Totally bummed! Considering the business advertised this app and then informed us they cannot and do not accept it?!!! Like wth!? What's the point and why would u advertise it and push your customers to get when you don't accept in the first place!? 🤬🤬🤬 Go Figure! Ohios Medical Program ;(

Garbage app. Missing most of the fundamental actions needed to log in. Missing a way to view the password you are entering. You only get one shot at your password, and you only get one shot at changing the password. If it missmatches you have to start over with a new code. I wish these companies would hire developers that smoke weed instead of stoners who kind of know how to code...

I've had this app just under a year and the messages have never worked you have to scroll up and down to be able to read anything yes as it's moving if you let it stop the screen goes completely black lmao I've showed it to the manager at Cannabis store and even he showed everyone every time I come in even the updates do nothing but actually make it worse now I can see my points set up a account and so fourth but reading messages yeah that's a no go so basically a huge clogg in my phone memory.

Can't use my state is not in the favorite store menu!! Where is Ohio in the list? How do I sync my dispensary orders with this app for the 1st purchases etc...Also the help section is pointless! Has 2 FAQ's with their short answer but no way to search for the issues I am experiencing. C'mon guys get it together so the people (US) that want to use your app actually can! Plus provide a way for users to reach out someway to seek assistance!! This is common things any app/company should have.

I would give 5 Stars, but it's like pulling teeth getting the points promised,put on my account. Almost a month after shopping did anything appear on the app. Doesn't seem like a hard thing to do, but..... At least I received them.

There is no shop button. I can't place an order on andriod like I can with apple.

Overall a good app for discounts, but too many times there are points missing or the messages screen is just black. Will update when it is less buggy. Example: Got a notification that said I was awarded 400 points today my account only has 10, and I can't read the notification in the app only the push notification.

This app works great! I use it most of the I shop at the dispensary. I inform the clerk I want to use my points . I then am instructed to open the app and a pin number is generated I give that to the clerk and my points are used for my purchase. Sometimes I walk out pay little to nothing!! Best rewards ever!!

App is all well and good but it would help if this company could actually do the deals that I was told about through this app and have their stores know. I just went in the other day and showed the lady behind the counter the deal and she told me her supervisor said they are not and won't honor the deal even though it was through the app, my location was set for that specific store, and it showed it came in that day. If all I'm doing is just watching my points stack, I'm getting rid of it.

So, none of the buttons along the bottom work. Help, messages etc. Also, stop lying. If you do not offer birthday reward/gift DO NOT SAY YOU DO. App really just doesn't work most of the time. Needs to be upgraded and fixed. You can do better guys and you know it.

They never tell you that your points do expire after a couple months. I had something like 5000 points and now they're all gone. I've gone to the store trying to use $50-100 off coupons but they'll limit you at $25 off coupons only. Still good for some rewards just not a ton.

My info completely disappeared!!! I had over 200 points this morning and now my entire account is gone! The app has zero info as if I just downloaded it and I've been collecting points for years now?!!!! Please fix this glitch. Update: I've contacted customer service on multiple platforms. NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE.

Never a problem. My points may take a day or 2 maybe 3 but I get them, and I'll be honest I go to re-up no more than once every week so it works out great for me. I would recommend this app for any dispensary patron.

This app is never correct in adding my points, it's always frozen so u can't do anything but see the points (and the points that don't show up after 24 hours). With the amount of money being made, you would think these big dispensary places would pick an app that's a little more reliable considering the amount of traffic I see alone in the location I go to! What a joke.

I have never been able to see my points. I have spent a lot of cash, especially in the Norfolk store. I don't trust an establishment that has an app that is unusable. I have rarely used my points. One week in late December, I was told that I had $75. The next week, I was told that I had only $20. Also check your product. I was given a fine grind twice that was not ground. I will never go to the Norfolk store again and yall can keep taking my points. Remember we are in the age of truth.
