Easy to use but now the automatic sms verification is no longer working when doing transactions which is a drawback

This is the worst bank (Standard Bank Moçambique, SA). They just cancel your cards without even a notice. Worst bank throughout the Whole World. I don't recommend it to anyone, may be another Standard Bank outside Mozambique.

I'm struggling to open up my banking app, it doesn't show the option of a pin instead it quickly closes and says I must go to play store but nothing happens to the play store.I uninstall it and restart my phone and try to install it again but efforts in vain.

Finger print is there, but never works. You always need to use password, even this password, sometimes doesn't work. Fix all these issues at once please.

Ive been using this app since 2017, bt now since i update my android to version 10 , one UI 2.0 it stops working. The app now just work on my laptop, on my phone is not working, the error is: (ssl pinning check error)

It used to work much better than it is now. In the past year or so, accessing it is sometimes problematic. Today I can hardly log in and make transactions. You need to upgrade and improve this app performance.

Using this app is now a painful experience. Many times you cannot login in. When you do, you struggle to have perform transactions due to various errors or crushes. Standard Bank really need to improve their online platforms, the bank is lacking behind all other players in market.

Overall the app has worked well, however I have 2 main issues: 1. When you have an announcement pop up about a change or a maintenance schedule, I can't login with my fingerprint. I have to login with my password in those moments which is annoying. 2. Payment services to other entities - I don't understand why I can't pay services (e.g other Internet providers) that are not listed in your app by default? I'm forced to go to an ATM that is dar from where I live. Hopefully this can be fixed.

The app is just OK. But always and again,I have to say always have issues. Standard is a solid bank, but their online service are always down or in maintenance or simple dont login, or the application crush during your transactions. The web portal has the same issue.. I can't understand what is wrong with your IT department and infrastructure that is not performing for years, again have to say for year, facing the same issue. And it's not an isolated case, I know several people with same issues.

"The best Moz app I have ever used. But don't get too excited... Keep working on it please.. " when I said, keep working on it, I really meant it. You're letting me down. Sorry I had to downgrade the app as its having problebles every day or at least every time I need to use it, it simply does not connect. I think STB has to review it's existence, all is failing, the call center it's a complete chaos, the administration seams confused for some reason and the NetPlus a rethinking case. IT IS
