The Spotify Artists app has been a major disappointment. Its interface is confusing and cluttered, making it difficult to navigate. Performance issues plague the app, with frequent crashes and freezes disrupting workflow. Customer support is virtually non-existent, leaving users stranded when they encounter technical difficulties. Basic features are lacking, making it feel incomplete and inadequate for managing music effectively.

The new update is awful, ruined for smaller artists. The stream count used to be accurate, no matter how few streams a song gets (for example something with 40 streams would SAY that) but now everything just says "<1000" which is EXTREMELY unhelpful and listing songs by stream count is COMPLETELY inaccurate, I know what my few most streamed songs are and that is absolutely not the order. What happened??

Please bring back the ability to see exact streams for songs under 1,000 streams and have them in order from most plays to least. It's way more difficult to track releases since the update for seemingly no reason. Up and coming artists need to be able to see exact numbers so we can track growth as it happens

I gotta say, you guys listened to your users and reversed the changes you made within days. Now it's back to the excellent app I'm used to. Thanks Spotify for Artists team! This is an excellent and useful stats app for artists to track their progress on Spotify. A must-have for artists who release their music online.

We are unable to see the amount of streams for anything less than 1000 yet again. This brings no benefit of using the app for people who need accurate statistics or who would simply like to keep track of their streams. Please fix.

Error. Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or take a look at our help area. There, I saved you installing this app and trying to make it work since that's all it ever says.

Your update ruined the app. Now none of my stream counts are accurate. I can look in two or three separate spots and they're all different numbers. It's very confusing now. I hope that you guys can take into consideration that you need to revert back to what you had because it was fine before. Please fix it and return the app to it's former glory.

Took away ability to see accurate all time streams for an album. My album has 7,000+ all-time streams, and it used to show that. Now every song that didn't hit 1,000 is showed as <1000, not even a number, and the all-time streams say 2,000+. Which is wrong. Such a dumb thing to remove. What if I want to share how many streams my album has on my story and thank my fans, but it shows way less than is actually there? App is just getting so much worse. Want to cancel my Spotify subscription atp.

There is a scam going around where independent artists are being targeted by fake streaming services where their music is added to AI playlists without their consent. This happened to me, and my music was taken down from Spotify. Spotify accused me of paying for streams, but this is completely false. Victims are being punished, and I would advise any artist not to get into business with Spotify, ever. Go through other streaming services. You will get scammed, and Spotify will not help you.

There's a scam going on recently where upcoming artists are being targeted by fake promotion companies, where they add your song to a botted playlist without your knowledge or consent which then leads to your song or album being taken down. Spotify does nothing to help the artist in this situation and instead continuously accuses the artist of committing fraud or working with fraudulent companies instead of listening and accepting the issue. They blame the artist being scammed and offer no help!

Overall good application tells you streams, locations and playlist analytics, Can you Please add the option to switch profiles faster for example for different aliases I have to log out completely to change to a different alias and that is time consuming, it would be easier if I could do so at the press of a button.

Changed my artist name on Distrokid, and now I can't access my profile. When I try to add a new team, it just gives me the error message "insufficient developer role". I only have access to my old artist name, which I don't want anymore. This is very frustrating.

The "under 1k" thing is absolutely horrendous. As the artist, I should be able to see the exact amount of streams. Searching for a new artists service because that's just terrible. Been on this service for 4 years and was able to see the precise amount of streams. Now it sucks.

It's great there's an app to make updates easy and convenient than having to log onto a computer... Well it's more so great when the app doesn't freeze every time, or crashes, or causes my phone to crash. It's sad with how much this company makes off artists to line their pockets. You figured the R&D team would be top tier.

as a small (tiny) artist I still liked this app a lot as it allowed me to see the tiny metrics trickle in from my friends and loved ones and add to the total streams on my songs, but that display has now been changed so it only shows a few songs and rounds to ">1k" which is just a depressing reminder I don't matter as a user

Layout is good. It's clear and easy to navigate. But the statistics are inconsistently presented. Things I find annoying but which could easily be fixed: 1. You can only see countries and cities for the last 28 days. I don't get a lot of streams but I love seeing that they've been listened to on the other side of the world. For any given song I'd like to be able to see the 'all time' numbers. 2. Not enough room to list the next point.

Helpful, but I wish the daily update times were more consistent. Some days it's 10am, some days it doesn't update until the next afternoon. Also PLEASE give us an option to view stats that is inbetween 28 days and 7 years ago. 3 months. 6 months. A year. Any of those would be more helpful than "since 2015", especially if your tunes have only been up for a couple of years. Very ridiculous.

I've been using this service to customize my Spotify Artist profile since April 2022. There is one bug in the app that really frustrated me since I've started using the app, that being uploading Canvas's. Everytime I tap on "Agree and Post" it never loads or confirms the request, and it hasn't been resolved for a long time. Everything else on the app is great, though.
