completely broken. useless. imagine spending a bunch of money on a bunch of moving parts. starting a grow, then once your grow gets to flower the app stops working and you can no longer even control the lights... yeah way to go spider farmer.

The calendar shows the wrong week days, for example it says that today is tuesday june 1st 2025 when it is sunday. Also, the statistics view is bugged with gaps in the data. If this is fixed together with more sunrise/sunset customization then its a solid 4 or 5 star.

Bought a 2025 grow kit just to get it and find out they included the old vent fan they no longer even sell in the kit I purchased and not the 4 inch fan that can be app speed controlled and can only be turned off and on at max speed. I have been emailing spider farmer support about the app since before placing the over $600 order and gotten nothing in response. Sadly I had to place the order and find out first hand just how deceptive this company is with their throw away Chinese garbage..

terrible app, recent update has me locked out of my ggs controller so no control over tent. I will update if spider farmer reaches out to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Easy and intuitive to use. Though it does require incorporating the Dehumidifier.

so I've noticed that when on day cycle when on temp priority it triggers the fan on both humidity and temp but on night cycle it only triggers with temp pleas fix this so it triggers on either temp or humidy on night cycle please, I have to keep changing the priority to humidity when it's the night cycle

the app works fine some what when it wants too. it often more than I'd like has miss communication issues where the tent doesn't even show up in app ... some time the sensor stops sending info u have to unplug the smart plug and plug it back in .

Get the kit all setup and the app won't work at all I install the app says needs update and I go to update it and it doesn't work I tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling as I see it this is unacceptable

app is stuck on update pop up. I've just downloaded the app for the first time and it's the latest version. No option to close the pop up

app is broken it says update now go to play store no update just open uninstall re install and bam same trap. no way around it fix this. really disappointed with you app and your lights I have a ton invested and it's been poop and trying to get ahold of these people is no existent

I never know when this app will be working or not working 😕 at least one time per week I have to login and add device again. And I took forever because it can never find any of my devices.

I'm redoing my review. after this most recent update, all the different things you can do make the whole system a lot better. one of my complaints was that you could label the outlets on the power strips, but now you can. with every update, it all gets better and better. I love my lights and all the other equipment so far, and the ggs smart controller saves me a lot of time. I just wish it were made in America.

Too buggy to rely on for something as sensitive as plant growing. After the update today I can't even get past the "new version available" splash screen. Beyond that, climate controls are too coarse to keep your plant in the optimal window. Set your temp for 79 F? Fan won't turn on till over 83. Same issue for humidity. This causes wild VPD swings. Love the idea, excellent hardware, but this venture will be sunk by the software support.

It has trouble finding my light sometimes and it will randomly not come on, but then I turn on my bt and my light turns on....kinda wack...most definitely causes stress on plants....also I currently can't use the app at all because it tells me I need to update but it won't allow me to do anything.

My phone is about six feet away from my GGS controller (no obstacles) but just times out when trying to change the fan speed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. I keep adding my wi-fi details and saving but then told to connect to wi-fi when trying to update firmware. The historical data does not work and does not render on the screen correctly on Android v15.

Does nothing!! Can't even find my light. 🤷 Not a good look for spider farmer. Just freezes and the only way you can get out is by closing the app on my Samsung. Hitting the 3 line button on my Samsung and closing all apps is the only way to get out. Pretty much useless. By the reviews I see on here doesn't seem like customer service is a big deal to them. Good luck if you purchase from them. Hoping things get better in the near future for us people who've bought products from them already. 🤞

3 stars not because its bad but because its lacking. look at the vivosun app. this has some features that are better. biggest problem is flexibility. I want to be able to have the ability to use both temp and humidity as triggers for the exhaust. during the day high temp. at night high humidity is the issue. we should be able to set high and low triggers for both temp and humidity. not just one or the other. graphing should be rolling 24 hours. not 0 to 24. has potential. not perfect.
