The app works well for the most part but has cradhes and errors every once in a while. One issue I keep facing is that the app shows that items are unavailable in locations that are not. When verifying with the respective stores, they check and say that it's fine from the system's end. The rewards program also leaves much to be desired.

Another disappointed customer. Application used to work until couple of months back. Then, it just crashes the moment it opens. There is no possibility to check the options and reconfigure. I tried reinstalling and response is still the same - application glimpses the loading screen and then vanishes immediately.

The app is usually okay. The ordering option doesn't let you customize anymore and says things are not available when they are. I tried to contact customer service and never received any response. If it isn't one thing wrong with the app, it's something else.

At the beginning the app was working good, however after sometime it is started to log out and stop to open at all. Not that good experience, since couple of months not possible to open it. Keeping to crash.

I'd give it a 0. Was working fine initially. Now it just crashes every time I try to open it in the store to claim stars. And looks like I'm not the only one facing this issue. Fix these issues please before you overcharge us for your coffee! Oh and clearing cache does NOT help! Updated as of 4th Feb 2024. The app is absolutely useless!

App has suddenly stopped working. Once it's fixed, I'm happy to give it a full five stars. Ordered a coffee, but couldn't open the app. Keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Until the app is working again, will collect my beans from Costa. Can't even retrospectively collect my points when the app is not working. I was just a few coffees away from gold level.

I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been experiencing with your app. Despite being a Gold member and a loyal customer, I have been unable to use the app for the past month due to persistent crashing. This has resulted in the loss of numerous points that I had accumulated through the purchase of multiple coffees and beverages. I have tried all troubleshooting methods, including cleaning the cache, clearing data, and even reinstalling the app, but the problem persists

Fix your app!!! I have been using the App for over a year and I am Gold level. But for the past couple of months the app keeps crashing and we are not able to get any credit for our purchases. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and its the same, keeps crashing. I will switch to Costa Coffee App or even the paper cards of Cafe Nero if this is not fixed!

The app is not user-friendly at all. It requires too many steps to place a simple order and even more to complete a payment. Additionally, it frequently logs out by itself, which is very frustrating.

The app has automatically signed me out and recently tried claiming my complimentary bday drink which I did not recieve as when I was in the store the apl was unable to sign in and its keep getting loading and loading. Also my all stars are gone. This is just a scam.

App keeps logging me out. I've lost points because sometimes at a drive thru it takes forever to try and log in again. It's been weeks and we're past this being a small bug with the app. Fix it.

I feel I am in a research "how far a person would go for a cup of coffee". This app is absolute trash. Not signing in, but if it does it doesn't remember you. Every time enter password, enter code, enable biometrics, and everything just fo find later that you are logged out again.

I've had a frustrating experience with the Starbucks app in the UAE. I haven't been able to log in for over a month and attempts to reset my password have failed. Due to these app bugs, I've lost out on gathering points from my purchases. This has been very disappointing and needs urgent fixing.

Can't have the app in 2 countries. I travel frequently between KSA and UAE. This app only allows use in 1 country. If another country you must have a separate email address. A bit of a 1990's coding challenge don't you think!

Unless I log in every day, it seems to forget who I am and the fact that I have biometric login enabled. When that happens, trying to log in results in 'Something is wrong' message, which is completely unhelpful. It used to be fixed by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, but even that doesn't seem to help anymore. Please fix it.

Disappointed in my fav coffee spot. Over a month now your app has crashed; logged me out and has not logged back in ever since. I've tried EVERYTHING to no avail !!! Used to work fine. I'm a Gold member over 3 years + now... This is quite annoying! Seems like whenever there's an issue it's really bad. Last time the app crashed it wiped out all my points. Let's see if it will ever work and what the outcome will be this time around.
