Stuck in first chapter, where I had to fix the bridge. I collected the nails, a heavy metal and 2 wooden planks, kept them aside. But when I am taking the third wooden plank to repair the bridge, it doesn't place there. I almost erase and played again the game from the beginning. The graphic are fine, but this one bridge repair thing is getting very annoying.

I normally like their games but this one has me wondering if they ever test on mobile devices. I'm at the part where I have to defeat Treebeard by drawing a specific pattern on a hexagonal grid, an impossible task on my phone as my finger covers at least 4 cells at a time making the line go in every direction. This game's likely too old to be updated now, but please take the smaller screen size of mobile devices into consideration when designing new games.

Extremely frustrating game, some puzzles are nearly impossible because you have to drag something but your finger makes it impossible to see where you need to go. When I finally managed to finish it and start the bonus chapter I'm stuck after placing the hair in the spirit of courage statue because the 'what to do' picture plaque showing where you need to place the hair to open the cache is stuck on the screen hiding the open cache behind it so I can't collect the items. Incredibly frustrating.

Same issue as many other players, unable to repair the bridge after collecting the two required pieces of wood, nails and candlestick. The last wood piece is next to the bridge and won't go into place to put the nails in to cross. I believe this bug has still not been correctly fixed. Other than that, I love all the Domini Games and highly recommend them.

Horrible puzzle design. Had to uninstall! Basically I couldn't do a puzzle where it's a hexagonal shapes block and youre supposed to "draw in a design" pictured to the left. Well it's impossible! You cannot see where you are pressing and often, having average man sized fingers, I press multiple hexagons at once. And if you let go it ERASES YOUR PROGRESS?!? So you have to keep starting over & over. Even though it's impossible!! So I paid to "skip" . But when I came back it made me start AGAIN!?

Was mostly enjoying the game and was even willing to overlook the fact you can't earn gems to skip games (can't watch ads, have to buy) until I couldn't get past the bridge about 20 minutes in. A bug/glitch wouldn't let me drop the missing plank onto the bridge and using hints wouldn't do it for me, so I couldn't get any further. Bummer. Got a response (as did lots of other comments with the same problem) saying the issue was fixed so I reinstalled the game but still the same problem.

It's a good game with a lot to improve. It doesn't feel polished though. Instructions for mini games mention inexistent buttons or rules that don't apply. Also this is an Android version=touch screen. Too many puzzles require drag item to slot or drawing, devs should consider you can't see what you are blocking with your finger. Trent puzzle=impossible. Anyways I finished the game and bonus chapter so the game can be played and its fun.

I am in the chapter "Dryad Forest" where there is a bridge. I cannot place the board to build the bridge even if I click it so many times.Now I am frustrated and watched the walkthrough in youtube if I am doing it right. According to the videos, upon clicking the board, it should be automatically filled the gap of the bridge but it never happened. I am a fan of DG games and this is the first time that I can't move forward and unable to finish your game. Please fix the glitch. Thank you.

Enjoy the game. The storyline is really good and enjoyable. The puzzles is challenging. Love the arts n characters design too. Great job for all staff DG. Your games never disappoint me💖💖💖

Same complaint as a lot of others. One puzzle that requires tracing impossible on a phone with your finger no matter how big your phone. You can't pick up your finger to do the intricate detail or you have to start over and you can't see your progress with a finger in the way. I have a S21 Ultra. Bottom line is you can't finish game. They purposely do that so you'll buy gems to bypass the puzzle. Notice every single answer from them is the same and automated. They don't read these. Bad company.

Beautiful graphics as usual, and interesting storyline. I like the prequel aspect of the free bonus game. Some of the mini games were very tricky and I would have skipped them if the gems I had purchased I'm a previous game had been available...where did they go?? I messaged support about it but haven't heard back. Kinda mad about it, TBH.

I have played dozens of games by this developer. But in chapter 2, the plank at the bridge won't go into place. I've restarted the game from the beginning and no luck. Unfortunately, the "help desk" is of no help. I guess I'm deleting this one unless they fix the bug.

Should have read the reviews first. Got stuck at the bridge and restarted 2x to see if I missed something, turns out it is a known issue that is still unresolved. Some of these comments on this glitch goes back to April 2022 with responses from the game that they are aware and will release a fix soon - it's Nov 2022 and apparently still no fix. Don't waste your time on this game.

Oof, glitchy. Clicking may or may not activate a spot, and it usually takes 5-6 tries at a minimum to get anything to work. The bestiary often hovers in the middle of the puzzle when you pull it up. Can't really seem to scroll through the inventory. Very buggy and frustrating, which is pretty surprising from Domini -- they are my go-to devs for games

when i got to the bridge towards the beginning of the game it wouldn't let me put the first plank of wood on the bridge. Therefore, I couldn't put the 2 planks I found on on the bridge. I watched a walkthrough video and it made it look easy. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing. I really wanted to play too. ☹️/

Yep, I couldn't finish repairing the bridge even though I had nails, 3 boards, and a candlestick on hand. The last board just won't set!!! I love this company's games, but this one? 2 stars until they fix this glitch. I tried uninstalling then reinstalled due to similar reviews. Nope, still the same 😭

I'm having issues with the bridge near the beginning of the Android version of this game. I've tried to place down the board that's leaning against the bridge and it won't go on. The other 2 boards work fine and the candle stick & nails go there with no problem, but I can't place the other board on the bridge and I need to fix the bridge in order to continue the game. Please fix this!! An email was sent to the support team on 10/2/22. Update: I've updated the game and Issue still exists! 🤷🏼♀️

It seems like I am not the only one stuck in the Dryad Forest where the bridge is. This has been an issue for longer than a month for this particular game. I've watched the walkthrough to find out what I was doing wrong and I'm not doing anything wrong, it's the game itself. I can't move forward and getting annoyed by it. I've played almost every game and have had little to no problems with any of them. Uninstalling until the glitch is addressed. Please fix it soon as I enjoy your games.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is because when I got to the bridge (which requires 3 boards, nails, and an object to hammer the nails in), it refuses to let me put the last board on. I looked on YouTube to see if I was doing something wrong. However, I wasn't. Turns out a lot of people had the same problem but their posts were from 2 months ago. I figured maybe y'all were not aware of this issue so I'm putting it on this review. I love your games. Please fix this issue if possible.

Still bad code in Sep '24. Read the critical comments and figured they fixed the issues. Unfortunately no. The map needs to be rotated to complete it. Too bad there is no arrow button on screen to rotate the pieces. I hope they fired the incompetents in charge of this one.
