I have been drinking starbucks almost everyday scanning and it shows only 58 stars 🌟make it make sense it hasn't moved since I started and the employees don't always ask to scan but even when I scan my points don't move

The app seems to crash everytime I log in and it has been more than 4 days. For reference the app is working on iphones only it seems as in my new phone it is nt working

It does not work any longer. I cleared cache and data, I uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing works. My cell phone has Android 14

The app is returning a bug notification Android v13. Though I reinstall it, it is still giving a bug. I hope you can fix it soon.

I think it is better if you can still put your receipt if you forgot to use it before ordering. Because even the one in the counter is not reminding tbe customer if they have the card or app

When i finally collected to 100 stars because I'm a big fan of Starbucks and was waiting to get to the 200 I was close but I changed my phone and I got my account back on a new phone and all my stars that i collected are GONEE!! no matter what I do I can't get it back and collected this 100 stars within 4 months and all of it is GONE Really upset and never ordering from Starbucks again.

It was working fine until now. It started breaking and not responding. I deleted and reinstalled it , same problem, and I kept getting notifications from my phone that it has a bug Please fix it ASAP

I've been noticing that the points are not accumulating on the app. I've been using it, and I see my name on the order, but the points are not adding on the tally. Please fix the bug. Thank you.

It does not work.... Starbucks brand sucks in KSA... Just using the price and name but can't do anything straight... From orders to coffee to any other service... Only thing that is consistent is dead dead app... Crashes all the time without fail

From time to time either the device at store is out of work, or the app crashes ! like what happened just 10 ago when i was there! lots of points are lost. A compensation policy should has been there.

A very bad experience unfortunately, often times points don't do not count even though you scanned your code. And god forbid that happens because no one is helping you, not through their customer service phone center or email. The need to seriously address this issue and how they handle it.

Terrible customer care service. I once ordered a drink and the manager forgot to give me the Invoice receipt for the rewards points and when i contact them they refuse to add them to my account because i don't have the Invoice receipt.

I can't even begin to use the app. I signed up successfully and was informed that I would receive an email to activate my account which never came.
