Very poorly managed app.. I subscribed monthly plan for watching live cricket match.. after deducting the fees it's again asking for renewing my subscription to yearly. Bloody Thieves..

Worst service ever Subscription was deducted from me twice on different packages and it didn't work on all mybTV'S although I tried on 3 of them and 2 android devices. Reaching customer service was V hard and trouble shooting takes more time that I don't have to spend trying to fix a silly issue that I didn't cause in the 1st place. I checked the payment and confirmed it So I decided to leave this service for good. BTW deleting or disabling my account is not even easy to find or so on the app

Useless... it's not working on TV, it worked on mobile just to subscribe but not tv...!! do not waste your money..

The worst App in the world. This is the only App that will force you to watch enormous adds during each show, every 10 minutes!! and once the add starts to play, the TV starts to hang immediately and it becomes a struggle just to watch one single show on it and you end up enjoyed nothing, just feeling angry and frustrated. Not to mention that 70 % of the shows are on purchase!!! was for what then the subscription paid?!!!!! will never subscribe again on it.

Free app for watching bigboss but shud make watching option like speed 2× 1.5× and add some indian tv music n sports channels for free to much ad in between watchin bigboss it's irritating better to delete

It was the mistake of my life to use this app not worth what I Bay for do not I mean do not try to use .. toooo much adds the good stuff you have to bay extra I wish I can give less than 1 stat coz I think 1 star is toooo much for them

The activation fee was 29.99 AED for Cricket 2024 World Cup, and after payment, it is asking to switch to the annual 199.99 AED plan to watch it. Much to the dismay, they have mislead with unclear information. Will never subscribe again for any content even if they are to offer free. Disgusting act. Hey developer, I am not discussing about your annual plan benefits. What I am saying is, your promotional for activation is misleading and cheated us.

May I suggest implementing a feature that allows users to mark movies as watched? Also, there is a bug: I cannot add to my list, and there are no continuing movies in the continuing tab.

Wanted to watch the cricket world cup, so tried twice to subscribe to one of the monthly packages, paid the fees but still no action. Seems first payment was for the entertainment channels, second one for the sports channels, but even that isn't enough. Need a third payment for the cricket. Uggh, I give up :(

1- i subscribed only to find that its very limited. there are many shows and movies that i must pay more to watch 2- i used to be able to watch the ufc fights live and now it's not possible.. 3- the app is not easy to use. 4- the only app that says my Internet is slow (although its not) and wont let me watch.

They have mentioned that we can watch T20 world cup matches for monthly plan. Once we activate the monthly plan, it doesn't work and asks us to switch annual plan to watch cricket matches. Worst app ever. It's really a scam. Don't use this app.

1. There should be an option to speed up to 1.5x for post-live recorded sporting events 2. Some of the locked exclusive sports should have atleast 2 free trial views or a pay-per-view setting 3. option for a mini "10-sec" screen recording to promote live action moments via star sports on social media

Trying to access the live UFC event then go back 30 mins or an hour and it doesn't work, how can such a simple thing not be available in an app that took the rights for UFC. Just please copy UFC Arabia or hire the same team - very simple! This is absolutely ridiculous, a live event for the UFC and I cant even watch it, the app is frozen everytime you try to open it. This is officially the worst app ever made, I want a full refund.

It's very annoying that each time I leave the app and return to it, it launches again and I have to go through their unnecessary and annoying opening animation. Also It's very annoying that I can't rewind the live streaming version of shows.

Literally just downloaded the app it didn't even give me a load-up page just immediately an error code so.....😑 Awful. On a fully up-to-date phone none the less so therefore there really shouldn't be a reason for error. Completely disappointed

It's frustrating that the video keeps buffering and won't load, preventing me from watching the live match. An error message indicates that my internet connection is unstable. Interestingly, I never encounter this issue when accessing YouTube videos or any other internet applications. This situation is incredibly annoying and frustrating.

Only option for UFC and major cricket, tennis and other sport events. But the UI needs major improvements. Not intuitive at all, key live tournaments need a bit of searching to find, recordings don't save automatically many times, etc. Endless list

This is the second time that has happened, the app is not working " an error occured, please try again. For further assitance......" and i only registered on this app to watch UFC, noting the UFC event is approx once every 2weeks....So, hete we go.....creating an app that supposedly should be handling international events and still crashing....so sad

App is very bad. It charges on the spot but you don't get the service! It happened when i paid for subscription and later when I paid for add ons. Surprisingly, some movies you have to pay for even though with active subscription. There is no customer service phone, you have to write an email for support and wait for some days to be resolved. Very very disappointed. I wish I didn't subscribe.

I paid for subscription more then 3 different times and on different phones, using different email addresses and at first while you get the 30-90 days free subscription it works really well. Then after you start paying for subscription it has issues and it happened to myself more than 3 times. I tried to delete app then download again then it happened again so I get frustrated and just end up paying for few months then just cancel subscription. Really liked it when it works.
