I purchased the car recently from spinny. please inspect your car once delivered or before taking delivered. since once delivered you cannot do anything. very bad service. for me they said the battery is new and in warranty, but now it started discharging fast and they say warranty doesn't apply. warning everyone to do a clear inspection in the showroom to get a complete report and purchase only if they agree to repair everything. once handed over they will not be bothered at all.

NEVER BUY FROM SPINNY..! Horrible experience. Bought a 2016 polo and they claimed had tyres which can last more then 14k km when it has 1mm thread left and is 9 years old. Even apollo says tyres should be changed every 5-6 years, but Spinny are saying it's safe to ride for 14k km more, they say some tyres have 25k km life in them. That's not the end, wheelcap is missing, cowl top damaged, battery cover missing, steering rack damaged (25k for repairs), Hid a major structural accident..!

Spinny is a complete disappointment. Their promises of trust and transparency are all fake. I had a horrible experience — Overpriced car, poor customer support, misleading vehicle details, and absolutely no accountability once the payment was done. They ignore complaints, don’t respond properly, and the after-sales service is pathetic. Feels like a scam. Avoid this app and this company if you value your money. Total fraud! buy a car directly from customer or local dealer instead. Truly Horrible!

worst experience ever after purchasing the car. I have purchased ecosport 1month back and from the day 1 I am facing noise issues in AC when I change the AC mode. and now it's emitting a lot of black smoke. when I raised the ticket they have done the inspection at their service center and told me that Everything will be done but need 1 week time to complete the things. now after 1 week they are calling me and telling me to pay the bills or else repair will not be done. worstttt ever.

should not buy car from spinny. I had horrible experience, they given me damaged vehicle even though they said in their documents all fine. and their support is also horrible they still not able delivered the RC to my addrese since 4 months even though I raised to concern to their customer care. I suggest do not buy from spinny. better buy used from known person or better buy new one. all cheaters waiting to loot your hard earn money. update: I reached but they not solved issue. and closed it

Customer service is completely fraudulent. They promised a call with an experience manager within 90 minutes, but no one bothered to connect — even after hours. I purchased a car just 3 months ago and it's already giving major issues: the AC makes a loud, disturbing noise, and the parking sensors don’t work at all. No one from the company is taking responsibility or providing help. The person who handled the sale has gone completely unresponsive — not answering calls or messages. This is pathet

worst app and worst experience. Do not believe in a word they say. my car was top end and they confirmed that as well, but during final step they reduced 10K stating that one document doesn't have the optional tag indicating top end. they confirmed that they can see that it is top end based on chasis number, but still created this fuss. all this happened after I handed over the car and waited for 5 hours for amount to be credited Also Spinny lies through their teeth about immediate rc transfer.

Overall a good experience but all details not explained at handover. Also, I bought an Ignis which "is known for a steering issue where the steering wheel doesn't automatically return to the center after a turn, requiring the driver to manually straighten it. This is due to the steering geometry and can be noticeable during U-turns. While not a major issue, it can be annoying." Trust me, it is ANNOYING!

I am frustrated now with the spinny team and it seems they want to only sell the cars and don't want to refund the money if any customer is not taking any booked car. i had been awaiting 30k rupees from spinny platform and awaiting more than 1 week now and they are just simply doing time pass and not solving my problem. I booked a Ford Aspire and went for a test drive. The pickup was very poor, so I took it to a service center. They said the clutch and brakes need urgent replacement, and the engine check light was on. I raised a complaint, and Spinny said the car would go to their refurbishment team. But how can a worn-out clutch be "refurbished"? It should be replaced, or the price should be reduced.Right?

bought a ford freestyle 2019 ,it had certain suspension issues (loud knocking noise).They got it inspected at their workshop& said it's just lubrication issue.however the issue still continued & I decided to return the car on 22nd.It is 25th today and no one has reached out to me for pick up, I even offered to drop off the car at nearest hub.Tickets opened on the app go unanswered.Even emails are being ignored. I have a helpless feeling and want to warn others of Spinny.Never trust their service

Please add a comment/Suggestion section in the app for everything Ad post. so that we can communicate using the text. Most of the cars overhyped the prices, at least we can negotiate there itself without any calls. So that you can understand what the end user/customer mindset is.

The evaluation was a nuisance as the service person removed rubber from doors to take a picture and asked me to hold the dicky to take the spare wheel out to take pic, all the while asking to cancel inspection if there was an issue. Had to finally cancel the evaluation. Was a waste of my time! I am never using Spinny again!

The post purchase experience is really worst. They assign someone called Experience manager after you buy your car. But they are just there to ruin your experience. They don't have specific phone no to reach out to and they claim we get call within 90min from the time we request callback, but even after 7 to 8 hours you have to keep waiting in a crucial moment. If you raise any ticket they just close or merge with other tickets. First time car buyers, think twice.

So once you receive a low ball offer for your car you're wishing to sell, the 'reject offer' button won't work. You press 'Accept offer' just to check if that button works and within a second you're car is sold and you'll get all the next steps. It's a scam. Stay a mile away from this app.

I have been requesting a proper invoice from spinny. I have reached out to them a number of times over the last week. Every time they assure me that they will send me the invoice within a day, but they actually never do that. I am really frustrated. Be aware of the fact that their after sales service is HORRIBLE! UPDATE: someone from their team reached out immediately after I had posted this comment and solved the issue. Just shows that this was not a difficult issue to solve in the first place

had a very bad experience with spinny. Not recommended to buy car. Delivered RC with incorrect name...spelling errors. They collected it for correction and still RC is not delivered..its pending since 7 months. Also got a faulty car with break issues within 5 months and they denied to fix it telling wear and tear issues not covered under warranty. had to shell out 12k to fix it. Still waiting for my RC card.

Hey, I got your response in which you asked to make sure you were using the most recent version. I've reinstalled the program and am actually running the most recent version, however there are still a lot of bugs. Although I intend to purchase a car, your app is so obnoxious that I have closed it because it is completely broken. If nothing else, you ought to employ some competent developers and at least check your app to see how poorly it functions. How did it receive a rating of 4.3? Fake
