Game is good, but the grind for the rare currencies ruined the game for me. Not in a catastrophic way but I'm no longer interested in playing the same level over and over again to buy furniture, which THEN gives you the currency to purchase more upgrades. The game itself at it's core is good, probably one of the best of this genre, very challenging and it forces you to improve. But when the upgrades become absolutely necessary, it slows down.

The gameplay experience is what is advertised: it's a service game where you try to please customers quickly and efficiently. I rather enjoy this one out the others because of how quickly you can serve them. The problem I have with this game is that there's too many ads. I don't mind the ads where you get immediately rewarded like reduced time or increased profit, but the unskippable ads that just pop up because you complete a level is beyond annoying.

Not a huge fan - was more frustrating than fun. When you have multiple customers that want the same dish, you don't get to choose who goes to. So instead of sending it to someone who's happiness is going down, it's sent to some other person most the time. Also, the game says it's offline, and you can play levels offline, but the rest isn't. I understand not being able to compete with friends without internet, but everything else should work without it.

Fun game. It is possible to get through all the released restaurants without spending any money. You can't buy all the upgrades because gems are required for them, but you can pass the levels. I haven't gotten a ton of ads, maybe one 30 second ad every 3-4 levels. I wish the controls were more refined. The trash function is the worst when you miss the food and tap something twice, then fail a no trash challenge. It was also frustrating that the currency changes from one area to the next.

The game takes a while to load (which might just be or not be my connection). But sometimes while loading, it logs me off the game and sometimes my progress isn't saved. Adding on, the customers patience goes down too quickly, but that might be just my opinion. It's a fun game as well, but it's hard to collect a lot of diamonds and tickets to buy stuff u need, but if u don't have it, then it can be hard to even win a game without wasting boost-ups.

This is a cute game, it has a good idea, but it needs a few improvements. The need for coins AND gems is annoying, as well as the price and wait time for upgrades a lot of levels NEED to pass. They should remove the need to pay real money to actually complete these levels, and cut down the wait time. Also, the fact you have like 3 things pop up before you can go to the main idle screen every single time you start the game AND finish a level? Maybe have an option to toggle that on/off?

Pay to win. It's a fun game, lots of variety, and the couple dollars to play ad free are worth it at first. However, the latest level is impossible to progress without using multiple boosters every other round. This holds true even after unlocking every item, upgrading every character and decorative tip booster. The margin isn't even close. This, coupled with the latest updates removing the daily boosters, you can only play by microtransations.

Graphics are great, it's cute, fun and perfect concept for the characters. Kind of a lot of pushing with the premium currency, but not the worst I've seen. My biggest issue was the constant glitches and freezing, among other technical issues. I have a brand new galaxy so I doubt it's all my end. None of my other games wig out like this one. :/

The game has been fantastic so far, but ever since the Hungry Games story line has been introduced, it barely loads on my phone at all, and it gets VERY glitchy. Please help, I miss playing it! 😠Edit: had to downgrade my rating because now I have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time I want to play. Not only that, in the newest expansion, you'll get to a point where (I think the cream cheese) doesn't even show up and then the customers orders are blank. Definitely not fun anymore. 😔

It's a fun game I enjoy the whole concept; upgrading, renovtating your restaurant it's really cool. However though it's very difficult, and unlike other games similar to this you can't go back and do previous levels, have to keep moving forward, also it practically forces people wanting to buy gems to progress because of time limit problems, the only you have a slight chance of beating the levels you have to buy the products that create more space for at the barg n mart first, parents watch out

Great game. I don't mind the ads but definitely don't add anymore. Also please make the coins universal or make it so we can use coins to buy powerups or something. I have over 300,000 bikini bottom coins that I can't use b/c I've already upgraded everything-it's a waste. Also, I wish you could keep watching ads to gain lives. Overall, great game, one of the best of it's kind. Also customer service/support is very kind and responsive. They handled my issue very quickly

It really is a fun game- until you can't play anymore. Like with many diner/food service games, you get upgrades to your kitchen as you progress. Which is fine. But these upgrades require you spend both coins (earned by playing) and diamonds (mostly earned by spending money). This isn't right! There should be separate upgrades which don't require actual money. And if you dont get upgrades, the game becomes impossible to progress in. Fix this!

Pros: Fun game if you like the style. Most in game ads are skipable after 5 seconds. Funny, I've enjoyed the jokes in the storyline. Cons: ads are often shown between the actual playing time and are unnecessary. There are plenty of other ads that actually give me something and don't just waste time. Gems are too hard to get and are necessary for upgrades. You can watch ads but a premium currency should not be necessary to progress. Later level basically require power ups that cost gems.

It's a super fun game, especially if you grew up watching spongebob. While the lines sound corny in text, it makes me smile because I hear it in the actor's voice in my head. It's a typical mobile game with deals and occasional ads, although I like that they're spaced out well. You don't get one after every single level, plus you can get rid of the ads with any purchase(which can be $1.99+). The levels do get pretty hard, but overall I really enjoy the game!

I played this game when I had Netflix, and it was awesome! I don't have Netflix anymore, so i downloaded this version, and the ads just kill it for me. Ads play after every level you beat, and you don't even get rewarded for it. Definitely don't see myself investing into this one with the ads being so constant. I'd rather buy it and have 0 ads.

The game is entertaining, must admit; but here comes the trash, and is a lot, you must watch an ad for every single activity you do in the game to try to progress a lil bit faster. And here comes the worst, EVEN after purchasing an in-game item, you still feel the enormous need to continue watching ads unless you're ready to pay an absurd amount of money for just playing and progressing at a normal rate. Because of this, I feel I can't really enjoy the game . Hope they fix it someday

The older version of the game was amazing, so amazing that I redownload the game so I could replay it from the start. Well this new version is awful. There are ads after and before every level, you cant buy upgrades without gems, and it's very hard to win gems and then after you buy the item you have to wait an hour before you get it. Before you could buy upgrades that you NEED to pass hard levels with coins and then you would get them. No gems needed. I hate the new version DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Nags you to spend money at every turn. Pop-ups on pop-ups and notes all down both sides of the screen. Ads like crazy until you spend any real money BUT THEN still ads to gain more outfits to level-up your characters. Then "premium pass" and "VIP" purchases. On and on and on and on. I love the cooking Diner Dash-like games, but this one is a skip.

Fun game. However, there's one level that has a glitch for me. I can't upgrade the last 3 wallpapers at the Krusty Krab. I buy the wallpapers and it takes my coins but then it shows again that they need to be purchased so I lose points and the gems from not completing those upgrades. I reached out to support and they said there's no fix and refunded me the coins. That doesnt solve the issue though. No other solution was offered. I paid for the weekly VIP but after this response I cancelled.

The game is fair. Pros are it is like the TV show, the game can be played without paying for items (doable but takes forever). Cons are bugs with decor system, and ads after every level. Must pay 1.99 basic (or more for advance pass) every week for no ads and buffs. I will say good game based off story, just some minor annoyances. Has good potential in the long run. Look forward to more for this game.
