Lost 20,000 points cause they expired. When I downloaded the app to my new phone, it kept saying my password was incorrect, and said the only way to resolve it was to call the phone number, which I did a few times and couldn't get thru.. Sat on hold. Now that they fixed the bug in the app, and it allows you to recieve an email link to reset the password, my points are gone.. Im done with the Speedy rewards. There are plenty of other places to fuel up that don't take their points back from you..

During the latter months of 2023, this app is having major issues. It appears that if you are connected to a network, the app works alright but if utilizing phone data, the app fails miserably. All other apps on my phone are functional at the same time the Speedway app is dysfunctional. Worked great earlier this year but its been since around Sept that I noticed it declining to the point now, its simply miserable. This also is causing consumers to miss out on perks available on just the app

1/4/24 The app isn't working at all for me. I try to open it and just get a red screen with the "S" & I've been trying for several days. Update: 1/14/24 I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it won't allow me to login. I still get an "S." I'm not sure what it's called when you see a circle spinning around the "S", buffering maybe? I can't use the app at all.

The app is definitely worth downloading. They offer lots of discounts from the moment you download it. I got a free drink and a Reese for $1. They also let you chose whether you prefer food or fuel rewards and you scan your app for points whenever you purchase something. 4 stars because the app layout was a little bit confusing at first and it's a bit repetitive.

It was a good app. Until the latest update (or maybe lack thereof) caused it to never open. I'll leave the loading screen up for several minutes and nothing will happen. I'll force close the app and reopen it... nothing. I can't use my gift cards, as they're virtual, and are now trapped on my non-functioning app.

Edit: the app was great, until i got a new phone and it is forcing 2-factor authentication and NOT sending the verification code. (Neither by email or text) contacted customer service and was told to make sure I check my spam/junk folder. Really?? Hadn't thought of that... (Insert sarcasm) still can't log on. Even tried on the website and nothing. So i guess it's a useless app I'll be deleting.

Love my SpeedyApp, took some getting used to because it's not the most user friendly but it's good EXCEPT when I go thru it to access coupons from Marlboro. There are issues with coupon flickering/flashing and not being able to be scanned. The cashier has to hand key it in, AND because these coupons have both numbers and letters in the sequence; most clerks are unable to find the correct window to apply discount) 🥴

sometimes I'm in a one gigabyte per second Wi-Fi download connection it used to be that your app would open up within a few seconds and be ready to show you the latest deals and everything else like that. but now your app takes 30 minutes to load up even under a high-speed connection something something the only app I use now is QuikTrip because your app is completely useless I cannot do anything with it it will not load you need to fix it quickly I don't know what the problem is

Judging solely as an app and not the actual rewards program. Which is pretty awesome too at least for what I use it for anyway. Hasn't given me any problems so far. Does what I downloaded it for. Hasretty awesome features like merging cards. Easy to navigate. I also find there not a bunch of commotion on home page real convenient as well since that can sometimes get me a bit lost n confused on others. No random video ads, which is a nice break from ads on other apps i use.

I do like the app. Especially for finding Speedway gas stations while I'm traveling. What I'm having a problem with is scanning from my mobile app at the pump. I have to keep pressing the "Other ID" tab on screen. And that's no matter what Speedway station I go to. Very inconvenient to not be able to scan the barcode from the phone at the pump. Not sure why it's not working, but if that's a bug in the app, it needs to be fixed or just do away with it. That's the only thing stopping me from giving this a five star rating.

The updated version of this app is a complete piece of garbage. Assuming that it opens at all (because it too frequently does not), it shows my points and coupons at zero. In-store I can get the correct numbers, but only by using either my phone number or club card (because the app won't open). I have cash and fuel cards saved into the app, but now cannot trust the displayed balances (because the app, if it opens, doesn't display the updated balances). FIX THIS DAMN THING!!!

Fast and easy to use. Love it! No more holding on or trying to keep up with paper coupons. No more time consuming searches at register looking for the little bitty key chain speedway card. Everything is right on your phone. Alerts you when you have any new coupons and tells you how far to go to get additional freebies. I love the monthly perks the most. I get to choose what best fits me. Great app!

After the last update. I can no longer login/verifiy my account. Every time I scan my card, I see I have points, and nothing has changed about my account. And I can't submit the issues on the app. And when I can click on the sign in/sign up, it won't let me sign in because an "error verifying your info" occurs every time I try to update or Uninstall and re install the app.

Great app, use it every time im in the store. Haven't had any issues with reliability yet, so knock on wood. It could be a little bit easier to navigate, but it's much better than most other retailers apps. I love having all my coupons and card digitally, and having the ability to recieve push notifications when I earn a new coupon, along with other deals. It loads relatively quickly when you open it, and I like knowing that the fuel prices reported in this app is accurate, unlike gasbuddy.

Speedway has, in my opinion, the best reward program out there. And I love that the app they offer for managing that program is so easy to use. If I had to make one criticism, it would be that when I use the app on more than one device (my phone, husband's phone, son's phone, etc.) the gift cards associated with our Rewards account don't show up automatically on every device we use to access our Rewards account. Fix that, and it would be perfect!

"An error occurred sending your verification code. Please try again." I have done that several times. I've cleared my phone's cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled. The error message popped up each time. I even reached out to Speedway for help. They did respond but even that didn't help or fix the error. I'm gonna uninstall the app and just go back to Murphy's when the store reopens in the New Year. I'll lose my points but since I can't use the app it doesn't matter.

Loved this app until the last update when it stopped functioning and will not longer open. Who let this get past QA? UPDATE 1: Did a full network reset while it was frozen and while on the go. That seems to have helped. Still needs addressing if your app craps out the network via update. 3 stars for such a widespread issue. UPDATE 2: Dead again. The gas station is convenient and you CAN function without the app but the failed app.makes it easier to go get better gas elsewhere.

Speedway and their "speedy points" have saved me more times than I'd like to admit. Hard times happen. It's became even easier to use the "card" by connecting it to your phone number to use as an alternate ID, or you can open the app on your phone and shake the phone - which brings up a QR code that is connected to your card. The app makes it simple to redeem and utilize your points, and gives tips and ways to earn more. Easily the best thing a gas station can do.

Always gives an error when I try to sign in. I used the "contact us" link in the app and got a response that an update was coming. That was a couple of months ago. Still no update. Still can't sign in. Frustrating. Two stars because the app does at least show prices and Speedway locations, along with coupons for various rewards levels. Too bad I can't easily see how many rewards points I have since the app refuses to send the confirmation code to my phone number.

Okay so I see you made it easier to change the passcode and that's great and all, but the app never allows me to change the passcode. Everytime I try and type in the verification code sent to my email, the app pops up with an "unexpected error" every single time. I then go to try it again and the app will no longer send the verification code to my email. Another "unexpected error". Not to mention it also does this when I try to log in on a different phone and it needs to send a verification.
