App doesn't work at all. StarHub TV - Couldn't install the channels, requiring set up via App. Can't watch free to air channels as the router is not next to the set top. Need a long network cable to direct connect router to set top. Never had such issues with older set top box. New one is slow, not straight forward to switch channels, lesser functions and UI very user unfriendly.Tried calling StarHub several.Feeling shortchanged by this App, new service (TV+) and no customer service follow up.

Other telcos are going forward but you are going backwards. The app was fine last time but it's so sluggish now, took almost 30 secs just to view my mobile plan quota, totally unacceptable. Not to mention that the Star Plan is also terrible. Going to port out soon.

Absolutely horrible app. Most functions donot work. When you try to recontract or buy anything, you will enter all your details and press add... it will bring you to filling up screen again. They are moving everything to online to cut cost but infra is lacking ++.
