The app sucks. Doesn't even scroll that well, constantly lagging, not opening pages. Honestly don't understand why they made it

It isn't opening, just remaining on the loading page with the SSENSE logo, not sure if that's a personal problem or across android

Ssense is super sketchy, I unfortunately wasted a bunch of money with them and it was a terrible decision. Ho with another site, ssense is a scam through and through.

i love you for adding the "styled with" feature but sometimes it doesnt work, especially for shoes update i cant see it anymore

Years ago this company bought Polyvore which was an amazing site for fashion, creativity, and community. After the purchase, they immediately shut the app down and within a few days 20 MILLION daily users lost huge portfolios. What remains is this garbage company with a dumb name and a skeevy website. Edit: I am not having an issue with an order because I would never buy anything from you. By shutting down the POLYVORE app, you lost MILLIONS of potential customers. Good job.

the search function doesn't work; it copies in ever letter. if I want to search 'tabi' it will type TTATABTTAB and then the app blocks me for robot activity. please fix

User experience is alright, however it does not meet the usability goal of safety for users that might prefer non-bright themes, otherwise there's a relatively smooth experience

Love shopping with SSENSE for the variety of brands, fair prices, variety in sizes and customer support. The app is stable and I've enjoyed my end to end experience.

Love the company itself! But the app is awful. It's so incredibly slow, it's very poorly organized, and it asks you a million times to verify you.

I purchased the wrong pair of shoes accidentally and was able to speak with CS and have my issue resolved. This is more for the business than the app, but either way, they were able to assist me!

I gave this rating because of customer service. I have not been able to speak on the phone with someone at SSENSE despite multiple attempts across multiple days. (I ordered shoes about two weeks ago and it still says "processing" with no further updates. I don't know where the shoes are, or even if they've shipped yet.)

This app is so annoying It's not hard to navigate on this app. But it freezes all the time. For me anyway. It takes forever for a landing page to load. Honestly, not the best U/X experience.

Like a lot of people have said, while the company is generally great, the app experience is really bad and slow. It consistently takes a few seconds to load and lags while scrolling, making it extremely hard to navigate through and use

Love the refresh date implementation and the animation of it, however I find that the profile section lacks fluidity when you scroll to the top and bottom, maybe a little elasticity on both ends would be good. The app is overall very well put together and manages to implement the feel and look of the website.

There is a Memory Leak. If you browse for long enough, the app gradually gets more laggy and jittery before the app begins to stop responding and you have to relaunch the app again. Other than that, there is a fine collection from designers, both prestigious and upcoming. It's a bit confusing when you can't find categories but is easily remedied by just searching the specific category you want. Probably one of the most versatile luxury retailer apps on the market.

After trying make 1 purchase for a month I finally decided to call. On the phone it seemed great. Then I get a email telling me to I can't purchase beyond 600$. That's not even a pair of shoes. Over it deleting the app don't recommend unless you like wasting time.

Doesn't seem possible to add to wishlist an item in an unavailable size. Wish it could be. Other than that, great site and great app, also just for inspiration / as a visual notepad.
