Absolutely not user friendly. One of the worst app. Customer service and claims are equally unsatisfactory. Decided to port to a better one. They are just putting add on to increase their premium and confusing customers during renewals.

Asking for login details quiet often. It says to give the mobile number which will fetch the policy information. I was having it by the time while I renew it. But, if I check now it's blank and doesn't have any of my policy details. will it be working correctly only during renewal and making payments from customer side.

Editing my review from 5 star to 1 star. The support team is very unprofessional and stupid. I sent them an email regarding the correction of parameters for my health checkup uploaded wrongly by them on their app. I even uploaded an image marking the wrong values uploaded by them. But to my surprise they replied with a mail on how to get doctor consultation. Total opposite response to my query. Such foolish people doesn't deserve to be in office. They will do bla bla on call and in email poop.

Worst experience in this Star App and Star insurance WhatsApp Messenger is worse than this app.. not able to download policy documents and pay anything through this. customer service is getting worse day by day. Due to their negligence Policy period dates are mentioned wrong in the documents. When we share emails to the support team, it takes months to resolve issues ... Then how can we Claim our insurance when we are in Emergency??

it's good that there is no negative scale other i would have given that to the company. it's the worst company with no interest in customer's issue the lines of the customer care number is always either busy or the agent face some problem no answer from the head office not the agent knows anything. Don't go for this service otherwise you by your own need to take the tension and do everything they will just have their commission as soon as you pay your premium.

Whenever I open the app, it says there is a screen scrapping app running, throws an renewal ad and does not go further. I have checked my phone thoroughly and it does not have any malware app. This is really annoying.

This is one of the worst apps I've used. It's slow, confusing, and not user-friendly at all. Important features don't work properly, and the experience is so frustrating that I'm seriously considering switching my health insurance provider because of it. The company really needs to revamp this app completely

I had the worst experience with Star Health. I purchased a premium policy for myself and my family, but when I try to log in to check the policy status and other details, the app does not allow me to log in. It keeps showing “invalid OTP reference.” I have tried multiple times, but the same issue occurs again and again. I am completely fed up with this service. I feel I made a big mistake choosing Star Health Insurance.

The app is quite slow, most of the time it is disconnected. Policy is not visible, tickets sometimes visible sometimes not found. Always annoyed while using the app. The web version experience is even worse.

I had very bad experiance with star health team. While taking policy everything has been online. Now while cliaming preapproval has been declined by stating documents required there no clear statement like which document required and asked to go reiumbersement. This is another worst thing. I went to office they said you can do it online while uploading documents app is not working. When i call customer care they said need to go to office and submit. To and fro. Completely useless not recommended

The reason why I decided to port out from star health insurance is because of this APP which never allowed me to login even after providing ALL the permissions in my Realme GT2 signature phone.. Kids nowadays are creating bug free apps using AI, while these developments are apologizing comments here. and u don't even allow us to take screenshots. how would we send them on email?? though I am using the latest app version.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Star Health Insurance. Out of two recent claims I submitted, one was outright rejected without a convincing explanation, and the other was only partially paid. Despite submitting all required documents and following the process carefully, I faced unnecessary delays, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. It’s frustrating to pay premiums regularly and then struggle to get the support you need during a medical emergency.

File upload will take long time, even in uploading , claim process won't take pace, customer care ask to submit hard copies to agent and agent says file upload would be suffice in app, days.. weeks are passing like this.. in app, uploaded docs segregation also not happening correctly, again we need to arrange them. file size restriction is another problem.. whatever the emails we sent to customer care, no proper and prompt response or timely resolution

I am extremely disappointed with Star Health Insurance. My cashless claim was outright rejected without any valid explanation, causing unnecessary stress during a medical emergency. Later, when I applied for reimbursement, they did not even settle the full amount of my expenses. Despite submitting all the required documents and following up multiple times, the response from their team was slow, unhelpful, and unsatisfactory. please don't buy this

The mobile number given in the mobile app is wrong and I am unable to correct it. Also, I am unable to view my policy in the app. Despite informing the customer care a few times, the problem remains unresolved. These two problems have been resolved now after numerous complaints. However, my email id is given wrongly in the app and they have not been able to correct it despite my repeated complaints. Hope this also is corrected.

The Star Health Insurance app is almost unusable. It keeps crashing, freezing, and often not work when I need it most. For a company of this size, the app feels poorly maintained. Very disappointing and stressful to use.

unable to login to the app using my registered phone number on the app showing the error" Third party keypad is detected" what is this issue why I'm not allowed to type my number and what is the issue in using a third party keypad? and even it's not allowing via google default keypad of my phone... such a horrible app. cmon star health app makers and developers what is this bug? fix it out ASAP.

I am unable to login. it simply says otp verified but can't login. Also when I was logged in it was not showing all of my policies together and it also didn't allow me to switch to a different email login as another Policy is registered on a different email but the same mobile number. kindly address this issue ASAP.

This insurance company ensures you fall sick trying to access your account through the app or the website. I am sure this illness is not covered by them though. Their agents also are good-for- nothing only benefiting from the commissions without extending ANY support. I spent 2 hours trying to make an EMI payment and speaking to their call Centre was another nightmare in itself. Best place to experience frustration and probably attract a heart attack in the bargain.

Very pathetic. There is no option to give 0 rating, that's why 1 is given. Even local companies have better app and support than this. Because of this app, many customers will move out. Payment always showing as failed but money debited from account. Then multiple follow up with customer care to get the policy documents. This year is also the same story, nothing changed. I really doubt where you are spending investors money if you can't provide a stable app for your customers!
