Love the game. Beautiful graphic. It's an enjoyable game. Spend quite a few hours daily. The only problem having trouble loading the game. It's written there's an error. So I will uninstall this for now. And reinstall again next time.

WOW IMPRESSED! The Graphics are beautiful! There is so much more to this game than in the description! Its a mystery of finding the wizard and more to come Im sure! The characters you meet are amazing! The STORYLINE is captivating! This is a keeper! I definitely recommend!

I'm giving this game only one star 🌟 for customer service because I have written to them 4 times complaining about lost coins and levels that you win but the game says that you haven't. If you play just never buy game coins...I say this because if you lose them you won't be upset about it because they never correct the problem or reimburse you.

Fun game and great graphics, just has a little lag time so it's a bit glitchy 👍. Also, I have to exit the game and restart it if I lose a level which gets pretty frustrating.

I would have Loved to give this app game (5) stars. But after twice I waited for it. To upload this Game. On top of that! It updated twice to open. And did not. I am very Dissatisfied with this game app. I read the it very well. And I am sure it's fun to play. But update before we as gamers download it. Now I have lost alittle unlimited Data. Thank you! And Stay! Safe!

I love the game. The story is fantastic, and I hope that they continue with the story and making new levels. Hope this game doesn't go away for a very long time. The sad thing, though, is I can't bind my account to Facebook or Google. If anything happens to my phone I lose my account.

Enjoying it so far, gotten further than most similar games, would like game to progress a lit'l quicker, not tied up to 2 gems per task, or two 2gem parts, needing 4 gems for 1 task. But still a smidgeon better than most. Worth a try. Would also like holiday scenery, like halloween, christmas, or seasonal. But very fun& pretty game with the witch & ghost & friends. Thankyou!!🤗🎉👻🎃

I do love the game, it's fun and I enjoyed design the room even more. However that's on hard level that I tried to complete but for some reason after I complete the first stage it, the whole thing froze when I tried to press something there's no response.

Can't play the game at all, even after uninstalling and then reinstalling it won't go past the tutorial showing the Magic Journal, it just freezes at this point with the dialogue box sitting on the screen making it impossible to move forward.

I love this game, the stortline and graphics are lovely, and you get plenty of rewards. My only problem is if I fail a level, the game crashes, I have to close the app then try again. This has happened several times now.

I would've given it 5 stars but since last update my game won't load now or every time I buy coins with real money to get extra moves so I can beat a level the game freezes and I have to shut game down then I loose the level anyway. Fix this or I will delete the game and not download it again. This sucks I really did like the game alot.

okay I will you. on hard ays your giving 18 moves to clear the board. you have ve to use your extra help up. then you charge 900 coins to finish off the round or start back over. and when playing the rounds you not giving better choices to make to clear the board. also. what I don't understand is you have to buy the extra stuff to get . the game is getting boring and you need to add more moves to clear the boards. really. this game is no good

I can't find many games related to magic or witches. Which I love.I am ashamed to say I stuck it out for over a month, almost 2 and have completed literally 2 rooms. I will not pay u. You offer very little in almost every aspect of playing this game and it is ridiculously difficult that I have finally just given up. Like I can't with this anymore

I love this game but major fault both times I have installed and uninstall this game and update the game but again keeps coming up with not enough content wait for download. I have for several days and still have the same problem. I have completed the garden part but cannot go forward into the house. Please sort this issue out as I will be uninstalling again.

I don't enjoy playing anymore. I understand that there needs to be hard levels but not so hard that your playing the same one for almost a month and not even give you enough moves. If this keeps going on I will quit playing the game. If & when you get the glitches fixed let me know and I might try it again. Thanks

The graphics, music, and concept is good. It's one of the few match games that I can enjoy for a long period of time. However, around level 90 the amount of gems for each task seem like an overkill. No more 1 gem tasks, just 2 or even 3 for tasks that seem menial (like calling someone).

Some good story but unfortunately never enough space and some levels too difficult to pass in free play mode , had to uninstall. If you have the space and money , it is a good game. Nice graphics. Game play could be better...more free boosters , more to do , free stuff , ect . The usual issues with these kind of games. Shame I simply never have enough space for things I actually enjoy to some extent.

The length of the tutorial is ridiculous. ENTIRELY TO LONG. The options for design are limited that is if you get a choice. Being given the choice of design is the best part of the game at least for me. Otherwise it's just the same ole match 3 game and there are plenty of those. And those, like this game, are boring. If you want to hold someone's attention GIVE THEM CHOICES!!! 👎🤬😠

I have been playing Match 3 games for decades. I have some observations!! The graphics/sound effects are great! The design options, when you GET an option, are good enough. Lots of pretty magic happening. Now the criticism! IF you want this to be a child's game, your levels become too difficult TOO quickly!! I have had to play a LOT of boards multiple times to beat them, UNDER Level 100! It seems that you want this to be a "pay to play" game! Power-ups shouldn't be NECESSARY yet. Consider it!

The game has beautiful graphics and great storyline, but just like so many other match 3 games, the levels become way too difficult very early on! Not enough moves, the boards are terrible, you are given hardly any boosters and it takes way too many Crystals to complete one task. Seriously 4 or 5 shards or crystals to complete one task? Especially after it takes ten tries to get through one level? Way too much, and too difficult, too early on. Sad because this game has great potential
