I just downloaded the stardust app to my phone, and I am trying and trying to sign in with my b connected credentials, but I keep getting a message that password and/or username is incorrect. I have verified that my information is correct and even went so far as to change my password three times in an attempt to be allowed to log in. What's going on with this app? Why is it so difficult or impossible to log in??

Great games. Realistic play. Coins are a little slow to get but enough to play on casually. Really needs a way to earn some sort of reward besides purchased. If I am going to spend money I will just save for a trip to my local Boyd property or Las Vegas. So would love the addition of reward ads or something of that nature so that freebies can be redeemed like several other available apps. I will continue to play casually out of loyalty to the brand but would love to see more rewards. Thanks.

Don't waste your time! This is without a doubt the worst online casino ever! Why do they need my location? Also they act like it's money out of their own pocket with no payouts, just tons of 'Buy More Coins' pop ups. You'll win on the 1st day, but after that, nothing. I lost 54,000 coins in less than 1.5 hrs bidding just 120 coins. 2 bonus rounds the 1st day and they were pathetic! Tried playing for a few more days, received my lousy 300 free coins, played 3 spins and had to wait for more coins.

This game does not allow you to sign in with card. This game stops working at a certain point that you have to dump it and download it again and again. This is frustrating especially when you are purchasing coins in app. 1. You cannot log in with your card 2. You play and pay to a certain point whenever the game deems so, then it asks for you to allow location which does not work. Then you lose your levels reached and coins 3. Love the games but not worth the headache.

I have tried to contact Boyd via the app, NO response & my questions were deleted from the chat! The free coins that are "given" in the emails will not add to my balance, I have lost out on a lot of coins. This is the lowest giving points/awards/bonuses casino app that I have. The other ones are a lot more generous. I barely can get to 300k but on the other apps, my points are well over a million. I did like playing the games on here, but with no bonuses or wins, it isn't fun anymore.

Downloaded/installed app on my Kindle Fire multiple times, but keep getting the same thing. Open/start the app and after getting the Boyd Gaming screen, an error box pops up saying "There has been an unknown error." This appears to come from the app (not the Kindle) and selecting the OK button does nothing. Contacted Boyd Gaming, but no response. Very discouraging.

Have not been able to get on for almost a week now. Says I need to have location setting turned on . I do, and have switched on and off to try to get to work with still no go. Have uninstalled/reinstalled few times, still no luck. Wish real Stardust was still around, loved playing there back in the day!

Just started playing with 12,000 coins, played 3 different games - lowest bets only - down to zero (0) coins in about 1/2 hour. That's not good for someone who just starting to play your app. If that's what I got to look forward to, sorry uninstalling. Your algorithm needs to change. 10/24- Came back, earned 5000 coins. And wouldn't you know - down to zero- again. 1/2 star.

Ever since I actually paid to buy coins or points however you want to say it I win absolutely nothing I went from 233,000 for 29.99 dollars and one absolutely nothing afterwards in fact my bank went down in less than 48 hours to virtually nothing that makes it no fun to play much less spend any money on it. I'm going to match the coins out now on five spins and unload the game. The OnePlus it doesn't have any ads.

It's fun at first but that fades pretty quickly. Been playing minimum bets and ran out of coins after 2 days. Now every 3 hours I have to go in just to collect 300 coins? That's not even one spin per hour as the average cost is more than 100 credits per spin. I don't see myself playing this much. For those who choose to spend real money for in app coins, you might enjoy it. Spending real money for coins doesn't seem worth it when there are other free casino slot apps that are more entertaining.

Update again, have reached out to BOYD through the email provided and have gotten no response. VERY FRUSTRATING! So much fun to play when you can't be at the casino! My husband and I love playing with the sound up, we get just as excited when we hit on the game, as we do in real life. UPDATE Everytime I open the app, I get a unknown error message. I've had to delete and reinstall the app twice which you lose all your coins, your level and leadership board. Very frustrating!

I was really excited when you introduced the Piggy Bank. I saw it as an opportunity to save coins. BUT when I found out I had to pay $99.99 to redeem those coins it became a complete turn off. Sure you can get double coins a million. You can buy the same amount and get points and tier credits. Why would I spend $99.99 for only the coins? Did it once. Not going to do it again. That little Piggy Bank will just have to stay full. By the way I really like the games.

I enjoy the fact I get some teir credits but i go to Delta Downs alot and dont recognize any of the games. Like the other slot game I play it's expensive to play for the teir credits. It taks a long time to load and once you stop a game it takes you back to the beginning and you have to scroll back to find out where you were at. Certainly not the best format needs improvement.

This game has the potential to get 5 stars because I actually like the games that are featured on stardust, some of them are my favorites to play when I visit the casino, but I have to spend a lot of out of pocket cash just to enjoy the game because the small bonus amount they give you runs out pretty quickly. Also I've never gotten any free play points by playing with the free coins only when YOU make a purchase does it go towards points for free play and it's hard to get into bonuses too 😓

Love the slots featured on the app,but unless you're willing to pay for the coins it's garbage. I never receive more than 1500 coins for my daily spin and the lowest bet amount is 100. So after about 15 spins it's over unless I want to come back for the 300 hourly bonus. I'm not wasting my time to come back for 3 spins when there's so many other apps to choose from that pay way better. My theory.. unless the coins are cheap, I'm not buying them. I'll take my money to the real casino!

I like that it has my second and third favorite games on there (Jaguar and Stack the Gold), but it keeps freezing... coincidentally when I have a big win happening. I have spent a little over $100 of my own money so far, and I would really love for my spins to count! Updated 9/10/22 - the game was great for a while, but after hundred of dollars spent, I managed to spin over 400x within 2 games, and never win enough to get ahead, and only 3 bonus spins.

Just Downloaded. So far so good. Conservative play cuz they don't give you much to start with but having fun playing. UPDATE 8-27-2022 I removed this game app because the games are basically the same so it became boring. Had there been more games with different game formats (rather than different graphics) I would have stayed and played a lot longer. I leave my rating at 5 stars because graphics were bright and fun. Play conservatively and you can increase your coin bal on your own. Have fun!

not a bad way to waste time. no need to purchase coins. one thing I don't like and the reason for the low rating: I hit a couple of large jackpots, like over 200k, but when I looked at the leaderboard, I had only been credited about 10k. I contacted support and was told this was done because they noticed the same players were winning the leader board rewards and they made adjustments to give other players a chance.

Game doesn't load. A screen will pop up saying "Error" "UNKNOWN ERROR HAS OCCURRED" Boyd Gaming did help me resolve this issue and I'm thankful for that. I just wish I could win coins more often. I end up buying because the free coins isn't enough to enjoy the games and after buying 600,000 coins, I MIGHT make it up to $1 million but then I can't get anything more even after trying smaller denominations and different games. So unless you want to keep buying, it's best to move on.

The game was experiencing stability issues. Would randomly start buffering. I went to the "Play Store" to check for an update. Finally, today, one showed up. I downloaded and restarted my phone, twice. Still having buffering/stability issues. Please have them revisit the changes made. I usually only play at home and we have ATT Fiber. I have full bars with a strong connection. I am not a programmer, but I do know this is not on my end. I have enjoyed playing this game.
