'm listening to music on them connected to my phone n yet app can't find them, happens Everytime I've reset to many times to count I give up. Unrelated, why hearing ID worked w/Liberty2 pros but upgrade replacement, the new ones don't have Hearing ID or the 10 Grammy producers Equalizers. 💞 10Equalizers!!

I spent $20 for these, the setup took a few minutes longer than I thought, but it was time well spent. These sound like they were ten times the price, come in a neat egg- shaped charger/case that won't catch on the inside of your pockets, and pair-up with your device immediately once setup is complete. Bonus: you can go back one track on your playlist by pressing the left earpiece, and forward one by pressing the right

Absolutely amazing, the fact that I can equalize and costumize my earbuds, headphones, and speaker in one app is just incredibly useful. It's not super hard to figure out the interface, and connecting devices has been smoth for me so far. Would recommend Soundcore products if you want a hub to keep it locked to your device.

I have had these for just over 2 days. The first night I wore them, I was happy with them. Last night, they wouldn't connect. I had to unpair, then pair, rinse & repeat. They finally connected and worked as they did the night before. Tonight, I have tried everything I can think of, and they will not stay connected. I've never had this amount of trouble with any other Bluetooth device- earbuds, watch, light controls in my home, etc. This is incredibly frustrating.

Works decently well, couple of quality of life upgrades would help. I like the anc/transparency widget, but I would like a widget to switch the active devices in the dual connection mode. Thanks for the addition to launch the app from the widget, very handy. Any chance of a separate volume control for the transparency audio? I personally think it comes through a bit too loud. May just be my earbuds\model, but seems like that should be easily adjustable\tweakable.

Extremely smooth and very easy to use. App comparable or arguably much better than Sony in quality of earbud, as well as app platform. I got the liberty 4 model. At first I didn't like the idea of having to squeeze the earbud but it does allow you to avoid things like a warm piece of clothing touching it or your arm. Accidentally hitting it too many times in a row and hanging up on somebody or skipping the song and not being able to go back to the song. I'm impressed and happy with the price.

App is good. Mixed feelings on headphones. I'm on my third model of Soundcore headphones. I have been pleased overall with the different headphones and cases. I just got the Liberty 4 and I must say I am disappointed with the transparency mode. It needs to have a volume increase option as I found it almost useless unless the music volume is very low. Not what I hoping for.

Won't consistently connect to phone. I love the headphones but I'm finding it incredibly irritating that unlike every other earbud I've had when I open the case it's unpredictable whether they are going to connect to my phone or not. Sometimes I just have to leave the app open for a minute while it figures out whether it's connected, other times I have to go back into my Bluetooth settings and re-enable the Bluetooth and sometimes it's in the reverse order it's just an incredible annoyance.

I enjoy the ear buds, but trying to pin point the right sound quality is actually kind of a pain. I appreciate all the options, but most of the options they have makes songs sound robotic or too sharp. I'm unsure if it's just MINE but this is my main issue. LOVE the app though. Like all the features

the best thing that could possibly be done with this app is INCLUDE EQ PRESET SWITCHES IN THE WIDGET. switching EQ presets is the one thing I have to open the app for. volume, playback and even the noise cancelling modes can be accessed with buttons on my earbuds and even the widget, but if I was listening to music while on my work shift and then on my way home wish to listen to an audiobook I have to open the app again to do so rather than having the options readily available with a widget.

Liberty 4 earbuds. I fully disabled all button press commands to be sure, but the app defaults the ambient sound from noise cancelation to transparency mode CONSTANTLY. I had surgery in one ear and only use one bud in my healthy ear. When one ear bud dies, I swap the other in upside down. But to change settings in the app, both earbuds must be turned on. If I want to change a setting, I better pray my injured ear isn't assaulted by transparency mode. The product is great, the app is harmful.

Small annoyances degrade overall experience. I use with the A20 and for sleep data, the days at the top are several days prior, not allowing to slide to see current. You have to tap calendar icon and select. Today is the 23rd and I can only see the 18th and prior without opening the calendar. There's a few things like this that make an app that you interact with right when you're trying to go to sleep and right when you wake a real annoyance to end or start your day dealing with.

Disappointed with the basic app. All about equalizer. There's nothing in the settings apart from firmware update. No voice prompt toggle, so get prepared to those annoying low battery prompts every minute. Battery level is shown on the icon, duh, and not in percentage. I wish there was an option to disable "Touch For Transparency" mode, as wearing a hood is constantly activates/deactivates it with annoying voice prompt. Soundcore Anker Life Q30.

Amazing experience so far. (3months, 2024) I own a set of Space One's. The noise canceling option with the combined price. If taken care of, and maintained. I believe could possibly last sometime. Hopefully, the software is consistent for +10 years and further. This can show that they're still functional, and that's always good. It just means you've made a very well designed product. You should be proud and continue to support said products.

Update: As I said before, it's a good app. Does what it needs to. Love the feature where we can change the settings of the earbuds and all. Unfortunately, I have another problem. While the headphones I'm using, which are the same, pops up for me to connect them, it doesn't connect. It always say retry and I've done everything. I don't know if it's a bug or something, but I've tried everything. Good app, though.

Exceptional so far. Had them since March of this year for my trip to Japan. Love them. I haven't set up all the features yet (lazy) but the app makes setting the headphones up easy. Loads fast, doesn't crash, and explains all the settings pretty well. I have another set of earbuds by soundcore but not compatible with the app since they are older. Recommend giving them a try; especially if you have a big trip coming up.
