I have tried using the app for 2 weeks but the scan is not showing. I asked the worker in avenues branch and she said i have to update the app But there is no update required.

I started to go to Starbucks more because of yhe app, but I found that the app is garbage the QR code freezes and doesn't show most of the time.

Since 3 month we are not getting any promotions in the inbox and already ITS ON . Only by email WE RECEIVE the promotions . lot of people not getting any offers since last 3 month . You should fix it

My scanner screen shows blank from almost 4 months now. I could only use it once after i downloaded the app. The 2nd time i tried it was blank. N still it is blank. Is there any solution?

Disappointed with this app before I was using this app on iPhone and it was working perfect and now I'm using on samsung 23 ultra it asking me to enter log details again and again where it should have log in using fingerprint or face I'd please fix it.

Sadistic app. The app logs you out very frequently. It could be due to updates, but more likely to be malicious. And you don't realize it till it's time to use the app, and that's when you're at the front of the line.

Unreliable. It sometimes it shows a blank screen when scanning which requires signing out and back in which isn't optimal if there are people waiting behind in line.

Horrible app. Signs out itself everytime and logging back in takes ages and crashes everytime. There is absolutely no benefit of being a gold member, just a scam to lure you into spending more.

For a long time, I've been accumulating points to reach Gold membership, and suddenly today I opened the App and found my points reduced to ZERO! Why bother my self, i will go back to Costa App, which is better

OK but the rewards are minimal compared to costa,works fine for me but recently whenever I want to use it I have to sign in????? Before it was easier only the passcode to open the app!.this happened after the updates

worst app ever from Starbucks. every time I open the app I need to sign in and need to give new pass code. it should be login position. it's not bank application to logout immediately when we exit. even outlets also saying the same the app having bugs and problems. it keeps logging out.

It seems that the app does not work on android which I don't know what's the excuse for it not to work, the barcode used to work then it stopped working, I should have now collected lots of points but unfortunately because the barcode isn't working I've missed the opportunity please fix it

Refused to get installed. What kind of app is that? Tried registering 2 times with 2 mail address still refusing to go ahead.... not at all user friendly. Frustrated. It should have taken 1 minute but even after 45 minutes...

When I started using this app it was amazing and I got free drinks and it's super easy to use. After the latest update the QR code scan screen is blank and when I asked the employee at starbucks she told me we are having problems with android, Which to be honest didn't help at all. Please work on this issue asap.

The QR scan screen is always blank. The only way I can still collect points is through mobile orders. Waiting for a fix for over 2 months now. The loyalty program was good but completely disappointed in the app.

The worst app.. My account got deactivated when i didnt even request for deactivation, i have stars that i couldnt even retrieve bcz the customer agent is only saying i dont have an account. Even the customer service is not helpful for your user inquury!

(Worse application ever ) Every single time you want to open the application, you have to sign in every time ??!!!! It's not a bank application, can you please solve this issue ,it keep me sign out every time I want to use it. It is frustrating. I am wondering is only me complaining or there other same problem??!!

Im not able to sign in after update. the app is just hanging. Before the update I was required to sign in everytime eventhough I set up fingerprint and passcode before.

The app needs some updates. It keeps crashing and signing me out most of the time. Even though I enter my credentials, it keeps alerting me with a wrong password message.

It's now happened at least a few times where I've not been able to accumulate points due to the scanner screen being blank. Everything else on the app works, at least to my knowledge, but the app is useless to me if the scanner doesn't work because I can't give the person at the register my phone number or anything else to prove I have an account. I'm now reinstalling...if it doesn't work, I'm getting rid of the app.
