Updated: The app was working just fine till a few days ago when I was trying to pay for the service and the data. I was having the same issues like the other people having trouble logging on to the Starhub prepaid app, and receiving the same message " Error in submitting " over these few days and not receiving the SMS texts. I just found out that my SMS texts from Starhub were blocked. I managed to retrieve the Lost SMS msgs . I had to unblock the Starhub sms number. This is now resolved.

It's not possible (has been so for more than a year now) to purchase a data plan from this app using your current data plan that's probably expiring in the next hour. To be more precise, you can't even open the app unless you're on a WiFi connection. Just avoid the app and dial *123# instead... Continually improving? That's a good joke 🤣

My balance was due to expire in April and my data plan today at noon. However, at the time of expiry of my data plan, I also lost all my credit (about $4). I was using another sim card for data and there was no way I could have used any of my credit by accident for data. and the best part is the transaction history function of the app doesn't work. So I called their customer-service and was told that they couldn't see any transaction on their end and they just asked me to restart my phone...

App is a complete joke, can't connect to network when using mobile data, can only connect when's using wifi. Data available is also confusing as hell. App states that I currently have 138GB, but the detailed info below that shows that I have a total of 32GB (2 entries of 16GB each expiring on a different date)

A way backward. A very unfortunate downgrade. Take a longer time to access. Way worst than original apps and unfriendly. No longer able to have a glance view of your expiry date and balance usage. Even getting to data plan became tricky. Strongly suggest to sack the person behind the change. You failed to catch what customer want but focus on what you think is best in your own view. Sorry for StarHub

I really wanted to give very low rating but considering hard work put in, i gave a 4 stars rating. After recent update, the app became super unstable. showing error everytime trying to log in. it's not possible to purchase data plans etc. So do review what happen during the latest update that's causes it to be so unstable till then can you achieve higher ratings from users. note: may not be the best apps but at least it works well and stable for the past years till latest update.

I had $46 of credit left. But after upgrading, it reported wrong credit remaining - only 4 cents - and kept crashing when trying to see transaction history. I called customer service who then implied it's my fault for probably turning on mobile data, even though his system showed all $46 being "used" on the same day I called. He refunded me, buy made it sound like it was my fault. I'll never use this service again once I expend my remaining credit. Update: Happened again to me 2 times. if you are overseas and use up your data plan's data, it stops like it should. BUT here is the catch: The system deducts any remaining credit for any LOCAL data used EVEN THOUGH no plan has been activated. I was charged for lodal data use for the few SECONDS before my plan came into effect. ON TOP OF THAT, when opverseas, I had trouble setting their APN which did not automatically appear on my phone. I do not understand why they can automatically stop local data when your credit has expended, but cannot detect if a plan has been activated and prevent data use if one has not been purchased. It is extremely flawed. And most countries have more affordable data plans for tourists.

There's always an idiot who create an update or new version that don't work. Previous version was working OK and after the update, the only thing that works seamlessly is the top up option. Now the app keep crashing when I want to see the data option for 7 days and 30 days. Please don't tell me to reinstall or restart my phone, done it all and beyond. The problem is with the app, as I see from others' review.

I already recharge my internet, confirm payment and got the sms.. But i havent recieve my internet package. Been waiting for almost 2hours. Terrible customers service.

From 5 stars change to 1 star. Old app the front-page has all important information easily visible at a glance. Transactions like top up or buying data used to be very straight forward on the old app. New app information layout is messy. Doing transactions in new app is also more difficult. Placement of navigation buttons and screen space real estate management is terrible I dare to say. Seems like trying to be fanciful but then lost the basic usability. Who approved the new design?

My goodness. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Previous version was HEAPS better - -almost all the details fit into a single screen (so a single screenshot for my archives was possible). Now FORCED to click multiple times across multiple menus to get the same amount of info as before. CRAZY. Plus, now the Expiry date of Main Credits is shown in TINY GREY TEXT against a white background! Hello? Your users all have SUPERMAN vision? Sack the designer!

The person who created this new version must be a lazy brainless dimwit. Show me the information I need in detail and not just a summarised text. This version is only good for someone who is a new user and doesn't travel frequently. However if you travel frequently, prepare to be confused by their brief summary of your data plans. I purchased the top-up three times in a day because I had no idea whether the connection issue was because of the data or because the duration expired. Lousy version.

terrible service,Top up credit always become $0.0x, when you do check with balance. The Credits will reduce randomly even you didn't active the mobile data in phone. subscribe to Wow 10GB 4 weeks but only received 1GB data. Call the service centre,the customer support do no know well in their prepare card package. They said they will report this issue to the service centre. After a day gone, nothing happened.

It would be extra awesome if we can extend our prepaid card validity date within the app. But overall, being able to check my remaining data and balance, and top up anytime in this easy to use app is really good. Thank you.

Keeps crashing and badly designed. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. The new design is barely usable and obscures important information like the expiration of data plans and bonus talk time etc. I nearly missed renewing my data plan using the app because it kept crashing when I wanted to add a new data plan. Please revert to the original design or fix the broken app.
